본 연구는 여러 가지 데이터마이닝 기법으로부터 도출된 지식이 어떻게 인간의 판단에 영향을 미치는 가를 지식구조별, 자료특성별, 전문가지식의 일관성별로 실증적 연구를 하여 궁극적으로 전문가 의사결정에 도움이 되는 데이터마이닝 기법의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 분석결과 전문가들의 판단은 데이터마이닝의 지식표현형태에 의한 영향을 많이 받고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 IF-THEN의 형태로 표현되는 명제형 지식구조에 가장 많은 신뢰를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자료의 특성, 또는 전문가의 판단 일관성과 데이터마이닝 기법 사이에 상호작용효과가 있어 향후 데이터마이닝 기법을 활용하여 전문가의 의사결정을 돕고자 할 때는 이러한 차이점을 고려해야 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Recently, with the rapid development of internet and smart phones, social network services that can create and share various information through relationships among users have been actively used. Especially as the amount of information becomes enormous and unreliable information increases, expert recommendation that can offer necessary information to users have been studied. In this paper, we propose an expert recommendation scheme considering users' interests, human relations, and response quality. The users' interests are evaluated by analyzing their past activities in social network. The human relations are evaluated by extracting the users who have the same interesting fields. The response quality is evaluated by considering the user's response speed and response contents. The proposed scheme determines the user's expert score by combining the users' interests, the human relations, and the response quality. Finally, we recommend proper experts by matching queries and expert groups. It is shown through various performance evaluations that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing schemes.

The majority of maritime accidents happened by human factor. For that reason, navigation experts want to an intelligent support system for navigation safety, without officer involvement. The expert system which is one of artificial intelligence skills for navigation support is an important tool that a machine can substitute for an expert through the design of a knowledge base and inference engine using the experience or knowledge of an expert. Further, in the real world, a complex situation requires synthetic estimation with the input of experts in various fields for the correct estimation of the situation, not any one expert. In particular, synthetic estimation is more important for navigation situations than in other cases, because of diverse potential threats. This paper presents the method of knowledge fusion pertaining to navigation safety knowledge from various expert systems, using a blackboard system. Then we will show the validity of the method via a design and implementation of test system effort.

Fault트리를 기초로 하는 증상 트리 모델을 나프타 열분해로에 대한 지식 모델로 적용하여 이상 진단 전문가 시스템의 지식 베이스로 사용하였다. 이로서 전문가 시스템을 구현하여 실제 공정의 사고 사례와 가상 사고 사례에 적용한 결과 적절한 원인군의 신속한 제시와 각 원인들의 가능성 여부를 판단하는데 적은 시간이 소요되므로 실시간 이상 진단에 적합한 모델임을 확인하였다.

전문가 검색 엔진은 전문가 시스템과 같은 목적에서 특정 전문 분야에 대한 특수한 정보를 수집 검색하기 위한 검색 엔진을 지칭한다. 특정 전문 분야를 위한 검색 엔진은 제작하기 위해서는 해당 분야만으로 구성된 웹 문서가 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안한 전문가 검색 엔진은, 특정 분양의 웹 문서만 수집하기 위해서 개념 지식을 사용하여 웹 문서의 특정 분야 귀속 여부를 판단하였다. 개념 지식을 사용하여 웹 문서의 특정 분야 귀속 여부를 판단하기 위해서는, 개념 지식이 특정 분양에 대해 충분히 수집이 되어야 하며, 다른 분야와 충돌하지 않아야 한다. 이러한 개념 지식을 구축하는 것은 사람의 손으로 하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이므로, 본 논문에서는 학습을 토하여 개념 지식을 확장하고, 이를 전문가가 개입하여 학습 과정을 확인하였다. 본 논문은 개념 지식의 학습과 효용성에 대한 실험 및 결과에 대한 논문이다.

This study analyzed the use of expert reports in the investigations and trials of cases of sexual violence against people with intellectual disabilities. A total of 670 alleged sexual assault cases against victims with intellectual disabilities were analyzed. Results showed that 97.5% of the cases included at least one expert report. In most cases(91%), the expert reports of statement validity assessment were included. Additionally, doctor's note (41.1%) from obstetricians and Psychiatrists, intermediary reports(36%), and expert witnesses(psychologists') reports (9.5%) were included. In 80 cases (44.4%) of the 180 cases in which a victim' statement credibility was in question during the trial, judges cited the expert's reports of statement validity assessment as the basis for the judgment on the reliability of the victims' accusation. The frequency of citing the report was higher when the victim was under the age of 13, or when the defendant was found guilty. Regrading the report content, the evaluations of criteria-based content analysis(CBCA) was most frequently cited, while the victim's psychological status, cognitive limitation, as well as possibile contamination of victim's account, were also mentioned in the ruling statements. Results showed agreement between experts' statement validity assessments and judges' determinations in 79 cases out of the 80 cases Finally, this study discussed ways to utilize expert options.

회계변경에 대한 고려는 영업환경의 변화 등에 대한 정당성이 확보되어야만 가능하다. 이러한 회계변경에 대하여는 기업회계기준서 제1호에 그 정당성의 판정기준과 주석공시 방법에 대하여 자세하게 기술하고 있다. 그러나 기업회계기준서에서 요구하고 있는 정당성에 대한 판단은 상당한 전문가적 판단이 요구되며, 단기적 사안이 아닌 장기적인 안목에서 판단을 해야 하는 항목이므로 현실적 상황의 적용에 있어서 많은 주의를 요구한다.

본 논문에서는 소셜 네트워크에서 사용자에게 전문가를 추천해주기 위해 사용자의 소셜 행위 및 응답 품질을 고려한 분야별 전문가 추천 기법을 제안한다. 사용자의 분야와 전문성을 판단하기 위해 사용자의 소셜 네트워크 행위를 분석하고, 응답 품질을 판단하기 위해 사용자의 응답 시간, 응답 신뢰성을 분석한다.

This study suggests that experts' group decision support system (Experts'GDSS) should be helpful to solve specific planning/design problems. Dealing with AHP (Analytic Hierarchical Process), as a group decision model, maximal covering model, as a facility allocation model, and GIS (Geographic Information System; ARC/INFO in this study), as a spatial representation model, this study seeks to examine the implication of GDSS (Group Decision Support System) in the housing facility allocation. The results of this study clearly demonstrated that experts' GDSS acted its positive role, systematically providing the relative weights among the planning variables and objectives. Among different expert groups (e.g., planners, scholars, and public administrators), this study showed that there were certain differences in their decision structures, which generated different solutions in facility allocation. The further study, however, remains to investigate the more systematic implementation of GDSS in planning problems; for example, reducing the conflicts between different groups with different purposes.
