본 논문은 예비유아교사 양성과정에서 요구되는 핵심역량 중 재개념화가 필요한 지식정보처리역량의 구성방향과 이를 위한 교육내용 탐색을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 과거 정보화역량과 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 가치를 비교하여 기초내용을 구성한 후 현장전문가, 교육전문가, 예비교사 등 15인을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구방법을 통하여 연구결과를 도출한다. 본 논문에서는 선행연구를 참고하여 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량을 교육현장의 문제해결을 위하여 다양한 영역의 지식과 정보를 처리하고 활용할 수 있는 역량이라 개념정의 하였고 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 이를 위한 교육내용을 설정할 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 예비유아교사의 지식정보처리역량의 개념 및 교육내용은 예비유아 교사양성과정의 교육과정개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

지금까지의 IT 패러다임은 PC였지만, 이제 우리는 "모바일"이라는 새롭고도 강력한 패러다임을 만났다. 내년 비즈니스 솔루션의 화두는 서비스를 바탕으로 한 RFID등이며, 모바일 커뮤니케이션 등이 부각될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 우리나라는 유무선 네트워크 인프라가 세계 최고 수준이다. 이를 이용하여 모바일 서비스 및 기술표준을 선점하고자 하는 표준화 전략은 시의적절하다 할 것이다. 이번 호에는 "모바일 + 애플리케이션"컨버전스 표준화 특징과 연동하여 RFID.콘텐츠. 게임.웹.DMB.TPEG.3D 등의 표준화를 선도하는 국내 표준화 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 향후 각 기술 및 서비스와 모바일과의 컨버전스 기술 및 표준화 전망과 함께 국제표준화 전략에 대하여 들어봄으로써 u-IT 상용화 시기를 앞당기는데 기여하고자 한다

Healthcare is on the verge of a paradigm shift towards an emphasis on wellbeing, integrative health, and prevention of disease, while the traditional medical model focuses solely on end-point treatment. The development of digital technologies has played a major role in this change as digital technology and health have converged. Therefore, many developed countries promote the digital healthcare industry as a new economic growth engine, and Korea is no exception. To promote the digital healthcare industry, the Korean government provides institutional support by improving the legal and regulatory system for medical devices and health data. However, Korea still has an underdeveloped legal and regulatory framework for digital healthcare compared with other countries. In this study, we review the relevant regulatory systems in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. We then explore newspaper articles and conduct expert interviews to analyze the regulatory situation in Korea and the problems the digital healthcare industry faces. In conclusion, we discuss a regulatory reform plan for development of the digital healthcare industry in Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 한국의 글로벌에 따른 유명상표와 지적재산권의 관계를 살펴보고, 위조상품을 상표권적 측면과 국제통상문제의 시각에서 조망한 후 이에 따른 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 문헌조사와 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 문헌 조사는 국내외 각종 문헌과 정부 자료 및 관련 법제에 대해 수집, 분석하였으며, 전문가 인터뷰는 관련 업체, 관련 분야 전문가를 중심으로 진행되었다. 연구 결과 첫째, 우리 정부는 공정한 경쟁 조건과 공통의 규칙 아래서 세계 경쟁을 펼치기 위해서 관련법제를 지속적으로 정비하고 둘째, 위조상품 추방을 위해서 제도의 실효성을 확보할 수 있도록 효율적이고, 강력한 법 집행이 선행되어야 하며 셋째. 유명상표와 관련한 타인의 신용에 편승하거나 부적절한 표현 등을 사용해서 품질과 관련하여 소비자를 현혹함으로써 부당한 이득을 얻으려는 상표 질서 문란 행위자를 견제하여 부정경쟁을 예방, 억제하는 방향으로 상표법이 운영되어야 하며 넷째. 시장에서 위조상품의 폐해가 어떠한 결과를 가져오는지 업계 및 일반인들에게 깊이 인식시켜야 하는 것으로 나타났다

The purpose of this study is to establish definitions on Metaverse and Metaverse literacy and to develop a framework for Metaverse literacy utilizing a Delphi study and in-depth interview methods with experts on Metaverse and digital, and future education. 9 experts participated in the Delphi study and 4 took part in the in-depth interview, and Delphi study data was collected via emails from January 12th to 17th and in-depth study data was gathered via zoom from March 1st to 19th in 2022. To establish the definition of Metaverse, 6 existing definitions were presented and ranked with calculated means of each definition, and additional comments were collected. To build the definition of Metaverse literacy, 1 existing definition was shown and calculated with the degree of agreement, and additional feedback was gathered. To develop a framework for Metaverse literacy, 12 sub-concepts were presented and ranked with calculated means of each concept. After applying feedback of the Delphi study, the authors re-established the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy, and re-develop the framework for Metaverse literacy. In the in-depth interview, feedback on these definitions and the framework was collected. After these processes, the definitions of Metaverse and Metaverse literacy were finalized, and the framework for Metaverse literacy was developed. Based on the results, implications and limitations of the study, and possible future study are discussed.
