This research focuses on the life history of university professor and the meaning of their lives to provide career information to parents and teachers conducting childhood career education. professor K with 25 years of professorship was targeted for insides's view(emic), which describes the life story through the professor's voice and words, was used as the method of research and additional data was collected through in-depth interviews with professor K, his writings, e-mails and in-depth interviews. The collected data was electronically transferred and categorized for field and categorical analysis. The analysis showed that the motive for professor K to enter academic society was due to his utmost efforts, assistance of family, and his friend encountering. Also after entering the university, he served as key role in research, education and as an appointed professor. After retirement, he is contributing to the society as a expert and practitioner. As such, 'continuous effort and consistent personal innovation', 'strong belief and clear calling', 'warm humanity and practical life', and 'flexible attitude and educational passion' were deducted from professor K 's professional capability.

The insufficient management o( the risk of preconstruction phase causes the risk of construction phase so it makes bad effects such as the extension of construction time and raising of cost. Therefore, the management of the risk of preconstruction phase is being considered as an important element of success of project and the competitive power of construction companies. This study Is to suggest solution methods for each progress after examining reasons of the risk for the management of the risk of preconstruction phase 1'he progress is limited as earth work, RC work, steel work and curtain wall work. Through the introduction of Knowledge Management system, work flow is made by specialist of each part. The reasons of the risk of progress are chosen through the analysis of work flow and I suggest detailed solutions such as person in charge, the starting point of progress and the information of requirements according to the grade of importance about elements of the risk

Recently, slope failures are disastrous when they occur in mountainous area adjoining highways. The accidents associated with Slope failures have increased due to rapid urbanization of mountainous area. Therefore, the inspection of slope is conducted to maintain road safety as well as road function. In this study, we apply to the remedy which is comparing existent description to advanced technology using GIS. we utilize a 3D scanner, one of the advanced method, to generate precise and complete road slope model from expert point of view. In result, we are transferred practical data from external slope stability to hazard slope information. We suggest not only the database but also the method of road risk evaluation based on GIS.

This study conducted empirical research from the behavioral perspective with a survey to residents in order to grope for directions to develop a local council. The results gained from the research can be summed up as below: First, according to the result of evaluation on the essential roles (resident representative, checks, and legislation functions) of the council, the residents could not see any improvement in general. Regarding parliamentary activities and administrative changes, they also hardly felt any great changes. Second, according to the result of detailed evaluation on the council activities, the residents regard the collection of residents' opinions or the division exclusively in charge of collecting opinions to be very important. Third, in the developmental evaluation on the local council, they consider it is very crucial to induce outside specialists to secure expertise and establish the system to activate residents' participation. Above results imply that for the development of local councils, it is essential for the councils to play their roles responsibly as well as positively through communication and negotiation with the residents. It is thought that the research results will contribute to explaining the directions to develop local councils both practically and theoretically.

This research aims to propose a systematic approach to identify emerging technology-product portfolio for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Firstly, operational definition of emerging technology for SMEs is presented. Secondly, research framework is suggested and case study to show usefulness of the newly proposed framwork is analyzed. In detail, reference patent set which represent company's capabilities and business area are constructed. The research constructs patent data set for bibliometric analysis using reference patent set and citing patents to 2nd level. Clustering (expert judgement) and keyword based bibliometric approach are used. Then, cluster activity index (AI) and relevance index (RI) comparing with reference patent set are estimated. With emerging technology-product portfolio using AI and RI, a firm can identify emerging technology-product area and monitoring area.

국토기본법과 국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률은 국토의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 정책 및 계획을 규정하고 있다. 이를 효율적으로 달성하기 위한 수단으로GIS를 기반으로 공간의사결정 지원체계 구축에 대한 수요가 높아지고 있다. 이는 그 동안 행정업무를 위한 자료관리 중심의 정보화에서 공간자료분석을 기반으로 한 정보화에 대한 새로운 수요라고 할 수도 있다. 그러나 국토공간계획을 지원하기 위한 의사결정지원체계를 성공적으로 구축하기 위해 해결해야 할 많은 과제들이 있다. 본 연구는 국토공간계획을 위한 의사결정지원체계를 구축하는데 장애가 되는 과제를 파악하고, 해결방향을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 전문가를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 실시했다. 본 연구는 공간의사결정지원체계의 설계 및 개발에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 중심으로 research questions를 가지고 접근했다. 시스템 설계 관점에서 처리결과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 입력되는 자료와 지식, 분석처리하는 방법, 인터페이스 등을 중심으로 research question을 설정했다. 시스템 개발과 관련하여 개발도구 확보, 이해관계자 참여 방안, 시스템의 지속성 확보 등을 중심으로 research questions를 설정했다. 마지막은 향후 공간의사결정 지원체계의 연구 및 개발을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 파트너쉽에 대한 research question이다. 지금까지 국내에서 공간의사결정지원체계 구축과 관련해 기초적인 이론이나 방법론에 대한 연구가 미흡했다. 대부분 외국의 연구 및 개발사례를 소개하는 수준에 불과하다. 특히 공간의사결정지원체계를 구축하거나 운용하는 기반기술인 개발도구에 대한 기술수준이 상당히 미흡하다. 조사결과에서 공개소프트웨어 도입에 대한 필요성 강조가 이를 반증하고 있다. 또한 시민사회의 성숙, 다양한 사회단체 출현 등으로 국토공간계획 과정에 이해관계자 참여정도가 질적 양적으로 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 이에 대응하기 위한 기술, 기법 등에 대한 연구는 매우 미흡하고 단편적으로 관련 기술을 소개하는 정도이다. 국토공간계획 및 정책과 관련한 다양한 문제해결을 위한 공간의사결정지원체계를 구축하기 위해서 장기간에 걸긴 단계적 접근이 필요하다. 국토공간계획은 우리나라만의 자연 환경 및 인문환경의 특성이 반영되어야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 우리의 개발방법론, 우리의 기술이 개발되어야 하며, 이를 체계적으로 구현할 수 있는 협력체계 구축이 필요하다.

Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. Through the AHP evaluation model" developed in this study, as a result of measuring the relative satisfaction of major factors, service utilization rate (0.470), facility management (0.210), and other project implementations (0.073) appeared in order. Here, the service utilization rate was evaluated as the most important.

In the past, delivering knowledge mainly, education focused on the development of left brain. However, as the importance of right brain is widely accepted, various approaches on education in creativity have been tried. With the advance in the research on the brain, it has been known that the left brain and the right brain are closely linked to work effectively while they are specialized to some functionalities differently. We developed an educational content exploiting Chinese characters to facilitate the balanced development of both brain. Making categorizations from Yin-yang and five elements of the universe, it consists of four stages. The first stage is to stimulate the brain with visual scandal. The second one, third one, and the fourth one are to develop the right brain, left brain, and both brain respectively. Through expert interview, the potential of the developed content as an efficacious method for brain development was verified.

이상에서 소개된 정보통신부 리눅스 활성화 방안을 요약하면 다음과 같다.1991년 개발된 리눅스가 최근 저비용 고효율 안정성 등의 여러가지 이점 때문에 대표적인 PC서버용 운영체제로 부각되고 있다. IBM, Intel, Sun 등 세계적인 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 업체들이 공식적으로 리눅스 지원을 시작하면서 Windows NT에 대적하는 새로운 서버 운영체제로 부각되었고, 이에 따라 다른 여러 업체들도 리눅스 시장을 선점하기 위해 활발한 개발활동을 전개하고 있다. 본 활성화 방안은 국내에서 리눅스 활성화를 통해 다음의 목표를 달성하기 위해 마련되었다. 추진목표는 첫째, 저가격 고성능의 리눅스를 이용한 PC 보급 확산으로 인터넷 이용환경 구축 예산을 절감하고 교육정보화 등 정보화사업에 리눅스 적용을 통해 국민의 보편적 이용환경을 조성하는 데 있고, 둘째, 리눅스 기반기술 개발을 통해 소프트웨어 기술을 국제수준으로 향상시키고, 셋째, 리눅스의 보급 활성화를 통한 국내 소프트웨어 산업을 육성하는 데 있다. 구체적 추진전략은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리눅스 한글환경 표준화 및 리눅스 기반기술 개발 등과 같은 원활한 리눅스 보급을 위한 연구개발을 추진한다. 둘째, 리눅스 환경하의 다양한 응용 개발 촉진체계를 구축한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 셋째, 공공분야에 대한 리눅스 보급을 추진한다. 정보화사업 추진 시 리눅스 활용을 적극 추진하고 교육정보화 사업의 기본장비로 활용하는 시범사업을 추진한다. 또한 산 학 연의 리눅스 전문가들로 리눅스 협의회를 구성하여 리눅스 보급 확산을 위한 활동을 추진하게 될 것이다. 이 과정에서 기업들의 요구사항 및 이용활성화에 대해서 협의가 이루어질 것이다. 새 천년에는 시작부터 국가간에 치열한 정보화 경쟁이 있을 것이다. 정보화 환경이 얼마나 저비용 고효율으로 잘 구축되었느냐, 그리고 정보화 인력을 얼마나 갖고 있느냐가 그러한 국제사회에서의 경쟁력을 좌우하게 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 리눅스의 활성화는 매우 중요하다. 본 활성화 방안이 성공적으로 수행되어 우리나라가 아시아의 리눅스 메카로 떠올라 새천년에 우리나라가 정보화 선진국에 진입하도록 정부에서는 최대의 노력을 기울일 방침이다.

This paper describes a heuristic search technique carrying out collision avoidance for Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs). Fuzzy relational products are used as the mathematical implement for the analysis and synthesis of relations between obstacles that are met in the navigation environment and available candidate nodes. In this paper, we propose a more effective evaluation function that reflects the heuristic information of domain experts on obstacle clearance, and an advanced heuristic search method performing collision avoidance for AUVs. The search technique adopts fuzzy relational products to conduct path-planning of intelligent navigation system. In order to verify the performance of proposed heuristic search, it is compared with $A^*$ search method through simulation in view of the CPU time, the optimization of path and the amount of memory usage.
