As wireless-internet and mobile computer revitalizes, various teaching and learning strategies are appearing. In this study, we suggest a new integrated teaching method in u-learning environment effectively. First of all, to apply information technique to education effectively, we grasped various educational factors centered on learners. And then, we categorized them into contents, time and space as three vital factors and analyzed. Next, by combining the important factors, we suggested the new integrated teaching and learning strategy. We also operated personalized the integrated teaching for elementary school students and verified the effect. As a result, we learned that the integrated teaching was effective in the area of higher-level thinking presented as an effectiveness index, learning motivation and self-directed learning. That is, this study will promote excellence in education centered on learners in the hereafter u-learning environment and support general integrated education effectively.

This study is a case study of KEB HanaBank's information system integration, which has achieved outstanding results based on successful M & A. As of the end of 2018, KEB HanaBank is one of the domestic commercial banks that showed 896 domestic and overseas branches, 12,881 employees, total assets of 326 trillion won, and net income of 1.9 trillion won. The purpose of this study is to provide implications through KEB Hana Bank's unique case and strategy for information system integration since M & A. To accomplish this, KEB HanaBank's information system integration related resource status, strategy, and performance are searched using various sources, and existing researches on resource dependency theory and entrepreneurial bricolage are reviewed. In the post merger integration process, organizations need to understand the status of their resources in terms of resource constraint theory in order to succeed in the information system integration. In resource constraints, for successful computational integration, a strategy based on entrepreneurial bricolage will be needed.

The School Library Instruction(SLI) is one of the tool subjects for information literacy. Therefore, the connection with school curricula Is the activation strategy of SLI. The school library Integrated curriculum is Integrating a thinking strategy of SLI and subjects of subject education curricula. The purpose of the school library Integrated curriculum is to strengthen the educational role of teacher-librarian and self-directed learning. In this study, a presented example of the school library Integrated curriculum for the 10th students is based on the cross-curriculum subjects as a strategy of connection and integration.

This paper investigates the innovative capabilities of the leading company in the Korean online games industry, 'NCsoft'. The company is analyzed with the three types of innovation capabilities such as the capability to manage core competencies, the capability to integrate internal and external knowledge source, and the capability to build innovation policy/strategy. This paper concludes with suggesting the future strategies of the NCsoft by each capability.

오늘날 기업의 핵심 역량은 공급사슬관리의 수준에 따라 평가받게 된다. 특히 정보기술의 발전으로 기업내부는 물론 공급사슬 상의 다른 구성원들과의 정보 공유가 원활하게 이루어짐에 따라 공급사슬 프로세스를 적극적으로 통합하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 이와 같은 기업이 공급사슬의 통합을 통하여 핵심역량을 강화하고 기업의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬 통합의 대상을 정확히 파악하여야 한다. 그러나 공급사슬 통합으로 인한 성과는 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이며, 공급사슬 통합을 위한 전략 또한 이에 맞추어 수립되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 공급사슬통합 요인들을 기술하고, 공급사슬통합요인과 기업의 성과간의 관계에서 기업의 규모에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 대기업과 중소기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공급사슬 통합이 기업성과에 미치는 영향은 기업의 규모에 따라 다르게 나타나며, 이러한 결과는 기업들이 규모를 고려한 공급사슬통합 전략의 수립에 방향을 제시할 것이다.

Nowadays, SCM(supply chain management) is recognized as a efficient way to overcome the limits of asset and capability of one fun through the synergy effects comes from strategic alliance. Traditionally material management and logistics are recognized as a simple functional activity. But as the importance and needs of customer service are increased, gradually these activities are given to strategic role of cutting off the cost and increasing the sales. But unlike traditional alliance, for example technology alliance or holding facility in common, SCM has many difficulties in action because of differences in organization structure and management system between two firms. So in this paper, I will review literatures about the concept and constructing factor of SCM, the conditions for effective doing and strategic implications.
