A Study on the Landscape Design Strategies for Regeneration of Post-Industrial Sites of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Region in China (중국 경진당(京津唐) 지역 산업 이전적지(移轉跡地) 재생 전략 연구)

  • This study aims to discover the implications through the analysis of the characteristics and design strategies of the regeneration of the post-industrial sites in the metropolitan the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region. This study provides a basis for future research and theoretical strengths for post-industrial site regeneration practices. The results of the study are as follows. First, post-industrial site regeneration projects pursue diverse goals such as industrial heritage preservation, cultural creativity, and neighborhood revitalization in the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region. Second, in the design process, the characteristics and spatial levels of the space are enhanced by utilizing the original industrial space, incorporating transitional space, and using industrial facilities of varying heights. Third, old and new landscape elements are harmoniously integrated through the rational use of industrial relics and the appropriate addition of new elements. Fourth, the design emphasizes ecological soil restoration and the use of native and adaptable plants that have the capacity to remediate polluted soil. Fifth, the design combines modern artistic elements, such as sculpture and graffiti art to enrich the site and promote the revival of the post-industrial site. Sixth, urban events and public activities are actively programmed to vitalize the regenerated site.

  • It is introduced briefly to understand the overall state of mineral resources of Argentina profile of 30 major ore deposits and mining projects. Prospecting deposits are mostly concentrated on the Northwestern and Midwestern area in Argentina and this fact implies that deposit formation is strongly related to Andean Orogeny. Argentina is important mineral exporting country for copper, gold, silver, lead, zinc, lithium and boron. For a long-term strategy of fuel energy and mineral supply active cooperation of geological research and mine business between Korea and Argentina is needed.

  • 객체지향 데이터베이스에서 객체 접근의 성능은 효율적인 객체 선인출을 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고급의 객체 시맨틱을 사용하지 않고 세그먼트를 단위로 선택적인 객체 선인출을 수행하는 동적 SEOF(Selective Eager Object Fetch)방법을 고안하였다. 본 알고리즘은 객체 인출의 상관 관계와 빈도수를 모두 고려하였으며, 다른 기존의 객체 선인출 방법들과는 달리 시스템의 부하에 따라 선인출의 정도를 동적으로 조정함으로써 클라이언트의 메모리나 스왑 자원을 효율적으로 이용하여 시스템의 성능을 향상시킨다. 또한 제안된 방법은 객체 버퍼의 사용을 제한하여 자원의 고갈을 막을 수 있으며 , 클러스터링의 정도나 데이터베이스의 크기에 대해 효과적으로 대응한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 다중 클라이언트 환경에서의 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 실시하였다.

  • 기업 내부 전산망을 관리하는데 용이한 Active Directory(AD) 환경이 보편적으로 사용되는 가운데, 적절치 않은 정책 설정으로 대형 침해사고로 이어지는 경우가 발생하고 있다. AD는 다수 시스템과 사용자 등 자원을 관리하기 효율적이라는 장점이 있지만, 핵심 권한을 탈취당하면, 모든 자원에 접근할 수 있다는 반작용도 존재한다. 한국인터넷진흥원은 기업의 보안성 제고를 위하여 AD 환경에서 발생하는 침해사고를 상세히 분석하고 최신 동향을 지속적으로 공유하고 있다. 하지만, 침해사고 보고서는 사업 특성 및 구축환경의 다양성으로 인하여 획일화된 대응 전략을 제시할 수 없으며, 기업에 특화된 적용방안은 각자 마련해야 한다. 본고에서는 공개된 보고서를 기업 환경에 적용하기 어렵다는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 최근 발생한 AD 환경에서의 침해사고를 분석하고, 각 기업에서 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지 방안을 제시한다.

The Moderating Effect of Service Type on the Customer Delight-Behavioral Intention Relationships (서비스 유형의 조절 효과에 따른 기업의 고객감동과 행동 의도의 관계)

  • The concept of customer satisfaction is very important issue in the service firms. All service firms should delight theirs customers? Which service contexts creating customer delight results in better positive performance? This study is to examine the moderating effect of service type on the customer delight-behavioral intention relationship. Data from consumers across two distinct service contexts (retail banks and upscale restaurants) were obtained. Using the multiple moderating regression analysis, the proposed hypotheses in this study were tested. The results reveal that customer delight had a greater positive impact on both revisit and referral intention in the hedonic service than the utilitarian service. This study suggests specific service contexts where customer delight strategies generate better desirable results. The customer delight strategy is able to be applied in both hedonic and utilitarian services, but it is more effective to lead customer loyalty in the hedonic service than utilitarian services. Service firms need a strategic approach to customer satisfaction strategies. This study provide strategic implications for service firms to efficiently manage and allocate resources, and can help them in making decisions about establishing and implementing customer satisfaction strategies.

  • With the advent of local autonomy, local governments are seeking balanced regional development through the decentralization of the central government's authority. In line with this trend, each province has begun to recognize the significance of local identity as a means to promote regional development, and this recognition contributed to developing various brands using local resources. However, a number of these brands are similar to one another because they were developed without thoroughly analyzing and strategically differentiating local identities from one another. Thus, this study aims to propose local characteristics and consumer consciousness that need to be considered in local speciality brand development through practical marine product brand development cases representing Yeosu's local characteristics. This study intends to contribute to setting an effective direction of marine product branding by applying local color to brand development strategies and brand identity elements and by suggesting post-management and promotion plans of local brand positioning.

  • 기후변화에의 대응을 위한 기회비용이 점차 커지고 있으며 이에 대한 적절한 대응의 확립은 곧 미래의 국가 경쟁력의 수립으로 이어질 수 있다. 이러한 대응은 기후변화 영향이 주는 시장실패를 최소화하며 주어진 조건하에서의 최적의 자원배분을 가능하게 하는 요건이라 하겠다. 기후변화의 영향이 미치는 자원배분의 효과를 고려하여 기후변화를 위한 예산의 적절한 확립이 필요할 수 있다. 극심한 기후변화의 진행과 더불어 물관리 재정은 그 규모의 증가가 요구되며 동시에 기후변화를 반영하는 구체적이고 새로운 체계를 요한다 하겠다. 그러나 이에 부응한 물관리 재정정책의 역할의 중요성에 비하여 기후변화를 위한 명확한 정책의 확립은 미흡한 현실이라 할 수 있다. 기후변화의 대응에 대한 비전과 전략의 확립이 물관리 재정에도 필요할 수 있으며 우리는 이전의 피상적인 부처별 예산배분의 정책에서 탈피하여 좀도 확고한 물관리 재정의 확립을 이룸이 필요하다 하겠다. 기후변화의 영향을 완화하고 또 그에 적응하고자 하는 제 정책의 결정과정은 현재의 수용력(capacity)을 변화시킬 수 있는 부존자원의 사용 여부와 직접적으로 연관되어 있음을 부인할 수 없다. 본 연구는 구체적인 예산의 활용방안에 관하여 기후변화 과정 속에서 적응하며 진화하는 물관리 재정의 형태 및 속성을 구분 점검한다. 나아가 우리의 지역별 유역별 시나리오의 변화의 과정 속에서의 기후변화대비 완화와 적응의 틀에서 정책적 조합의 모습을 진단한다. 현재의 예산 정책에 대한 확인으로 그 효과성을 점검하는 방법론의 제시 속에서 기후변화 대비 효과적인 재정정책은 지역별 사회경제시나리오와의 관계 속에서 확립됨을 보임으로써 정책제언이 가능함을 보인다.

  • Due to the fact that it is relatively easy to transfer technology between application developers or content providers, low entry barrier in the business causes fierce competition among the venture companies in mobile service industry. Our study examines a sustainable strategies to operate a business for venture companies that are in a highly competitive technology-intensive industry. In this paper, we examine how venture firms created a network and brought synergy effects, using network theory. Korean venture firm, YelloMobile, uses unique strategies of merger and acquisition through the method of swapping equity and thereby establishing network. We contribute to expand network theory by examining three elements of network: such as network structure, network governance mechanisms, and network contents.

  • Today venture holds highly skilled technical manpower and high-tech products. To maintain the superiority in competition in the market, it is necessary to complete preparations, first of all, the effectual global marketing strategy should take precedence over the others. Therefore, this research is based on the research report of the special feature, the state of affairs and marketing strategy of venture business and is made up the questionnaire to interview total 200 companies of venture that was registered in Dec. 2006 and then is made the analysis of relevance of the statistical data of 154 companies of them and set up a hypothesis. As the result of it, it is set up two hypotheses. One of them is the difference of products, price, distribution and promotion according to the growth period. And the other is the difference of distribution and promotion according to the turnover. The venture places the great deal of weight on the discriminatory products concerned technical development and marketing activity. It is pointed out that it is to be passive to seek a new market promote the products, because of limitations of manpower, funds, technology and information in the beginning with smalt turnover.

Analysis of Categories of Internationalization Strategy by Korean Ventures and Their Performances (한국 벤처기업 국제화 전략의 유형과 성과 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the types of internationalization strategies utilized by Korean ventures and to examine whether there is a significant relationship between these types and internationalization performances. Specifically we tested whether there is a good feasibility through empirical analysis of the study model constructed through the following process. As a criterion of typification, the capability of international entrepreneurship and the capability of effectuation of a venture were chosen, and a model in which those three types exist based on the capabilities is established. The characteristics of each type and the contents of internationalization strategy are explained and empirical analysis is conducted. We also test whether there are significant differences in internationalization performance for each type. As a result of the cluster analysis, we concluded that there are three types : pioneer, careful preparation and passive response. In addition, these three types have significant differences in the levels of performances of reputation in foreign markets and the accumulation of knowledge in international management. This implies significant differences among the performances of each type of ventures according to their internationalization strategy positions. Therefore, the type of venture should be considered when a venture establishes its internationalization strategy and governments set supporting policy for venture companies.
