Knowledge and Skill Competence of Supervisor (슈퍼바이저의 지식 및 기술 역량 연구 -IPA분석을 통한 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 비교-)

  • The purpose of this research is to compare the importance and performance of the supervisor competence according to the social welfare center, rehabilitation center for the disabled types. Accordingly, it is suggested to propose implementation strategy to improve supervisor's competency. There were statistically significant differences in the importance and performance of the 14 knowledge competencies(t=30.545, p<.001) and 15 skill competencies(t=27.335, p<.001) required for the supervisor. As the result of IPA analysis, there was a difference by each type of welfare center in the distribution of four areas(Concentrate here, Keep up the good work, Low Priority, Possible Overkill) and accordingly, the implementation strategy was presented and discussed.

The Effects of Innovator's DNA on the Innovative Strategy in SMEs (중소기업 경영자의 혁신DNA와 혁신전략에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, there are increasing to the interest in the organizational innovation DNA as the innovation origin and these interest mainly were approached through the case analysis of global innovative companies. The purpose of study is to investigate the applicability under the CEO of SMEs settings as global companies' cases. The research focused on the impact of innovator's DNA on innovative strategy by the empirical study that analyzed from 110 firm's data in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. The results of empirical study, innovator's DNA has positive effects on the overall innovative strategy, especially the effects of discovery DNA are stronger than operational DNA. Included to the discovery DNA effects, operational DNA bring about negative on the product differentiation, though it has positive on the market differentiation. In terms of components of innovator's DNA, the questioning and association have strong impacts on the overall innovative strategy, and analyzing has positive on market differentiation, but specific task implementation has negative on the product differentiation. The results suggest that the logic of global innovation case is possible to the SME's CEO and need to learning efforts to promote discovery DNA for successful innovation.

Importance-Performance Analysis on Human Rights of the Disabled of Living Rehabilitation Social Worker in Housing Facilities of the Disabled (장애인거주시설 생활재활교사의 장애인 인권에 대한 중요도-실행도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the difference of importance-performance about human right of social worker who works in housing facilities of the disabled. Based on our result, we suggest strategies to implement human rights for the disabled. We collected data from 344 social workers in Busan. We analyzed descriptive statistics, and employed T-Test and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results found the importance level was higher than the performance level of human rights for the disabled. Second, agreement of residential space open and vote right guarantees, the importance level was higher than performance level. Items, excluding ensuring religious activities, prohibiting corporal punishment, strengthening the facility monitoring system and improve facility environment and strengthen program, featured a higher performance level than the importance level. Third, based on the IPA analysis, we derived action strategies for each IPA analysis matrix. We examined 10 items, including free communication included in the first quadrant, improvement of facilities management policy in the second quadrant, prohibition of corporal punishment and strengthening of facility monitoring system in the fourth quadrants.
