The Research for Higher Ride Quality with OPAX and OTPA (변수모델을 사용한 전달경로분석법(OPAX)과 전달률 함수를 사용한 전달경로분석법(OTPA)을 사용한 승차감 향상 연구)

  • The ride quality has become a key component of not only design but car selling as the technology developed and the requirement of passengers grew up. Thus car industry invests lots of time and cost for the higher ride quality. The evaluation of the ride quality mainly is expressed by subjective element that drivers felt. In this paper, instead of the original transfer path analysis method, relatively new methods such as OPAX(Operational path analysis with eXogeneous inputs) and OTPA(operational transfer path analysis) are used for analyzing the main hindrance element of ride quality. With those new method, contribution rate of all paths that the vibration propagate along analyzed after driving test on the roads having different characteristic. The comprehensive hindrance elements of ride quality are deduced from the contribution rate and the improve experiment by changing one of hindrance elements for higher ride quality.

The Characteristics of Airborne Noise Transfer Path Analysis Methods according to Path Models (경로 모델에 따른 공기기인 소음 전달 경로 분석법 특성 분석)

  • In this paper, a comparison about two representative Transfer Path Analysis(TPA) methods for air-borne noise based on, matrix inversion method and pressure transmissibility, are presented on the view point of crosstalk effect between sources. In order to assess accuracy of two methods according to path models between virtual airborne noise sources, experiments are made for two cases, weak and strong crosstalk effect condition, by using acrylic vehicle model. Based on this assessment, the paper presents a reasonable application criteria for TPA method according to the circumstances of air-borne noise sources.

  • The ride quality investigation is on-going topic in the car industry since its global standard has not evaluated and it is difficult to point out one part that hinders the ride quality. Since the traditional transfer path analysis that is widely used in car industry to investigate the ride quality requires a lot of test time to process the full data so that there are problems to conduct in industry. Based on these disadvantages, new approaches have developed such as OPAX(operational path analysis with eXogeneous inputs) and OTPA(operational transfer path analysis) for last decades. The OTPA only requires the operational data for evaluate the contribution of vibration sources and the OPAX has advantage of using parametric model to estimate the operating load and needs a minimum set of extra tests with excitation. In this paper, for evaluating the hindrance of ride quality two methods are used and the result is compared with another result of a car having higher ride quality.

The Mathematical Model on Crosstalk Effect of Airborne Noise Sources and Verification based on Comparison between Transfer Path Analysis Methods (소음원간 누화 효과에 대한 수학적 모델 및 전달 경로 분석법 비교를 통한 검증)

  • In this paper, the mathematical model on crosstalk effect between acoustic noise sources is presented. Based on this model, a theoretical value to quantitate crosstalk effect of sources can be defined on the authority of reverberation property of surrounding which sources are located, relative magnitudes of sources and phase deference between acoustic wave transferred from all of sources. In order to verify crosstalk effect factor, experiments are made for two cases, weak and strong crosstalk effect condition, by using toro representative transfer path analysis(TPA) methods.

  • Because neurochemicals are related to homeostasis and cognitive and behavioral functions in human body and because they enable the diagnosis of numerous neurodegenerative disorders, there has been increasing interest in the development of analytical platforms for neurochemical profiling in biological samples. In particular, mass spectrometry (MS)-based analytical methods combined with chromatographic separation have been widely used to profile neurochemicals in metabolic pathways. However, development of delicate sample preparation procedures and highly sensitive instrumental detection is necessary considering the trace levels and chemical instabilities of neurochemicals in biological samples. Therefore, in this review, analytical trends in MS-based metabolomics approaches to neurochemicals in multiple biological samples, such as urine, blood, CSF, and biological tissues, are discussed. This paper is expected to contribute to the development of an analytical platform to discover biomarkers that will aid diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of neurodegenerative disorders.

  • 한국어는 단어들 사이에 공백이 없는 미분절어이기 때문에, 한국어를 분석하기 위해서는 단어의 경계를 식별하는 분절이 선행되어야 한다. 분절은 쉽지 않은 과정이고 잘못된 분절은 구문분석, 의미 분석 단계에서 심각한 오류를 유발하기 때문에 형태소 분석의 중요한 작업중의 하나가 되어왔다. 기존의 한국어 분석 시스템들은 분절의 어려움으로 인하여 입력 문자열의 끝까지 읽은 후, 우에서 좌로 분석하는 two-pass 전략이나 단어들 사이에 공백을 삽입하여 처리하는 방법을 사용하였다. 또한 이 시스템들은 형태소 분석이 완결된 후, 파서에게 결과를 전달하는 순차적인 전략을 사용하였다. 본 논문은 영어의 분석과 같이 형태소 분석 동안에 파싱을 할 수 있는 one-pass 전략을 사용하여 한국어를 효율적으로 처리하는 모델을 제안한다. 이를 위해 형태소 분석 방법으로써 확장된 최장일치법을 제시하며, 위 방법에서 생성되는 문제점인 다중-범주 구를 처리하기 위하여 다중-경로 LR 파싱을 제시한다.

  • Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) is commonly used, by car makers and parts suppliers, analysis process to root the cause of NVH problems. In general, TPA is an analyzing technique to find the contributing factors of noise/vibration problems, and their transfer path in vehicle. However, not only TPA is used to analyze the source of NVH problems but also is used to predict NVH performance prior to the proto vehicle, or to set the development target for next new vehicle. Automotive parts manufacturing companies have to set NVH performance target when developing new systems just as car makers have NVH target set for new vehicle. Nevertheless, most of components are currently being developed based on subjective evaluation without an objective target. To judge the suitability of using TPA to set NVH target of electric parking brake, this research analyzed the transfer path by setting them in two points of view; Chassis Module and Electric Parking Brake, and comparing the measured value and calculated value. From this result, NVH target of electric parking brake will be approached in level of vehicle, system and component.

  • 파워흐름해석법은 진동에너지 흐름 형태에 따른 에너지지배방정식을 이용하는 방법으로서, 진동에너지의 공간적인 분포와 전달 경로 등을 제시할 수 있는 방법이다. 이러한 파워흐름해석법은 고주파수 대역의 진동을 해석하기 위하여 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. 본 연구에 서는 평판 구조물 진동에 대한 파워흐름해석법의 예측 결과를 실험 결과와 비교하여 분석하였다. 분석할 진동 특성들은 손실계수, 주파수 응답함수 등을 포함한다. 그리고 이러한 분석 결과로부터 파워흐름해석법이 고주파수 진동에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The vibration of a ship gives a significant effect on the noise radiated into the water. This paper focused on the vibration of ship hull due to the sub-generator located on the deck in the anchored condition. The contributions of the transfer paths between sub-generator and ship hull were analyzed using the TPA and the OTPA method. While the sub-generator was operation and the main engine was turned off, the vibrations were measured simultaneously at the 38 locations of the ship and the one hydrophone was arranged to measure the underwater radiated noise at the overside ship. The results of the transfer path by applying TPA and OTPA were compared and discussed. As a result of these methods, the top of stovepipe and valve are contributive. Reinforcing these structures is the most effective to reduce the vibration of ship hull.

  • 본 논문은 자동변속기를 탑재한 차량에서 에어콘(air condition)을 작동시키고, 공 회전시 기어의 변속을 "D"단에 두었을 때 실내에서 발생하는 이상음의 원인규명 및 해결 방 법에 관한 연구 결과를 논하고자 한다. 이 이상한 소음의 원인을 규명하기 위하여 실린더 내부의 연소압력, 메인 베어링캡(main bearing cap)의 진동, 엔진 마운팅 보스의 진동 및 차 량의 실내소음을 동시에 측정하여 분석하였으며 이 결과에 의하면 이상음의 원인은 크랭크 샤프트(crank shaft)의 굽힘진동이 파워플랜트(power plant)를 가진하여 진동을 증가시키고, 이 진동이 마운팅 보스를 통하여 차량의 차체에 전달되며, 차체의 진동에 의해서 발생하는 고체 전달음(structure-borne noise)이었다. 또한 이상음의 주기는 주파수 성분은 200-400Hz 이었다. 이 이상음은 크랭크 샤프트의 댐퍼 풀리의 질량을 저감하여 크랭크 샤프트의 동특 성을 개선함으로서 해결가능하고, 혹은 점화시기를 지연하여 연소 압력을 낮춤으로서 해결 가능하다.
