  • 하중전달의 문제는 구조체가 하중을 지지할 때 하중을 받는 부재로부터 하중을 지지하지 않는 쪽의 구조로 얼마만큼의 하중이 전달되는가를 해석하는 것이라고 간단히 정의 할 수 있다. 효율적인 Load transfer mechanism 은 구조체의 설계와 해석의 중요한 인자와 직접적으로 관련이 되어 있기 때문에 구조체의 해석시에는 이러한 하중전달의 개념이 반드시 포함되어야 한다. 그러나 일반적인 구조체의 해석시에는 하중전달의 개념은 그 해석의 어려움과 이론적인 해석해의 부재 그리고 본질적으로 존재하는 복잡성 때문에 무시되어져 왔다. 또한 이러한 하중전달의 문제가 다른 역학적인 거동과 연관되어 해석되어 질때는 그 이론적인 해는 구할 수가 없게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 다층구조체에 존재하는 하중전달의 문제를 구조체 내에 존재하는 불연속면의 영향을 고려하수 있는 수치해석적인 모델의 개발을 통하여 하중전달효율의 개념으로 분석하여 각각의 불연속면의 영향에 따른 구조체내에 존재하는 하중전달의 현상을 규명하고자 한다.

A Study on Effect Factor of Load Transfer Efficiency in Concrete Pavement (콘크리트포장에서 하중전달효과 영향인자 연구)

  • One of the most important factors accounting for the structural capacity of concrete pavement is load transfer efficiency. Load transfer efficiency is affected by slab temperature gradient, construction of dowel bars, degree of aging, and crack width. The purpose of this study is to determine the patterns of load transfer efficiency of concrete pavement; to determine the factors that affect the load transfer efficiency; and to present the proper measuring method of load transfer efficiency. As a result from this study, load transfer efficiency was affected primarily by the average temperature in concrete slab. Load transfer efficiency decreased with decreasing temperature and increasing crack width. For the sections with dowel bars, there were little differences in load transfer efficiency regardless of temperature changes. For the sections without dowel bars, however, there on great losses of load transfer efficiency at low temperatures. For the old pavement, even in the sections with dowel bars, the load transfer efficiency reduced as the temperature dropped For the sections in this study, 1.4% reduction of the load transfer efficiency was observed for each $1^{\circ}C$ drop in the slab temperature.

Tensile Load Transmission Capacity of H-shaped Beam by Stud Connectors (스터드 커넥터로 연결된 H형강보의 인장하중 전달성능)

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate tensile load transmission capacity of H-shaped beam about design load by stud connector. The basic test of stud connecter was conducted and two specimens of full-scale size were tested under monotonic tensile loading condition. The parameter of tests is the size of the H-shaped beams. The results show that tensile load transmission capacity of H-shape beam about design load by stud connectors is excellent observing to the design code of steel structures of Architectural Institute of Korea.

  • 전달 경로 해석 기법은 NVH 문제 해결 프로세스에서 자주 사용되는 기법으로서 소음원 X 전달 경로= 응답 모델을 사용한 접근방식입니다. 수음(응답)점에서 문제의 진동 및 소음 응답을 고체 및 공기 음원이 응답에 미치는 기여도 또는 개별 경로, 모드, 판넬 기여도의 합으로 세분화하여 표시함으로써, 문제의 원인을 규명하고, 문제 해결 및 대책 방안에 대한 통찰력을 제시하며, NVH 문제의 해결을 위해 사용되는 필수적인 도구입니다. 본 강좌에서는 건물에 설치되는 설비의 작동 시 고체 음원 평가 및 철도 소음의 공기음과 구조음 기여도 평가를 위해 적용된 전달 경로 해석 기법 사례를 소개할 것입니다. 설비 작동시의 전달 경로 해석 기법에 의해 평가된 고체 음원의 신뢰성 확보를 위하여 $\bullet$ 직접 측정된 하중 데이터와 역행렬 기법에 의해 예측된 하중 비교 및 $\bullet$ 가진 햄머로 가진시의 가진력과 측정된 가속도 신호를 사용하여 역행렬 기법으로 계산된 하중의 비교를 수행하였습니다. 철도 소음의 공기음 및 고체음 기여도 평가를 위해서는 $\bullet$ 열차 주행중 철로에서 측정된 가속도를 사용하여 철로면에 가해지는 하중을 역행렬 기법으로 계산하였으며 $\bullet$ 철로 주변에서 거리별 측정된 소음중, 고체음의 기여도 파악을 위해서, 전달 경로 해석기법으로 예측된 고체음과 측정된 소음을 비교하였습니다.

Joint Stiffness Tests for Precast Concrete Pavement (프리캐스트 콘크리트 포장의 하중전달 성능 실험)

  • This paper compares the load transfer efficiency between precast concrete pavement specimen and typical concrete pavement specimen by means of laboratory and field tests. An experimental method was developed to evaluate the load transfer efficiency of the dowel bars buried in the concrete pocket and grouted with cement mortar. The test results showed that the load transfer efficiency of the specimen for the dowel bars repaired with grout was equivalent to that of the control specimen. In addition, a series of FWD field tests were conducted on the precast pavement to evaluate the joint stiffness. The field test results revealed that the central deflection of the precast slab slightly increased but the load transfer efficiencies at the joints were almost the same as those in the typical concrete pavement slab.

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate in-plane and out-of-plane moment transmission capacity of H-shaped beams about design load by stud connector. Four specimens were tested under monotonic moment loading condition in each case to evaluate those. The parameter of tests is the size of the H-shaped beams. The results show that moment transmission capacity of H-shape beams in the serviceability limit state by stud connectors is excellent observing to the design code of steel structures of Architectural Institute of Korea.

A Study on Transferred Load Reduction on Paved Track Roadbed with Low Elastic Base Plate Pad (저탄성 베이스플레이트 패드 적용에 따른 포장궤도 노반에서의 전달하중 저감에 관한 연구)

  • Development of the paved track is required as a low-maintenance of conventional line. The paved tracks are one of the types of the ballast reinforced tracks those are manufactured by adopting the prepacked concrete technique. The main elements of this tracks are large sleeper, low elastic pad, fastener, cement mortar, geotextile and recycled ballast. Low elastic pad is the most effective element of such tracks on the basis of stress-displacement characteristics, dynamic response and fatigue characteristics. The stiffness of the pad determine the stiffness of the track. Consequently, it is more important in case of concrete track structure such as paved track because application of low elastic pad seriously effect the durability and stability of the track. The main objective of this study is to confirm the reduction of train load, which transfer to roadbed through various pad effects. To achieve this task static, numerical analysis and real scale repeated loading test was performed while load reduction effect of low elastic pad was analyzed by using displacement, stress and strain ratio characteristics of the paved track.

  • The excellent load transfer at transverse joints ensures the high performance of jointed plane concrete pavements(JPCP). Load transfer efficiency(LTE) is affected by dowel-bars, aggregate interlock and types of underlying layers, and these factors have to be modelled adequately for a reasonable analysis of JPCP. Generally, the joint stiffness has been represented by a spring model for the shear transfer by aggregate interlock or dowels. However dowel-bars, aggregate interlock and types of underlying layers have not been considered together in the design of joints. In this study, the joint stiffness that considered those factors was presented by comparing LTE obtained using FWD(Falling Weight Deflectometer) with theoretical results obtained using the finite element analysis. In addition, the effects of temperature and concrete age, on the joint stiffness were investigated.

Behavior of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement under Moving Vehicle Loads and Effecct of Steel Ratio (이동차량하중에 대한 연속철근콘크리트포장의 거동 및 철근비의 영향)

  • The behavior of continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP) and the effect of the steel ratio on the behavior under moving wheel loads were investigated in this study. The CRCP sections having different steel ratios of 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8% were considered to evaluate the load transfer efficiency (LTE) at transverse cracks and to investigate the strains in CRCP when the system is subjected to moving vehicle loads. The LTEs were obtained by conducting the falling weight deflectometer (FWD) tests and the tests were performed at three different times of a day to find the curling effect due to the daily temperature changes in CRCP. The strains in the concrete slab and the bond braker layer of the CRCP system under moving vehicle loads were obtained using the embedded strain gages. The results of this study show that the LTEs at transverse cracks are very high and not affected by the time of testing and the steel ratio. The strains in CRCP under vehicle loads become smaller as the vehicle speed increases or as the wandering distance increases; however, the strains are not clearly affected by the steel ratio.

Stress Distribution under a Geogrid-Reinforced Soil Pad (지오그리드로 보강한 성토지반의 응력분포)

  • 얕은 기초의 침하는 기초에 가해지는 상재 하중의 지반에 전달될 때 분포되는 응력의 특성과 크기에 관련되어 일어난다. 일반적으로 지반의 보강재로 사용되는 지오그리드로 두께가 작은 토체를 보강하면 지중에 전달되는 응력을 재분포시켜 감소시킨다. 이 논문에서는 현장시험을 통하여 여러 층의 지오그리드로 토체를 보강시 토체 상부에 가해지는 원형 등분포 하중하에서 토체의 응력 분포를 측정하였다. 인천국제 공항 건설 현장의 준설 매립 구간에서 행하여진 이 시험을 통하여, 지오그리드로 보강된 토체의 하중 분포는 기초에 가해지는 하중 강도와, 보강재 포설층수, 토체의 두께의 함수로 나타낼 수 있다.
