International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)은 국제 규격을 제 개정하는 단체로서, 1906년에 설립된 조직이다. 2006년 말 기준으로 67개국의 회원 국가를 보유하고 있으며 총 5,613개의 규격을 제 개정하고 있다. IEC는 많은 수의 규격을 제 개정하기 위하여 100개의 Technical Committee (TC)와, 각 TC 산하에 Subcommittees(SC)를 두고 있다. SC는 다시 산하에 Working group(WG)을 두어 실제적으로 해당 국제규격의 제 개정은 바로 이 WG에서 작업을 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 IEC TC17내의 SC17B와 SC17D의 구성, 현황 및 활동과 현재 진행되고 있는 저압차단기의 규격동향에 대하여 고찰하였다. IEC TC17은 차단기, 개폐기(스위치), 단로기, 버스관로 및 배전반등과 관련된 IEC 규격의 제 개정을 담당하고 있다. TC17 산하의 SC17B는 저압 차단기, SC17D는 저압배전반제품과 관련된 규격을 관리하고 있다. 한국은 SC17B와 SC 17D의 P-member(Participant)로서 투표권을 갖고 있으며, 한국전기연구원이 운영간사를 맡고 있다. 현재 국내기업체 전문가와 연구원들의 의견을 수렴하여 국가의견으로서 IEC에 제출하고 있지만 앞으로 더 많은 전문가들의 참여가 시급한 실정이다.

The EA.F. sleelmaking slag (slag that follow) of a cnmvany 1 Co.. containzd a simple substance of a metal, wustlte (FeO), magnetite (Fe,O,), gehlenite (CaAl,SiO,), monlicellite (CaMgSiO,), dc. To recovere a metal (Fe grade . t95%) in the slag, it is desirable that the particles of a metal are isolated from thc slag and madc for a liberated subslance. Then, the liberaled melal is easlly recoveled by a magnetic separation. If thc rcclarnalcd slag, the sizc of which ranges under 40 nun, have a mulli-stage crushing, the most of a metal in thc slag is simply isolaled as a liberated subslance. If the mad, lhat is a liberated subslance and a sphere, is recovered by a magnetic field intensity. the minimum intensity, at which a metal is attracted, is approximately IOOG and did no1 dcpcnd on the particle size of a metad in the same particles. TIe recovered material. that contdined a iron (Fe) over 95% is a metal which is crushed slag by l00G in the multi-stage. If the magnetic field intcns~ty increase, the recovery mcrcasc, but the concentration grade decrease Bewusc thc concentration eams more and more impurities, iron oxide and the coml~ound of alkali earth element. 'll~ercforc If the rccla~nated slag have the multi-stage crushing, the metal is almostly recovered in the crushed slag by lO0G on each particles. If the slag, used as a rcclamatian lhat is a amount of 350,000 tan from I Co., was undcr the multistage crushing and then separaled by 100gauss, it is possible to recova a metal approximately 2.500 Ion, lhat is 0.73% of n ~eclamated slag. in 304.7 mm particles and to recover 4.200 tan in 0.3-1.7 mm particles , that is 1.2% nf a rcclamated slag, in a year. Therefore, ihe told recoverable meld is 6,700 ton, that is 19% of a reclmated slag, in a year, too.

Recently, e-mail has become an important way of communications in IT societies, but it creates various social problems due to increase of spam mails. Even though many organizations and cooperation have been trying researches to develop spam mail blocking technologies, a lot of cost and system complexities are required because of varieties of spam blocking technologies. In this paper, we designed of the SMBC(Spam Mail Blocking Center) using the Fit FA(Filtering Algorithm) Finder. Fit-FA Finder that search and applises spam mail filtering algorithm of the most suitable confrontation according to type of spam mail. The system of spam mail filtering is decided performance of the system by procedure that spam filter is used. Go through designed Fit-FA Finder and reduced unnecessary filtering process and processing time and load than appointment order filter application way of existent spam mail interception system.

This paper describes the checking results and some problems of guard lamps installed in the field. The guard lamp providing night security for people is installed outdoors and exposed to the natural factors causing secular ageing and the people's vandalism, etc., thus it is prone to get troubles in function. In fact, the guard lamps has been left without considering the fundamental measures in the legislative system in spite of the loss of lives due to the electric shock accidents repetitively taking place every year. This study arouses people's attention to the risk due to the lack of management and maintenance of the guard lamp by investigating the recent technology and the actual operating conditions and some problems and countermeasures were ultimately deduced. In this process, we reflected on the various opinions through fieldwork and had a couple of consultations with field staffs, manufacturers concerned and active officers with local autonomous entities.

오늘날 국제화 글로벌시대의 도래, 정보기술의 진전으로 인한 인터넷보급의 확대로 인한 시장 환경이 급속하게 변화됨에 따라 공급체인 파트너들 간의 긴밀한 협력관계 구축의 필요성이 요구되는 상황에서 벤더에 의한 재고관리(VMI: Vendor Managed Inventory)는 시장변화에 신속하게 대응하고 기업간의 투명성을 제고하여 재고삭감의 문제를 해결하는 확실한 방법으로 조달 및 생산 물류관리의 가치를 제공하는 도구로 각광받고 있다. 지난 '98년 국내 최초로 유통업체인 롯데마그넷이 VMI를 도입한 이래로 제조 및 유통업체 및 전 부문으로 확산되고 있으며, 특히 전자 전기 자동차 제조업체의 도입 파급효과로 인하여 수직종속적인 구조관계에 있는 중소부품업체에서도 필요성을 인식하게 되었으며 최근 들어 VMI 도입을 시도하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소부품제조멉체의 VMI의 적용에 의한 물류성과에 관하여 영향을 미치는 효과, VMI의 활동요소와 성공요소와의 상관관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 VMI의 도입 적용을 준비 검토하고 있거나, VMI의 도입적용상 당면문제에 직면하고 있는 기업가, 실무담당자에게 문제해결을 위한 지침을 제공하고, 관련연구단체 및 기관, 학계의 연구자 및 학생들에게 새로운 방향을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.

Recently, it is imperatively necessary to expand fire services funds for providing high quality of fire services. This study is to propose the plan of funds expansion for fire services to cope with a hefty increase of fire services demands in a local autonomous entity era. As alternatives of funds expansion, the study suggests the increase of fire public facilities tax rate and extracting new funds by establishing local government firms such as fire hospitals and fire repair firms. In addition, the study also proposes establishing a new common fire facilities tax, imposing fire services tax on gas tax, imposing public facilities tax on electricity tax, and transferring fire services expense to a local autonomous entity.

현재 전국적으로 $\blacktriangle$ 전기, 가스, 상수도, 하수도, 열수송관 등을 공동 수용하는 '지하공동구'가 14개 도시 30개소에 160.4km $\blacktriangle$ 보행공간으로 병용되는 '지하도로'가 23개도시 118개소에 63만 $m^2$ $\blacktriangle$ 지하도로내 설치된 지하점포가 1만1천798개소 23만$m^2$이 있다. 이와 같이 현대 도시내에서 지상공간의 과밀도 개발로 인하여 지하공간의 수요가 증대되어 지하공간 구조물이 많이 설치되고 있는 반면, 지하상가, 지하천 등과 같은 지하공간 시설에서 발생할 수 있는 침수피해 대책이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 과거 지하공간의 침수피해 실태를 조사하고 그 사례에서 원인을 분석하여 기술적 해결책을 도출해 내며, 침수방지를 위한 대책으로 국내에서 사용하고 있는 기숙이나 국외(미국, 일본)의 침수방지 기술 및 대책, 침수시 가이드라인 등을 조사하였다. 또한 지하공간이 침수되었을 때 일어날 수 있는 위험성에 대하여 이론적인, 기술적인 조건에 대하여 조사하였다. 이를 토대로 지하공간의 유형 즉, 지하주택, 지하상가, 지하공공시설(지하차도, 지하철, 전철, 지하변전소)에 대한 구체적인 침수방지 기숙에 대한 기준을 제시함으로써 궁극적으로는 지방자치단체, 관련기관, 연구기관에서 지하공간 침수방지대책에 대한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

슬링 운동 치료(Sling Exercise Therapy)는 근골격계 질환 환자의 영구적인 치유를 목적으로 슬링을 이용한 능동적인 치료와 운동법을 체계화한 접근법이다. 이 개념은 10 여년 전부터 노르웨이의 물리치료사들을 중심으로 발전되어 왔으며, 현재 뇌졸중 환자와 신경학적 질환자 그리고 소아 환자와 건강 증진 프로그램에서도 이용되는 방법들이 개발되어지고 있다. 현재 정형물리치료 분야에 대한 세계적인 흐름은 전기치료 기구나 물리치료사의 손에 의해 수동적으로 이루어지는 치료 접근에서 점차 환자가 스스로 물리치료사에 의해 특별히 고안된 운동방법에 따라 능동적인 치료적 운동을 통해 손상 치료와 건강 관리를 하는 방향으로 발전되어지고 있으면 많은 치료 분야에서 이러한 접근법을 채택하고 있다. 슬링운동치료 개념은 이러한 능동적인 운동법을 주된 목적으로 이용하고 있다. 이 논문은 근골격계 질환의 치료를 중심으로 쓰여졌다. SET 개념에는 체계적인 진단과 치료의 요소들이 포함되어져 있다. 진단 체계에는 열린 사슬과 닫힌 사슬을 이용하여 단계적으로 부하를 가해 줌으로서 근육의 상태를 검사하는 방식을 가지고 있다. 치료적 체계를 구성하는 요소에는 근육의 안정화, 감각운동 훈련, 열린 사슬과 닫힌 사슬을 이용한 훈련법, 가동성있는 연부 조직의 역동적 훈련, 심폐 강화 훈련, 단체 훈련, 가정에서의 개별적 훈련과 추후 관리 그리고 운동 프로그램을 제공하기 위한 컴퓨터 소프트웨어가 포함되어 있다.

Promoted in places like Korea, the central government and the local governments that can provide information on which to base investment policy to attract foreign direct mutation-specific gravity model (Shift-Share Model) In this study, the decrease of foreign direct investment performance using factors looked up in the industry. The sample period of 2009, 2010, 2011 nationwide (metropolitan and non-metropolitan separated) of foreign direct investment performance for Industry Standard Industrial Classification (Division) was conducted. Factors to look at the results of the National Growth Effect(NS), the industrial structure effect (IM), local allocation effect(RS) to decrease foreign direct investment in 2010 and 2011 non-metropolitan, metropolitan national growth effect(RS) is negative(-) has a value. Because it appears to be the aftermath of the global recession, the impact on the domestic economy Metropolitan area and the Industrial Mix Effect(IM) to the development of education, culture, business, and transportation, etc. in the development of service industries than in non-metropolitan valid environment. In the sector of services (food accommodation, business services, entertainment), We did it, was able to find the function. However, the Regional Share Effect(RS) be competitive in the manufacturing sector in metropolitan areas in the metal and chemical sectors have been identified. These results seems to enhance the competitiveness of the region, such as the metropolitan area's excellent workforce. Shift-Share analysis technique based on competitive factors of the region, to find the failure has limitations.
