산업의 발전과 학문의 영역이 넓어지고, 전문 연구분야의 연구 및 학술활동도 활발하게 진행됨에 따라 전문분과별 연구활동이 필요하게 되었으며 1975. 1. 31일 제 24회 정기 총회에서 학회의 정관이 개정되어 연구회 설치규정이 시행되었다. 전기기기 연구회는 전문분과 연구회로서는 본 학회에서는 최초로 1975년 5월 10일 부산 극동호텔에서 창립총회 및 연구발표회를 가졌으며 초대 간사장으로는 이승원 서울대 교수가 선임되었다. 전기기기연구회는 전기기기분야 특히 정지기, 회전기, 전력변환기등의 분야를 전공하는 회원들의 친목과 학술정보의 교환을 위한 학술발표회와 심포지엄등의 활동을 통해 전기기기 분야의 학문 발전에 기여하게 되었다.

2020년도에 물류창고에서 큰 화재 2건이 발생하였다. 4월 29일에 발생한 이천 물류창고 화재에서는 38명이라는 귀중한 생명을 잃었고 4월 21일에 발생한 군포 물류창고 화재에서는 약 220억 원이라는 재산피해가 있었다. 계속해서 되풀이 되고 있는 물류창고 화재에 대한 위험성과 물류창고라는 특성을 분석하여 이에 대한 대책을 국내법과 NFPA를 비교 분석하여 passive system, active system 및 유지관리 관점으로 제시하고자 한다.

This study was descriptive research examining the effects of gender role conflict and major satisfaction on college life adaptation of male nursing students. The subjects of this study were male nursing students enrolled in three universities located in D metropolitan city from March 2 to April 30, 2020. The SPSS 22.0 program was used for data analysis, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. As a result, the average of the gender role conflict among male nursing college students was 3.70±0.43 points. The major satisfaction level was 2.84±0.24 points, and the college life adaptation was 2.49±0.28. The characteristics of the variables according to general characteristics showed that gender role conflict was significantly related to age; major satisfaction was significantly related to age and type of residence, and college life adaptation was significant according to age and military service. Based on the above results, it is necessary to establish positive professional intuition as a way to increase the adaptation of male nursing students to college life and to develop programs actively to reduce gender role conflict and increase the major satisfaction by promoting awareness related to sexual identity.

This study examined the fitness of a path model for the relationship among self-esteem, social support, self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and subjective happiness in nursing students. The subjects consisted of 416 nursing students, and data were collected during from 10 March to 10 April, 2017, through self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlations that used PASW 21.0, and AMOS 18.0. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. There were correlation self-esteem, social support, self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and subjective happiness of in nursing students. Second, There were self-esteem, social support, self-efficacy, and major satisfaction showed direct effects on subjective happiness in nursing students, while self-esteem, social support, and self-efficacy showed indirect effects on subjective happiness in nursing students. Third, self-esteem, social support, and self-efficacy showed direct effects on major satisfaction in nursing students, while self-esteem, and social support showed indirect effects on major satisfaction in nursing students. Self esteem, and social support showed direct effects on self-efficacy in nursing students. The hypothetical path model for subjective happiness of nursing students was proven correct. Based on the outcomes of this study, it is necessary to design an intervention program that emphasizes the enhancement of self-esteem, social support, and self-efficacy in order to subjective happiness of nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect on the major satisfaction and the career adaptability of nursing students by the perception hospital nurse's workplace bullying. A survey was held to the university students in Seoul and Chungcheong cities from February 1 to April 15, 2020. 187 copies were in the final analysis for data analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multiple regression was used. As a result, the factors of affecting on the major satisfaction and career adaptability were followed by grade, motivation of the major, workplace bullying, major satisfaction, career adaptability, presence of bullying perceptual effects. The multiple regression explanatory power was 33.1percent of the total changes in major satisfaction. and the multiple regression explanatory power was 28.9percent of the total changes in career adaptability. Therefore, this study could be used as a basic data for the counseling and developing and activation education programs to improve awareness of bullying culture in the workplace.

This study was attempted to identify the difference between nursing competencies and major satisfaction before and after the first clinical practice of nursing college students and use it as basic data for efficient clinical practice education. Data collection by single group pre- and post-design was conducted from February 18 to April 23, 2019 for 201 nursing college students before and after clinical practice for 8 weeks. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, paried t-test, and Pearson's Correlation, Multiple Regression using SPSS/Win 23.0. As a result of the study, Nursing competency increased after the first clinical practice than before, but it was not significant(t=-1.73, p=.084). Among the sub-factors of nursing competency, educational ability(t=-1.97, p=.050) and ethical practical ability(t=-209, p=.038) was found to increase significantly. Major satisfaction was significantly increased after clinical practice than before(t=-2.45, p=.015). After clinical practice, it was found that general satisfaction, relationship satisfaction, and recognition satisfaction which are sub-factors of major satisfaction, had a positive correlation with nursing competency. As a result of analyzing the impact on nursing competency, it was found that recognition satisfaction explains nursing competency as 9.9%. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize the clinical practice curriculum that can improve nursing competency, develop a program that can improve major satisfaction, and verify the effectiveness.

This study aims to find out that major-related voluntary services of university students have an effect on forming their community spirit and occupational value somehow. This study carried out the survey targeting students in 'D' University, which is located at Jeonnam Province of Korea, on September 6 through 13, 2017. The self-administered questionnaire was structured in questions about community spirit and occupational value. 566 copies of the questionnaires handed out were collected. As a result, participation in voluntary services makes a significant difference according to gender, grade, and departments but major related voluntary services was ignificant difference according to departments. There was a significant difference in community spirit and occupational value of participants in voluntary services. However, major-related voluntary services showed significant difference in occupational value only. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop a lot of volunteer programs in order to encourage students to join major-related voluntary activities.

This study was conducted to investigate the factors affecting the born density of food and nutrition major and non-major university students in Seoul area. Data for food habits, dietary and health-related behavior were obtained by self administered questionnaires. BQI(bone quality index) of the subjects were measured by Quantitative Ultrasound (QUS). The results are summarized as follows: The average height, weight, BMI and osteopenia percentage of the major and non-major male and female student were l74.49cm, 67.05kg, 21.96 and 22.0%; l74.34cm, 65.98kg, 21.69 and 11.8%; l60.76cm, 54.48kg, 21.07 and 40.0%; l61.30cm, 54.22kg, 20.84 and 40.2%, respectively. The BQI of the major and non-major subjects were 108.07 and 110.47 in male student group, and 89.13, 88.18 in female student group, respectively. The T-score and Z-score of bone density of the subjects were not significantly different. Weight and BMI were positively related with BQI in male and female group but the relationship with BMI tended to be stronger in non-major female group than other groups. BQI was positively affected by exercise time, favorite food, and intake of seafood and tea in major and non-major male student group. One-side eating habit and intake of instant foods were negatively related with BQI in both male groups. In major and non-major female student group, exercise time, meal regularity, favorite food, amount of meal, intake of tofu were related with BQI positively and intake of tea and/or meats negatively. The result of this study revealed that desirable food habits, dietary behavior and health-related lifestyle may have a beneficial effect on bone density. They need practically and systematically organized nutrition education on optimum body weight, good eating habits, weight bearing exercise and intakes of good quality nutrient for higher bone density level.

This study investigates the relationship among major satisfaction, self-esteem and nursing professionalism of the students majoring in nursing. The purpose of this paper is to seek the movement of the direction of nursing education in order to improve the formulation, major satisfaction, and self-esteem of the nursing professionalism for the nursing students. This study provides you with the survey conducted among 195 people attending and nursing students as a correlation research. Data collection period was from October 1, 2014 to October 31, and Data were analyzed by t-values. Correlation coefficient using the SPSS Program 18.0. Major satisfaction and self-esteem of the nursing college students shows a correlation between net. Therefore, development and application of educational programs have to be necessary to improve the nursing students' self-esteem and a desirable professional intuition.
