본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 확산으로 각광받고 있는 안드로이드 앱을 구현하기 위해 앱 인벤터라는 비주얼 프로그래밍 툴을 활용하는 법을 제안한다. 스마트폰 앱을 만드는 과정에서 컴퓨터 전공 초보 학생들이 느끼는 프로그래밍 언어 문법의 어려움을 최대한 덜어주고 문제해결능력과 논리 교육을 우선시함으로써 프로그래밍에 대한 재미와 흥미를 느끼게 해준다. 이로 인해 학생들의 중도탈락을 예방하고 전공 취업률을 높이는 효과를 기대할 수가 있다. 본 논문에서는 앱 인벤터를 통해 학생들이 구현한 간단한 예제를 살펴보고 교육적 효과와 활용 방안을 제안한다.

Wassily Leontief가 미국 경제의 모델에 선형 대수를 적용한 이론으로 1973년에 노벨 경제학상을 받은 후로는 인문${\cdot}$사회 과학(특히 상경(商經) 분야)을 전공하는 사람에게도 선형 대수는 큰 관심 분야가 되었다. 그래서 1980년대 부터는 대학의 기초 과목으로써 선형 대수를 가르치는 것은 유행처럼 퍼졌고 또 가르침에 관한 연구도 활발하여졌다. 현행 우리나라의 초${\cdot}$중${\cdot}$고등 학교의 수학과 교육과정(이른바 “제 7차 개정”) 속에는 선형대수의 내용이 어느 정도 있으나 학생들에게 확실한 개념을 갖도록 가르치고 있지 않다. 수직선, 순서 쌍, n-겹수, 직교 좌표, 벡터 등 해석기하적인 내용과 선형 방정식계의 풀이법(가우스${\cdot}$조르단 소거법을 쓰지 않는 풀이법) 등 일반 대수적인 내용은 다루지만 선형 변환, 벡터 공간의 구조 등은 다루지 않는다. m${\sim}$n 행렬은 수학II에 나와 있긴 하나 소개하는 정도에 그친다. 한편 과학 계열 고등학교 학생을 위한 "고급 수학"에는 비교적 많은 양의 선형 대수의 내용이 있다. 일반 계열 고등학교의 수학에서도 선형 대수의 내용을 확장하고 학생들에게 확실한 개념을 갖도록 가르쳐서 이들이 대학에 진학하여 전공 분야에서 아무 어려움이 없도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.

외국어학습의 성공여부는 학습자의 강한 동기유발에 달렸는데, 현재 우리나라에서는 영어학습의 강세에 밀려 프랑스어를 포함한 제 2 외국어 학습 열의가 점차 사라져 가고 있는 실정이다. 각 대학에 프랑스어를 전공하는 학과가 존재하는 한, 프랑스어 교육은 계속되어질 것이나, 과거와는 달리 고등학교에서 프랑스어의 기초를 배우고 대학의 프랑스어 학과에 입학하는 학생의 수가 점차 줄어들고 있다. 또한 현재의 대학 입시 제도가 학생들의 학과에 대한 적성 여부와 상관없이 수능성적 결과 점수에 따라 학과를 정하게 되므로 처음부터 프랑스어를 배우고자 하는 동기가 결여된 상태에서 전공 언어 학습을 시작하게 된다. 프랑스어를 가르치면서 현장에서 가장 고심하게 되는 문제는 첫째 학생들에게 어떻게 하면 프랑스어에 대한 흥미를 유발시킬 수 있는가 하는 점이고, 둘째로는 대학 4년이라는 짧은 기간 동안 어떻게 하면 정확한 프랑스어를 학습시킬 수 있는가 하는 것이다. This study has two major purposes. One is to find out the impact of learning programming language on deciding major for freshmen who enter the university without specific major and decide their majors from sophomore. Another is to compare between 2015 group without specific major at freshmen and 2013 group who were not required to take program language courses. Our study has several important implications. First, this study is the first attempt to figure out the effects of the program language education on deciding major. Secondly, one can predict the effects and importance of software education which is going to imply to all highschool students starting from 2018. Thirdly, software education may help to alleviate science and engineering aversion.

This study examines the effect of the satisfaction with major on career exploration behavior focused on the comparison between 2year and 4year colleges in a sample of 550 of college students majoring in airline service in Choong Chung province. The data was analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical analysis. As a result, first, class/curriculum satisfaction had positive effect on self exploration while relationship satisfaction and pride major had positive effects on job exploration and self exploration. Second, the effect of satisfaction with major on career exploration behavior was different depending on school system. Accordingly it is suggested that different approaches are required in career counselling for 2year and 4year college students.

This study statistically examined the factors (individual factors, family factors, high school factors, college factors, and social factors) that affect the choice of the major by surveying with students who have entered the library and information science departments of colleges in Korea. The results were as follows. First, it was confirmed that individual factors and social factors had significant effects on the choice of the library and information science major in college. Second, it was found that individual factors had a greater influence on the choice of the library and information science major than social factors do. Third, individual factors had significant positive(+) effects on the choice of the library and information science major at colleges, whereas it was verified that social factors had significant negative(-) effects on the choice of the library and information science major at colleges. The findings of this study can be used as useful basic data for library and information science departments of colleges in Korea to prepare for a decrease in the number of college entrants in the coming years.

The purpose of this study is to find out what are the factors that influence christian characteristics among christian theology major and non major students. Among the diversity factors, especially focused on studies of faith character variable and satisfaction of chapel, and how much these factors affect and how it correlates and what affects the most between christian theology major and non major students. This study has been surveyed to students who are enrolled in B University. As a result, christian theology major students have larger portion of Christian characteristics than non major students. Additionally students who are satisfied with chapel, having personal prayer time, meditation time, spending longer hour with bible and involving church activities have highly established christian personalities upon students.

In this study, in order to foster human resources equipped with expertise in libraries and spatial organization that contributes to the development of libraries, planning, design, and construction, the self-designed library space planning major was developed and the education goal, human resources award, and major capabilities were presented. To this end, the relevant literature analysis, expert opinion collection, and consumer survey were conducted, and the results are as follows. First, the person-in-person awards required for library space planning were identified as space planning personnel, design thinking personnel, and creative working people. Second, the person-specific majors were derived with the ability to analyze the library environment, ability to express spatial concepts, ability to analyze user needs, ability to coordinate interests, ability to understand spatial design, ability to understand spatial design, and ability to apply practical applications. Based on the plan, subjects should be developed that can fulfill the educational goals of the future library space planning major, human resources award, and human resources status, and operation plans should be designed so that the library space planning major can adapt students without fail due to its own design-based major.

In anatomical education, cyber class has been studied as a strong strategy coincided with academic characterestics. In the present study, we investigated the correlation between self-evaluation factors, use of cyber classroom and academic achievement of health allied undergraduate students according to application of cyber class in the anatomical education. The subjects of study were totally 231 students who were majored in nursing science (n=143) and sports science (n=88) in last 3 years (2007-2009). Based on frequency of log-in, survey and grade of score, we analyzed correlation of their factors and their scores using frequency analysis, T-test and analysis of variance. Regardless of their major, most of students gave high scores in all of self-evaluation factors, convinience of cyber classroom, suitability of assignment. The frequency of log-in correlated highly with academic achievement(r=0.246, p<0.01, nursing science; r=0.234, p<0.05 sports medicine). The academic achievement also had a high correlation of 0.218(p<0.01) with the level of difficulty in nursing science students, 0.499(p<0.05) with the levels of satisfaction difficulty and interest. in sports science students. This study suggested that cyber class was very useful and would be a promising strategy in anatomical education.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of cultural empathy, and personalities on cultural competence among university students of occupational therapy. Methods : One-hundred and fifty-five university students of occupational therapy in Jeollanamdo and Gwangju completed questionnaires consisting of a demographic questionnaire, the Scale of Ethnocultural Empathy(SEE), Big Fie Inventory(BFI), and (CCAI). To determine the relationships among demographic variables, cultural empathy, personalities, and cultural competence, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis were analyzed by using SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Results : The results of the study showed the differences in neuroticism and conscientiousness by gender. Also, there were positive correlations between cultural empathy, personality, and cultural competence. Lastly, cultural empathy(β=.357), openness(β=.252), and school year(β=-.148)were significant predictors of cultural competence. Conclusion : The results of this study clarified the relationships among cultural empathy, personality, and cultural competence, and will provide data for the education program to enhance the cultural competence of undergraduates of occupational therapy.
