The purpose of this study is to examine the college life adaptation that is affected by major satisfaction, learning commitment, and time management behavior of the college of Health students. The data were collected from 482 College of Health students at U city and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression. As a result of this study, major satisfaction, learning commitment, and time management behavior of College of Health students showed a positive relation with college life adaptation, and those factors affected college life adaptation. Therefore, it is necessary to make and apply the programs to enhance the college life adaptation for the college of Health students, and the supports such as environmental improvement and teaching methods are required to increase the learning commitment.

This study tried to understand the effect of the perceived value and perceived risks of start-up on the entrepreneurial intentions of college students majoring in the arts, and analyzed the difference between the start-up experience of family and the degree of entrepreneurial intention according to the sub-major. Studies have shown that the perceived value of a startup has a significant impact on the intention of starting a business, and among the perceived risk factors of a startup, financial risk has a significant impact on the intention to start a business, but social risk factors and career risk factors do not have a significant impact. In addition, among the sub-majors in the art department, the craft major was found to have a higher entrepreneurial intention than other majors, and college students who indirectly experienced the start-up of their family had higher entrepreneurial intentions than college students who did not, and the presence or absence of the entrepreneurial experience of family had a modulating effect in the relationship between the perceived value and the perceived risks on the entrepreneurial intention.

한국에 있는 치과병원의 전공의 및 대학원생과 치과 대학생의 측두하악장애와 만성 동통에 관한 이해도를 알아보기 위하여 서울대, 연세대, 경희대, 이화여대, 단국대, 원광대, 강남 성심 병원 전공의 및 대학원생 217명과 서울대, 연세대 치과 대학 3,4학년 학생 258명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 병태 생리, 정신 생리, 만성 동통, 및 정신과적 장애에 관한 전공의 및 대학원생과 치과 대학생의 응답과 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성동통 전문가의 응답을 비교하였는데, 정신 생리학적 및 정신과적 장애 항목에 대한 전공의 및 대학원생들과 치과 대학생들의 개념과 지식은 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성 동통 전문가들의 개념 및 지식과 유사하였으나, 병태 생리와 만성 동통 항목에서는 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성 동통 전문가들의 개념 및 지식에 미치지 못하였다.

The Purpose of this study was to examine the relations between nurse image, self-esteem, major satisfaction and career identify of nursing students perceive. The participants of 410 subjects, data was analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results: The mean score of nurse image(3.82), self-esteem(2.64), major satisfaction(3.76), career identity(2.64) were abve the average. Nurse image, self-esteem, major satisfaction and career identity showed a positive correlation. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variables of self - esteem, major satisfaction, and career identity had an explanatory power(Adj R2=33.2% )on image of nurses. Study results suggested that, we propose a program for establishing a positive nurse image to improve the self - esteem, major satisfaction and career identity of nursing students.

This study examines the effect of the satisfaction with major on career exploration behavior focused on the comparison between 2year and 4year colleges in a sample of 550 of college students majoring in airline service in Choong Chung province. The data was analyzed descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical analysis. As a result, first, class/curriculum satisfaction had positive effect on self exploration while relationship satisfaction and pride major had positive effects on job exploration and self exploration. Second, the effect of satisfaction with major on career exploration behavior was different depending on school system. Accordingly it is suggested that different approaches are required in career counselling for 2year and 4year college students.

Focusing on the differences in perceptions of color education fields between game majors and game designers. As a result, game major college students were surveyed to have a low recognition rate for the color field, the other group were not. for resolve the gap in perception, it's suggested need to re-educate systematic color education of game major college students and color experience of game designers in terms of securing expertise. it's expected to be presenting the direction of fostering game designers with color sense that contributes for the competitiveness of the game industry.

This study aimed to provide basic data required for operation and development of a program that is necessary for linkage with the major as well as proper settlement of community service of the university by identifying university students' major satisfaction and academic achievement level in relation with the characteristics of community service. A survey was conducted in 401 university students who voluntarily participated in this study using the online survey panel targeting university students who reside in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province from December 1, 2014 to February 1, 2015. The results are as follows. Students who had a community service experience and had higher participation in community service showed higher major satisfaction and academic achievement. Particularly, when community service was related to the major, major satisfaction was higher. In addition, the higher the satisfaction with community service was and the higher the need of community service was, the higher the major satisfaction was. Students with health major showed higher major satisfaction than students with non-health major. Therefore, development of an effective program will be necessary to increase the need and participation of community service and revitalize community service more continuously.

The purpose of this study is to explore related variables to influence gifted college students' career conviction and to propose a structural model. For the study, 292 college students who have experienced university affiliated gifted education program during their school days. Rational decision making test, intrinsic motivation test, career decision efficacy test, and major conviction test were utilized. SPSS program and AMOS were used for statistical analyses. The results are summarized as follows. The fit of measurement model was found to be TLI=.923, CFI=.951, RMSEA=.077, indicating most of the fit indexes were acceptable. The path to career conviction from rational decision making and intrinsic motivation was found to be insignificant, suggesting a revised model. The fit of final revised measurement model was found to be TLI =.926, CFI=.951, RMSEA=.075, indicating the model was acceptable. Interestingly, the career decision efficacy was found to be the complete mediator among the rational decision making, intrinsic motivation, and career conviction. The results of the study showed that career decision efficacy has a very important role in gifted college students'career choice and decision. Implication of the study related to the career education and counseling has been discussed in depth.

The purpose of this study conducted to conduct a survey to understand the effect of security major college students' major selection motives on major satisfaction and career decisions. The questionnaire was written as "First, motivation for choice, second, major satisfaction, third, career decision". In this study, Chronbach's Alpha coefficient was calculated to analyze the reliability and importance of variables and to identify exploratory factors. And the Berimax method was performed. Both the AVE and CR values of the measured items were calculated to be above the reference value of 0.7, and thus, the convergent validity of each item was investigated as favorable. In the hypothesis test results, the standardization coefficient of 'selection motive ⇨ major satisfaction' was 0.653 and 'major satisfaction ⇨ career decision' was 0.403, so both research hypotheses were adopted. However, 'selection motive ⇨ career decision' was rejected with 0.392. In the future, universities and related professors seem to need more efforts to simultaneously increase the selection motive and major satisfaction in order to improve the career decisions of college security students.

Recently, it has been pointed out that the lack of professional ethics of computer and security experts is serious as college students majoring in information security and insiders who are in charge of security work are involved in crimes after being tempted to cyber crimes. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the security ethics awareness and education situation of college students majoring in information security, and examine the security ethics education method for human resource development with personality and qualities. As the information society becomes more widespread, the ethics and occupational consciousness of the university students who are majoring in information security are recognized as lack of awareness and education about security ethics, As a solution to solve these problems, it is expected that it will be possible to nurture security experts who are aware of their vocation through the educational plan to enhance the security ethics of the information security major college students. According to the security ethics education system proposed in the paper, the security ethical consciousness of the group that received education was remarkably improved.
