I began to produce a series of works based upon the plastic element as a visual transmission -such as points, lines, sides, volumes and cubics, movements with in time, and space- which appeared in the optical art, that emerged in the 1950s and the early 1960. My works, which portray the natural scenes such as mountains, trees, and flowers that are commonly seen around us, are completed by drawing, erasing, filling with many points and overlapping. My works also ignore the scenography. All artistic activities must be based upon humanistic values and ultimately need to work for human being. This study focuses on the hardware implementation of fast and low-complexity multiplier over GF(2$^{m}$ ). Finite field multiplication can be realized in two steps: polynomial multiplication and modular reduction using the irreducible polynomial and we will treat both operation, separately. Polynomial multiplicative operation in this Paper is based on the Permestzi's algorithm, and irreducible polynomial is defined AOP. The realization of the proposed GF(2$^{m}$ ) multipleker-based multiplier scheme is compared to existing multiplier designs in terms of circuit complexity and operation delay time. Proposed multiplier obtained have low circuit complexity and delay time, and the interconnections of the circuit are regular, well-suited for VLSI realization.

이 연구는 강화경판 『高麗大藏經』에 入藏된 『合部金光明經』과 13세기 중엽에 간행된 것으로 추정되는 口訣本 『合部金光明經』의 조성에 참여한 刻成人에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 국가적·범종파적 사업으로 전개된 각성사업에 『합부금광명경』이 조성되고 있는데도 불구하고, 구결본 『합부금광명경』 조성에 참여한 이들은 각성사업과 어떤 관련성을 갖고 있는지 검토해 보았다. 이에 『고려대장경』에 입장된 『합부금광명경』과 구결본 『합부금광명경』을 상호 비교해 본 결과 경전의 내용과 板式, 그 구성 체계가 相異한 본이었다. 그리고 彫成에 참여한 각성인을 조사해 본 결과 『고려대장경』에는 ‘부령’이었고, 구결본은 ‘存植’, ‘立成’, ‘正安’, ‘孝兼’ 등이었다. ‘存植’, ‘正安’, ‘孝兼’은 고종 24년부터 16년간 전개된 각성사업에 참여한 각성인들과 동일 인물이었다. 특히 ‘孝兼’은 자신을 비구라고 밝힌 점으로 볼 때 당시 활동하던 刻字僧으로 파악된다. ‘存植’과 ‘正安’은 고종 33년에 간행된 『禪門三家拈頌集』과 13세기 중엽에 간행된 『圓覺類解』, 『弘贊法華傳』의 조성에도 참여하고 있는 것으로 보아 전문 刻手로 보여진다. 그래서 각성사업에 참여한 각성인들은 각자의 여건에 따라 활동하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 『合部金光明經』은 『妙法蓮華經』·『仁王經』과 함께 호국삼부경 중의 하나로서 고려시기에 수시로 간행되고 있었다. 『금광명경』은 국가를 보호하고 내우외환을 소멸시키기 위해 왕실을 비롯한 관료층들이 깊이 존신하고 권장하려 하였던 불교 경전이었다. 특히 대외관계상의 위기상황에는 『금광명경』을 바탕으로 하는 功德天道場이라는 호국적 성격의 법회를 개최되고 있었다. 따라서 『합부금광명경』의 간행 배경에는 『고려대장경』이 국왕을 정점으로 반외세력인 몽고군을 격퇴시키고, 또 최씨무인정권으로부터 왕권을 회복시키고자 시대적 분위기가 적극 반영되어 있다. 구결본 『합부금광명경』의 간행은 민족적·국가적 사업이었던 각성사업에 적극 동참하면서 현실을 직시하고 고려 불교의 창조적 발전은 물론 외세의 침략으로부터 조국을 지키고자 하는 호국의식을 바탕에 두고 있었다. 〔주제어〕『高麗大藏經』, 『合部金光明經』, 刻成人, 최씨무인정권, 護國經

본 연구에서는 낙동강 하구의 대포천에서의 주민운동을 분석하여 지역사회가 주도하는 환경운동이 특정 조건이 충족된다면 성공적인 환경관리를 할 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있음을 보여준다. 지역사회기반 환경보호(Community-Based Environmental Protection)는 다양한 명칭으로 표현되고 있으나 지역주민의 주도 하에서 환경보호 및 개선을 이룩하는 것으로 지속가능한 사회를 달성할 수 있는 유용한 환경관리 방안으로 이론적인 지지를 받고 있다. 이 방법은 정부의 강압적인 규제보다 효과적일 수 있으며 지역사회의 다양한 욕구와 환경문제를 동시에 고려하게 되는 장점도 있다. 그러나 이러한 지역기반환경운동이 실재 전개되어 성공하는 경우는 흔하지 않다. 그런데 낙동강 하류의 대포천 사례는 지역주민의 환경규제반대운동이 결국에는 주민의 자발적인 수질개선운동으로 발전하여 실질적인 수질개선효과를 창출하였다. 뿐만 아니라 낙동강특별법의 제정 시에 제도화되어 수질환경정책의 발전에도 기여한 특별한 사례이다. 본 연구는 대포천 사례를 우리나라 수질관리정책의 종합적인 체계와 연계시켜서 살펴보면서 대포천 인근지역주민의 수질개선운동의 단계적 전개과정을 살펴보고 이 운동이 성공할 수 있었던 요인을 분석하고 있다.

플래시 기반의 wall pad에서 보여줄 수 있는 그래픽 인터페이스의 방향은 크게 세가지로 구분할 수 있다. 첫 번째, 디스플레이 내의 자유로운 공간 이동이다. Wall pad의 주요한 기능은 제품의 원격제어이며 디스플레이에서 각 제품의 위치와 상태를 표시해 주는 것이다. 그러나 한정된 디스플레이 내에서 이러한 동작은 쉽지 않다. 플래시 기반의 환경에서 자유로운 zoom in, out을 통해 제품에 대한 정보를 명확하게 전달 가능하게 된다. 두 번째, 사용자의 감성 만족도를 극대화하는 측면이다. 감성 만족도를 높이기 위하여 모바일 제품에서도 대기화면 등에 다양한 요소를 적용하고 있다. 다만 본 제품은 모바일 제품과는 달리 항상 거실의 고정된 위치에서 보여지게 된다는 환경적 제약을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이를 활용하여 그 자체로 하나의 거실 인테리어 소품이 되어 전체 거실의 분위기를 한층 돋보이게 하는 역할까지도 가능하다. 세 번째, 메뉴 전개 방식에 활용 가능하다. 기능이 다양해지고 복잡해질수록 메뉴를 찾아 들어가는 일은 어렵고 복잡해지기 쉽다. 이러한 문제는 시간과 공간의 개념을 활용한 메뉴 전개를 통해 플래시를 활용하여 좀 더 직관적이고 인공지능적인 메뉴 방식으로 접근이 가능해진다. 이와 같이 홈 네트워크 인터페이스에서 플래시를 활용하는 것은 큰 의미가 있으며 실제 제품에 최적화해 가는 과정에서 그 효과를 얼마나 유지할 수 있느냐에 대한 문제가 가장 중요한 이슈가 될 것이다.

The motion response of a ship moored in a rectangular harbor excited by long waves has been studied theoretically and experimentally. Experiments are performed in a shallow basin. A ship model is set moored by soft springs at various positions in a model harbor subjected to regular waves with period ranging from 2 to 3 seconds. Wave and ship responses are measured and compared with theory. It is found that theoretical results agree qualitatively with experimental results. The main source of quantitative discrepancies is presumably due to real fluid effects such as separation at the harbor entrance and friction on harbor boundaries.

The mathematical adjoint solution of the Analytic Function Expansion (AFEN) method is found by solving the transposed matrix equation of AFEN nodal equation with only minor modification to the forward solution code AFEN. The perturbation calculations are then performed to estimate the change of reactivity by using the mathematical adjoint The adjoint calculational scheme in this study does not require the knowledge of the physical adjoint or the eigenvalue of the forward equation. Using the adjoint solutions, the exact and first-order perturbation calculations are peformed for the well-known benchmark problems (i.e., IAEA-2D benchmark problem and EPRI-9R benchmark problem). The results show that the mathematical adjoint flux calculated in the code is the correct adjoint solution of the AFEN method.

Low molecular weight RNA(LMW RNA : 5S rRNA and tRNAs, <150 nucleotides) profiles of several bacteriocin production lactic acid bacteria from pig meats and reference lactic acid bacteria were generated on 10% denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Data evaluation including three molecular weight markers enabled the calculation of relative nucleotide units(RNU) for every band. Gels profiles and RNU evaluations were effective for identification of lactic acid bacteria species. LMW RNA profiles of lactic acid bacteria showed no variation in dependence on APT(All Purpose Tryptone Broth), TSB(Tryptic Soy Broth), MRS(Lactobacilli MRS Broth) different cultural medium.

디지털 경제시대의 웰빙주거문화생활을 위한 욕구 충족추세에 따라서 정보통신서비스는 광대역화 및 이동성을 지향하며 발전하고 있으며, 서비스 및 기기의 융합이 가속화 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 디지털기술에 의한 서비스, 단말기, 네트워크등 융합의 시발점은 가정이며, 가정에서 정보를 편안하게 이용하고, 즐길 수 있도록 제공하는 방법이 주거용 건물의 디지털 네트워크 구축기술이라 할 수 있다. 이와 같은 디지털 융합 패러다임에 의해, 전개되는 새로운 정보통신환경에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해서 정보통신부에서는 세계 최고의 IT 인프라 환경을 기반으로 국민의 삶의 질과 정보화의 혜택을 극대화 할 수 있도록 정보화촉진전략을 추진한 결과, 수요자 정보인프라는 기존 정부정책에서 일부 소외되어 왔음을 보여준다. 이제부터는 디지털경제의 공급측면의 인프라 수준만큼 수요측면의 양적 질적 성장을 끌어올리는 일만이 남아있다. 기술과 시장 변화는 무엇보다도 정부정책 및 규제의 변화를 필요로 한다. 따라서 디지털홈의 정보가전 기기간 상호운용성이 보장되는 표준화로 네트워크가 구축되어야 하며, 표준과 연계된 기술이 지속적으로 개발되어야 한다. 본 발표내용에서는 최근 발표된 정보통신부의 초고속정보통신 건물인중기준과 각 지방자치단체에서 실시하는 정보통신설비 사용전검사기준에 적합한지 여부에 관해 문제점을 검토 기술하였다.

The process of German collective housing planning is meaningful in examining comprehensively deploying aspects of planning foundation through defining the ideology of modern and contemporary architecture in the process of providing housing followed by social changes while rebuilding the country after two World Wars in combination with the population concentration in cities after the Industrial Revolution. We outline the characteristics and understand the types of collective housing, and the background of their interaction with urban contexts overlapping social situations and historical processes; by means of the process, the planning and designing typology which is commonly adjusted to contemporary collective housing after examining them could be understood as being aligned with the extension line of interconnecting the process of modern and contemporary era.
