의료기기 무선통신 기능을 포함한 유헬스케어형 기기들이 지속적으로 개발됨에 따라 전기 및 기계적 안전에 관한 공통기준규격 IEC 60601-1(3rd)과 개별규격에 더불어 추가적인 안전성 시험 항목이 요구되고 있다. 유헬스케어형 의약품주입펌프의 적합성을 평가하기 위하여 IEC60601-1-11와 IEC60601-2-24 규격을 기반으로 하여 부품 및 분류방법, 필수성능에 대한 시험항목을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서는 국제규격에 기반하여 적합성 평가기술을 개발하여 헬스케어형 의료기기의 안전성 확보와 선도적 평가기술 방안을 마련하였다.

The purpose of this study is to propose the criteria for evaluating web information resources. This study also attempts to get a sense of the overall quality of web information resources and to identify the relationship among the criteria, Particularly those on the science and technology. Three evaluation categories are Proposed; information content functionality or workability, and design. Core features of information content includes authority, relevancy, currency; functionality includes navigation, user support technical requirements; layout and design includes visual appearance. Based on the proposed criteria, the 50 sample web resources selected from 5 different field were evaluated. The results showed that the web information resources on the Electrical and Electronic Engineering field was excellent. The Pearson's correlation coefficient between evaluation criteria showed that information content and functionality had a negative relationship, on the other hand functionality and design had a moderate correlation.

This thesis draws institutional problem about safety of architectural structure through analysis of architectural structure regulation. The law of analysis target are building codes, enforcement ordinance of building codes, enforcement regulations of building codes, regulation for structure standards of building, building structure standards. The analysis showed there are imperfections in confirmed procedural application of structure safety and suggested reformation. It's necessary to make supplementary policies for the suitability of the term use and the structure safety certificate of compliance, establishing a special structure code.

현재 배전반, 소규모 유류저장고 등은 법적 의무 대상 공간이 아니어서 화재시 초기소화 실패로 인해 큰 재산상의 피해를 겪고 있으며, 이러한 소공간 화재에 대응할 수 있는 적합한 소화장치의 제도적 뒷받침이 시급한 실정이다. 현재 소공간용 소화장치에 대한 KFI 인정기준은 제정되어 있는 상태지만 다양한 새로운 기술에 부합하지 못하고 있어 소공간 소화장치에 대한 세분화된 법적기준 마련이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내외적으로 큰 관심을 받고 있을 뿐만 아니라 현재 KFI 인정기준으로도 제정되어 있는 고체에어로졸 소화장치가 B,C급 배전반, 분전반 등의 소공간 화재에 미칠 수 있는 소화성능을 실험적으로 분석하고 고체에어로졸 소화장치의 소공간화재 적합성 여부를 고찰해보고자 한다.

폭포수 모델 개발 생명주기를 근간으로 한 전통적 프로그램 개발방법론과 달리, 부품 형태의 컴포넌트를 조립하여 개발하는 방법론이 확산되고 있다. 컴포넌트 기반 개발(Component Based Development)의 감리에는 전통적 개발방법에 근간을 둔 감리기준이 아닌 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법에 적합한 감리가 실시되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 전통적 개발방법론 근간의 감리기준과 CBD 적용 프로젝트 사례 분석을 통하여 감리기준의 개선점 여부를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구 사례로는 정부 공공프로젝트와 금융기관의 차세대정보시스템 구축 프로젝트를 선정하였다. 기존의 정보시스템감리 기본점검표와 사례에서의 감리검토항목을 비교 분석한 결과 감리검토항목의 개선점을 발견할 수 있었다. 사례분석의 결과로 CBD 프로젝트에 적합한 감리검토항목을 제시하였으며, 연구결과는 소프트웨어 제품 개발의 효율성 제고 및 품질향상에 이바지 할 것이다.

Nowadays many two-wheeled motorcycles are used in leisure and express delivery industries. But studies of the electromagentic compatibility on motorcycles have seldom been performed and published. This paper has studied the electromagnetic safety of motorcycles considering international and domestic regulations and standards. Also, a series of experiments have been performed to evaluate the level of electromagnetic compatibility of commercially available motorcycles. As a result, detailed experimental procedures are proposed to secure the electromagnetic safety and can be used to confirm or revise the Korea Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.

K-water에서는 가뭄으로 인한 피해를 완화시키기 위해 '댐 용수공급 조정 기준'을 만들어 전국 다목적 댐들을 대상으로 시범적으로 적용하고 있다. 그런데 가뭄 기간(2008~2009)에 대하여 합천댐의 용수공급 조정기준을 이용해 저수지를 모의운영한 결과, 이 기준은 가뭄에 효과적으로 대응하지 못할 수도 있다고 판단되었고, 그에 따라 대안 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 용수공급 조정기준은 가뭄 대응 단계를 4단계(관심, 주의, 경계, 심각)로 나누고 있으며, 순단위로 각 단계별 감량공급 실행 저수량과 감량 공급량을 제시하고 있다. 이기준을 이용한 합천댐의 모의 운영 결과, 가뭄기간동안 용수공급에 실패한 경우가 발생하였다. 이는 K-water의 합천댐 용수공급 조정 기준이 가뭄 대응에 적합하지 못할 수도 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서 제시하고자 하는 대안은 이산화 용수 감량공급 기법에서 도출된 용수 감량공급 현 저수량 기준곡선이다. 과거 심각한 가뭄이 발생한 1994년과 1995년을 대상으로 하여 기준곡선을 도출하였으며, 각 단계별 감량공급 실행 저수량은 혼합정수계획법을 이용해 결정하였다. 또한, 이 기준곡선을 이용하여 동일한 가뭄 기간 (2008~2009)에 대해 저수지 모의운영을 실시하였다. 그 결과 K-water의 합천댐 용수공급 조정 기준을 적용한 모의운영 결과에서는 용수공급 실패가 발생한데 비해 대안으로 제시하는 기준곡선을 적용한 모의운영 결과에서는 용수공급을 실패한 경우가 없었다. 이는 대안으로 제시한 기준곡선이 K-water의 기준곡선에 비해 가뭄 대응에 보다 적합한 것을 의미한다. 그 이유로는 대안으로 제시한 기준곡선의 감량공급 실행 저수량이 댐 용수공급 조정 기준의 값들보다 커 미리 감량공급이 이루어지기 때문이다.

The proportion of plant-based meat alternative (PBMA) consumers has recently increased in Korea. This is due to several reasons including protecting the environment, satisfying preferences, maintaining health, and improving eating habits. Accordingly, many companies produce and sell alternative meat using various materials. Alternative meats are classified into plant (such as soybeans and wheat), seaweed, insect, and cultured meats, depending on the raw materials used in manufacturing. PBMA is sold after undergoing processes such as grinding, seasoning, and molding. Therefore, monitoring the presence of any hazardous elements during this process is essential. Accordingly, in this study, we analyzed the harmful components of nine domestically distributed PBMA that are most easily accessible to consumers. After extracting fat from the samples and analyzing the rancidity level, samples F, G, and I were highly rancid. Trace amounts of aflatoxin were detected in samples A and B, but confirmed to be within the range. Cd and Pb were not detected in any sample. We hope that this study will help establish methods to ensure the safety of domestically sold PBMA.

The average probability of a lightning strike to transport aircraft operating in airline service has been estimated to be approximately one strike in every year (or one strike per 1,000 through 20,000 flight hours). The important thing is not the probability of a lightning strike to aircraft, but the fact that aircraft is struck by lightning. Therefore, lightning protection design for aircraft should be qualified and compliance with airworthiness standards related to lightning protection must be substantiated in the process of certification. In this paper, I studied means of compliance for lightning protection through analysis of some test cases, including the KC-100 airplane that firstly obtained civil type certificate in Korea. Based on this paper, it will be also necessary to study on the effect of lightning for space launch vehicles.

국내에서 생산된 항공기 및 관련 부품을 운용하기 위해서는 항공기 및 그것을 구성하고 있는 모든 부품의 제반 특성이 감항기준을 만족시킨다는 것이 입증되어 감함당국에 의해 승인되어야 한다. 항공기와 관련 부품의 승인은 법에 의한 감항 적합성 평가 절차를 따라야 하며, 이러한 평가 절차를 거쳐서 승인된 항공기는 비로소 감항성을 인정받아 운항이 허락되고, 또한 승인된 관련 부품은 항공기에 사용되어 최종적으로 고부가가치의 경쟁력을 얻을 수 있다.
