This study was carried out to assess the suitability in terms of the standards of material quality of basalt aggregates from JEJU Island as a source for concrete aggregate. Quality assessments on the basalt aggregates were performed to assess the soundness of coarse aggregates using sodium sulfate solution, aggregate crushing test, and Los Angeles abrasion test. In addition, XRD, XRF, porosity, and compressive and tensile strength tests were performed to analyze the chemical components and the mechanical properties. In general, the mechanical properties of basalt aggregates from some areas did not meet the Korea Standards (KS), but the levels of compressive and tensile strength were higher than those of granite, andesite, and sandstone of other regions.

지하연계 복합건축물의 건립이 급증함에 따라 건축물의 피난 성능이 중요시되고 있으며 복잡 다양해진 피난유도에 대한 피난시설 배치와 RSET(Required Safe Egress Time)이 필수적으로 관련 지침에 명시되고 있다. 그러나 RSET에 대한 신뢰성 검증 및 용도별 수용인원 산정 방법이 주관적인 관점에 의해 제시되고 있으며 이런 검증 자료의 검토기준이 정량적이지 않아 안전성 확보가 이뤄지지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지하연계 복합건축물의 피난 안전성을 확보하는데 가장 적합한 검증을 위해 방재 선진국의 ASET 기준을 심층적으로 분석하여 지하연계 건축물 등에서 국내 실정에 맞게 적용할 수 있는 최적화된 ASET을 도출하였다. 이러한 ASET의 신뢰성을 검증할 수 있도록 피난안전구역 및 준하는 구역의 현실 가능성을 분석하고 국내 외에서 상용화되고 있는 피난시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 통해 건축물의 용도에 따른 수용인원 산정기준의 현실적 방안과 피난경로 설정의 Logic을 감안하여 피난의 안전 및 최단시간 가능성을 고려하였다. 따라서 지하연계복합 건축물에서 요구하는 피난성능과 수용인원의 최적화된 RSET을 정량적으로 도출함에 따라 피난 안전성에 대한 검증 프로세스를 제시하였다.

최근 4대강사업과 수질오염총량제 시행으로 하천의 구조적 및 비구조적 수질관리 환경의 커다란 변화에 따라 기존 모니터링지점에 대한 전면적인 재검토가 필요하다. 선정기준을 기반으로 평가기법은 공간적 대표성, 수리학적 안정성, 생태적 대표성, 시간적 대표성, 정보취득 안정성으로 5개의 특성과 14개의 평가부문 그리고, 평가항목으로 3단계 평가기법을 구성하여 개발하였다. 영산강 섬진강수계의 제주도수계 4개 중권역을 제외한 28개의 중권역을 대상으로 기존의 중권역 대표지점에 대하여 평가기법을 적용하여 그 적합성 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 1등급이 8개 지점으로 29%, 2등급이 9개 지점으로 32%, 3등급이 6개 지점으로 21%, 4등급이 4개 지점으로 14%, 5등급은 1개 지점으로 4%를 차지하는 것으로 평가되었다.

The mechanical properties of concrete such as compressive strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity, are considerably influenced by various factors including locality. The material property prescriptions in national concrete design codes should reflect them. In Korea, they have not been studied systematically yet. A new performance-based design code is being prepared in Korea as a government-supported project and it has a plan to make new material prescriptions adopting domestic research results. As a starting point for the research on material properties, the statistical characteristics of mechanical properties of concrete are studied. In this paper, a probabilistic model of compressive strength, relationship between compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and compressive strength and elastic modulus are proposed based on experimental data.

Many countries have recently established legal regulations and soil quality standards for soil protection, This study investigated the role of soil quality standards in soil protection policy and methods of selecting standard substances from various types of chemicals. In most countries, soil quality standards act as guidance for further detail surveyor risk assessment from comparing soil concentration with the soil quality standards. Soil quality standards of Switzerland, Demark and Japan were used as enforcement tools. Priority substances for the standards were first selected from frequently detected chemicals in contaminated sites. Those substances were extensively evaluated for toxic effects, exposure potential and availability in chemical analysis.

본 연구는 국내 제조업체를 대상으로 하여, 공급업체 선택기준 요인으로서 원가 요인과 유연성 요인의 적합성을 검증하고, 그들이 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것을 첫 번째 목표로 한다. 나아가 IT 중 POS, EDI, ERP의 기술들이 그 과정에서 조정적(moderate) 효과를 나타내는가를 실증적으로 검증하고자 한다. 전국에 소재한 제조업체를 표본조사하고 조정적 회귀분석의 방법에 의하여 검증한 결과, 유연성 요인은 공급사슬 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있으며, IT 기술들의 조정효과는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 IT 투자의 '생산성 역설'과 관련이 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

Solid State Drive(SSD)는 NAND Flash Memory와 이틀 제어하는 Controller로 구성되는 차세대 대용량 저장매체로써 기존의 HDD에 비해 상대적으로 읽기 및 쓰기가 빠르고，동작 중 전력소비가 적으며, 또한 발열이 낮고, 강한 내구성을 가지고 있기 때문에 PC에서 HDD보다 더 적합한 저장매체라 할 수 있다. 하지만, 가격이 비싸다는 점과 아직 안정성이 검증되지 않은 이유로 HDD를 대체하는데 시간이 더 필요하다. 안정성을 높이기 위해 많은 개발자들이 노력을 하고 있음에도 불구하고 공통적으로 겪는 문제점중에 하나가 바로 객관적인 성능 및 품질을 판단하는 테스트 기준이 없다는 것이다. 본 논문에서 다루고자 하는 내용은 기존 HDD 및 SSD 테스트의 한계침을 찾아보고 이를 보완한 테스트 기준을 제안함으로써, 많은 개발자들이 SSD 개발에 있어 좀 더 정확한 테스트로 SSD의 성능 및 안정성을 높이는데 가여할 수 있도록 SSD 테스트 관점에서의 Key word를 결론으로 제시하고자 한다.

This study is a fundamental research for light house heritage which has historical and cultural value to be designated as cultural heritage. Therefore, the institution of designated and registered cultural heritage are to be reviewed and proper standards of choosing suitable light house heritage are to be arranged. Some elements to be considered for the proper regulation criteria are authenticity of cultural assets, assesment base and guideline of conservation and management.

The Rural Housing Standard Plans for improving the quality of life and housing stability in rural areas has been developed 87 types from 1994 to 2012. However, some types of Plans do not satisfy the current legal standard in accordance with social and legal changes. Standard plans has the same effect as a building permit, and replace it, so legal suitability of Plans is an important. Therefore, it is required the suitability analysis on the legal standards of Rural Housing Standard Plans. The Purpose of this study is to derive improper types and items of the Rural Housing Standard Plans on the legal standards. In this study, we analyzed its suitability on the legal standards(law on fire-fighting system installation and safety management, energy saving design criteria for buildings, structural checklist for small buildings, the types of drawing for building permit) in accordance with "rules for the operation of standard plans". And we analyzed the utilization of the Rural Housing Standard Plans through downloads from welchon portal.

The licensees are to submit the decommissioning plan to regulatory body to decommission nuclear facilities. The standard review plan(SRP) of decommissioning is used to confirm and evaluate the decommissioning plan by the related regulations and standards. The licensees who want to decommission the nuclear facilities are required to submit the decommissioning plan according to Acts 31 of Atomic Energy Law. In this study, the items of reports and documents submitting to regulatory body were reviewed deliberately, and finally the major sub-items of decommissioning plan were established.
