본 논문은 다양한 침입행위를 탐지하고 보안시스템의 효율적 관리를 보장하는 국방전산망과 같은 대규모 네트워크 환경에 적합한 계층적 구조의 통합보안관리시스템 모델에 대한 연구이다. 전산망 위협요소 및 공격유형에 따른 취약점을 분석하여 필요한 전산망 보호기술을 판단하고 침입차단/탐지시스템, 안티바이러스 시스템, 취약점분석 시스템 등의 보안시스템과 상호연동 모델을 분석하여, 도출된 요구사항을 기반으로 대규모 조직에 적합한 계층구조의 통합보안관리시스템의 구축 방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 Induction Heating(IH) 시스템에서 WBG 소자인 SiC MOSFET과 GaN Transistor의 Performance 비교를 통해서 소자의 적합성을 분석한다. SiC 및 GaN 소자를 직렬 공진형 컨버터로 구성된 IH 시스템에 적용하여 온도, 전압, 전류, Gate 저항 등을 고려한 도통 손실, 스위칭 손실, 역방향 도통 손실과 열 해석 프로그램을 통한 열 성능 등의 비교가 수행되며, 이를 통해 소자 적합성이 분석된다. 각 소자에 따른 IH 시스템에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하여, 이론적 손실 비교를 통한 소자 적합성 분석에 대한 타당성을 검증한다.

이 논문은 부산대학교 전자계산학과 인공지능 연구실에서 개발한 정보검색 시스템 "미리내"의 적합성 피드백 방법을 분석하고, 그 방법들의 검색 효율을 비교 분석하였다. "미리내"에서 질의문은 자연언어 질의문을 사용하고 재검색을 위한 적합성 피드백은 원질의문에서 검색된 문서 중 이용자가 직접 선택한 적합 문서에서 추출한다. 적합성 피드백은 크게 단어 확장(Term Expansion)을 위한 단어 선택 방법과 추가될 단어에 가중치를 부여하는 단어 가중치 부여(Term Weighting)의 2가지 요소로 이루어진다. 단어 선택을 위해서는 적합 문서에 나타난 단어 빈도합(tf), 역문헌빈도(idf), 적합 문서 중에서 해당 단어가 있는 적합 문서의 비율(r/R) 등의 정보를 이용한다. 단어 가중치 부여 방법으로는 정규화 또는 코사인 함수를 이용하여 부여하였다. 단어확장에는 tfidf가 tfidf(r/R)보다 정확도 면에서 나은 향상율을 보였으나, 30위 내 검색된 적합문서의 수를 비교해 보았을 때 tfidf(r/R)의 정확도가 높았다. 단어 선택 방법에서 계산된 값을 정규화하여 가중치를 부여하였을 때 보다 코사인 함수를 이용하여 가중치를 부여하였을 때 정확도가 높았다. 실험은 KT-Set 2.0 (4391 건), 동아일보 96 년 신문기사(70459 건)를 대상으로 수행하였다.

점착성 유사는 유사가 가지는 점착력에 의해 응집현상을 겪으며 그 크기와 밀도가 변화한다. 유사의 크기와 밀도는 침강속도에 직접적인 영향을 주며 침강속도으 변화는 유사의 거동에 매우 중요한 작용을 한다. 따라서 점착성 유사의 크기 특성을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이전의 많은 연구는 점착성 유사의 입도분포가 대수정규분포를 따른다고 주장하고 있다. 그러나 그 가정이 합리적인지에 대해 분석한 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 통계학적 방법 중 적합도 검정을 이용하여 실제 점착성 유사가 어떠한 분포를 모사하는지 분석하였다. 사용된 적합도 검정 방법은 Kolmogorov-Sminorv(K-S) 검정이며 적합도 판정의 기준은 유의수준 5%를 기준으로 하였다. 그 결과, 실험실 실험에서 측정된 플럭의 입도분포와 현장 실험에서 측정된 입도분포는 다른 결과를 보였다. 현장 실험의 경우, 분포가 오른쪽으로 왜곡된 지수분포의 형태를 나타냈으며, Gamma 분포가 가장 우수하게 모사하였다. 실험실 실험의 경우 일반적인 양의 왜도를 가지는 분포를 나타냈으며 GEV분포가 점착성 유사의 입도분포를 가장 잘 모사하였다. 대수정규 분포의 경우 일반적으로 이용하는 2-매개변수 대수정규분포일 경우 현장실험과 실험실 실험 모두 적합하지 않았다. 그러나 위치 매개변수를 추가하여 3-매개변수 대수정규분포를 사용하면 점착성 유사의 입도분포를 잘 모사하는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 점착성 유사의 입도분포를 무조건적으로 대수정규분포로 사용하는 것은 지양해야할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the moderating effects of perceived organizational justice on the associations between personal job-organizational fit and job loss perceived by social workers. The survey was conducted on social workers in Gwangju. This study conducted descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 as an analysis method to verify the main assumptions of this study. The analysis showed that First, The degree of personal job-organizational fit was shown to be slightly higher than normal. perceived organizational justice was investigated as two sub-factors, and distributive justice was shown to be slightly lower than normal and procedural justice to be higher than normal. The degree of job loss was also investigated at a lower level than normal. Second, personal job-organizational fit had negative(-) effects on job loss and the effects were moderated by perceived organizational justice.

This paper describes a method of AAL(SSCOP) protocol conformance testing and its result analysis in ATM network. Terminal equipment(TE) that implements protocols for connecting ATM network shall be verified if appropriately implement by conformance testing. The protocol specifications and the testing methodology are recommended or standardized by international standardization organization(ITU-T, ISO, etc.). The ATM AAL (SSCOP) protocol which selected for describing conformance test procedure is standardized in ITU-T Q.2110 and ATM Forum UNI 3.1 which are same in contents. Also Testing standard like ATS for SSCOP is specified in ATM Forum 95-1459R2. Construction of conformance testing environment is necessary to coordinate in relations with standards, then testing must beexecuted at that environment and the results from the test system analyzed. For this, it is necessary to select any test case from standard for testing and to make ETS. The ETS is proted on the test system and conformance testing will execute on that system. Finally the result from the test system is to analyze. This conformance testing procedure is applicable to the same other test cases in SSCOP and protocols in any communcation networks.

This study analyzed the differences of the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors of elderly people under participation in job activities. And this study analyzed the relationship of the effects on person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy. The survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013 among the male taxi drivers aged 60 or older in the Seoul areas, and 358 responses were used in the data analysis. As a results, there were partially differences in the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors. The person-environment fit had a negative impact on work stress, but it had a positive impact on work satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had a moderating effects in the relationship of the person-organization fit and work stress.

In this paper, we draw upon Task-Technology Fit theory to investigate the fit attributes which impacted on customer preference over three virtual shopping channels which included TV home shopping, Internet shopping, and broadband applications, i.e. IPTV. The fit attributes also reflected the product category contingency, which is classified based on the degree of quality assessing difficulty on the web, such as quasi-commodity, look and feel goods, and look and feel with variable quality goods. Using the collected survey data, we employed stepwise regression analysis to validate the fit attributes in the context of performing virtual shopping task via those three distinctive media technologies. Furthermore, through ANOVA test with Duncan statistics, we reported comparative intensity of the valid fit attributes across the product categories and distinct media technologies. The results validated four critical fit attributes and significant distinctions among product categories and three virtual shopping channels. The findings provide practical insights in distribution channel design exploiting digital convergence technologies.

빗물관리시설은 강우, 증발량 등 기상조건과 집수면의 토지이용 및 토양 특성에 영향을 받으므로 대상지역의 조건에 따라 설치가능 여부, 시설 규모 등에 차이가 있다. 따라서 빗물관리시설의 계획 수립 시에는 대상지역의 기상, 지형특성을 종합적으로 검토할 필요가 있으며, 이는 시설의 효율적인 활용을 위해 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 GIS 공간분석 기능을 통해 대상 지역의 강우-유출특성, 지형 공간 특성을 고려하여 빗물관리 포텐셜을 분석하였다. 빗물관리 포텐셜은 저류시설을 통해 확보하거나 침투시설로 침투시킬 수 있는 잠재적인 능력을 말한다. 저류 포텐셜은 잠재 지표면 유출량(Runoff potential)으로 산정하였으며, 침투 포텐셜은 일반화된 Green-Ampt 모델에 따라 산정하였다. 산정한 저류 및 침투 포텐셜의 크기, 제약조건인 경사도 등급에 따라 빗물관리 적합도(Suitability map)을 도출하였다. 향후 본 연구의 물리적 변수뿐만 아니라 사회 경제적 인자, 빗물관리가 어려운 제약조건들을 추가로 고려한다면 빗물관리시설의 적지 선정에 활용도가 높을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원들의 직무역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인의 직무적합성과 조직의 공정성 두 변수를 독립변수로 하여 분석하였다. 각각의 독립변수별로 하위에 세부변수를 도출하여 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 상관관계 정도를 분석하여 중소기업 인사 실무담당자들이 인력채용이나 직무관리 시에 종사원들의 직무역량 향상을 위해 필요한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 국내 중소기업 종사자 323명을 대상으로 설문지를 회수하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석을 실시하고, 회귀분석 등을 통해 독립변수와 종속변수간 상관관계를 분석하였다. 대부분의 선행연구가 직무역량이 직무만족이나 조직몰입 등에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 직무역량 향상에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 도출하고 세부변수별로 직무역량에 미치는 영향 정도를 구분하여 제시하고자 한다.
