The Cycleway Types by Land Uses Analysis (토지이용시설과 자전거도로 유형의 관계 분석 연구)

  • Almost domestic cycleways have been established without characteristic of land uses. These cycleways can always not provide optimal condition for safety and convenience not to speak of efficiency. This research having a purpose to accomplish more safety and convenience has tried to classify cycleways detail and to analyze cycleways types by land uses. It verified the difference among the characteristic of traffic on the land uses using the Chi-square test, and found the land use that had the strongest characteristic. Finally, it has proposed the suitable cycleway types to land uses.

Derivation of Design Floods by the Probability Weighted Moments in the Wakeby Distribution (Wakeby 분포모형의 확률가중모멘트기법에 의한 설계홍수량 유도)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive optimal design floods by the Wakeby distribution model using the probability weighted moments. Parameters for the Wakeby distribution were estimated by the probability weighted moments for the annual flood flows of the applied watersheds. Design floods obtained by the Wakeby and GEV distributions were compared by the relative mean errors, relative absolute errors and root mean square errors. In general, it has shown that the design floods by the Wakeby distribution using the methods of the probability weighted moments are closer to those of the observed data in comparison with those obtained by the GEV distribution.

  • 회계정보시스템의 성공적 실행에 대한 실증적 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구의 목적은 상황요인과 회계정보시스템의 개발방식 및 정보특성간의 적합관계가 성과에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 우리나라 기업실정에 맞는 회계업무전산화 방안 모색에 기여하는 것이다. 연구방법은 우리나라 제조업(85개 기업의 전산실 책임자와 212개 시스템 사용자)을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료에 의한 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 첫째, 우리나라 기업의 회계정보시스템은 재무회계 중심으로 구축되었고, 정보시스템 재발 방식은 자체개발방식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직규모가 크거나 환경이 불확실할수록 진화적 방식을 택하면 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높인다. 부분적으로 상황요인과 산출정보 특성간의 적합도가 높을수록 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 회계정보시스템 실행 전반에 관련된 연구를 위한 가설도출 및 상황이론 재발에 기여할 것이다.

A Study on the Structural Relationships of Empowerment, Continuous Learning Activities, and Collaboration in the Effects of Person-Organization and Person-Job Fit on Task Performance : Focusing on Employees in Startups with an Agile Organizational Culture (개인-조직 및 개인-직무 적합성이 과업성과에 미치는 영향에서 임파워먼트, 지속적 학습활동, 협업의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구 : 애자일 조직문화의 스타트업 종사자를 대상으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationships of empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration in the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on task performance among employees of early-stage startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture. To achieve this purpose, we developed a research model and established hypotheses based on theoretical review and the results of prior research. Data were collected from employees working in startups with less than 7 years of experience that have an agile organizational culture, and a total of 204 responses were utilized for the final analysis. Before hypothesis testing, we examined the characteristics of the sample, conducted confirmatory factor analysis to assess measurement model fit, tested convergent and discriminant validity and analyzed reliability. After confirming the goodness of fit of the structural equation model, it tested the hypotheses, including mediating effects, based on the results of the structural equation model analysis. The results show that person-organization fit has a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. Similarly, person-job fit was found to have a significant positive effect on empowerment, continuous learning activities, and collaboration. However, it was found that empowerment did not have a statistically significant effect on task performance, while continuous learning activities had a significant and negative effect on task performance. Finally, collaboration was found to have a significant positive effect on task performance, and the mediation analysis results indicated that collaboration had a mediating effect on the relationship between person-job fit and task performance. Based on the findings of this study, it discussed the significance of the study and theoretical and practical implications. It also discussed limitations of the research and suggested directions for future research.

  • 농업 비점오염원으로부터의 수질 보전이나 수자원 관리는 유역단위로 하여 농업적 관리뿐만 아니라 수질 관리 및 수자원 관리를 위해서도 유역단위 특히, 소유역의 토양특성을 포괄하는 단위로 체계적으로 분류할 필요성이 있다. 우리나라의 남서쪽에 위치한 영산강유역의 50개 소유역을 대상으로 토양도, 지형도, 하천도 및 유역도를 이용하여 만곡도, 산림의 비율, 평탄지의 비율, 다른 소유역으로부터의 유입이 있는지의 여부 등 토양학적으로 중요한 4개의 특성을 가지고 군집분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 5개의 군으로 구분할 수 있었으며, 이 구분의 적합도를 검정하기 위하여 Mantel test를 한 결과 r = 0.81825로 나타나 적합하다는 결론을 얻었다. 이와 같이 토양과 지형특성을 포괄하는 소유역의 분류 및 유사성에 따른 그룹화는 농업에서의 최적영농관리나 오염물질에 따른 수질관리, 수문모형의 적용성 확대 및 수자원 관리에 합리적 유용성을 제공할 것이며 체계적 관리의 밑바탕이 될 것이다.

  • 지역가뭄빈도분석의 분위산정에 대한 신뢰성은 수문학적으로 균일한 지역으로 구분하기 위해 사용된 장기간의 과거 자료와 분석절차에 의해 결정된다. 그러나 극심한 가뭄은 매우 드물게 발생하며 신뢰 할 수 있는 지역빈도분석을 위한 지속기간이 충분치 않는 경우가 많이 발생한다. 이 외에도 우리나라의 복잡한 지형적 및 기후적 특징은 동질한 지역으로 구분하기 위한 통계적인 처리방법이 필요하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 지역빈도분석은 여러 지역의 다양한 변수인 수문기상 특성을 분석하여 동질한 지역을 확인하고, 주요 가뭄변수(지속 시간 및 심각도)를 통합 적용하여 각각의 동질한 지역 분위를 추정함으로써 동질한 지역을 구분하는 해결책을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 가우시안 혼합 모형(Gaussian Mixture Model)을 기반으로 기반 군집분석 방법을 적용하여 최적의 동질한 지역을 구분하고 그 결과를 우도비검정 및 다른 유효성 검사 지수를 이용해서 확인하였다. 가우시안 혼합 모델에서 산정했던 매개변수를 방향저감 공간으로 표현하기 위해서 가우시안 혼합 모델방향 저감(GMMDR)방법을 적용하였다. 이 변수는 가뭄빈도분석을 위해 다양한 분포와 코풀라(copula) 적합도를 이용하여 추정 비교하였다. 그 결과 우리나라를 4개의 동질한 지역으로 나누게 되었다. 가우시안과 Frank copula를 이용한 Pearson type III(PE3) 분포는 우리나라의 가뭄 기간과 심각도의 공동 분포를 추정하는데 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

Measuring Social Benefit of Mitigation of In-Vehicle Congestion Level in Intercity Buses (광역버스 차내혼잡도 완화의 경제적 편익측정에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a method for measuring social benefit by mitigating in-vehicle congestion level in intercity buses. Contingent valuation method and Tobit model are adopted for social benefit evaluation method. One thousand passengers were interviewed with 992 obtained valid samples. Tobit models with age, income level, and bus boarding times as explanatory variables are selected to estimate the willingness to pay for the mitigation of intercity bus in-vehicle congestion. Statistically and logically, two models with age or income level as explanatory variables are turned out to be valid. The intercity bus service supply status and usage are examined and the bus users who have willingness-to-pay for the intercity bus in-vehicle congestion mitigation have been identified. In case of the 'no standing' rules implemented to the intercity bus, the annual economic benefit from the service is estimated to be 14.7 billion won.

Relationship among e-Service Quality, Relationship Quality, and e-Loyalty of Small Medical Clinic (소형병원의 e-서비스품질, 관계의 질, e-충성도의 영향관계)

  • The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has been increasing non-face-to-face activities; as a result, this has resulted in the number of individuals obtaining medical information from the websites and mobile contents of medical institutions increasing. The study conducted the structural equation modeling to test hypotheses; as a result, all sub-factors of e-service quality of small medical clinic websites and mobile contents, usability, security, responsiveness, design, and information, had a significant positive effect on relationship quality, and relationship quality had a significant positive effect on e-Loyalty. Moreover, the structural equation model showed a good model fit, χ2/df of 2.021, NFI of .954, TLI of .969, CFI of .976, RMSEA of .046. Future research is suggested to study relationship quality by developing a system able to quickly and accurately respond to websites and mobile contents users; furthermore, improving e-service quality and relationship quality is likely to strengthen e-loyalty.

Evaluation of Drought Indices using the Drought Records (관측 자료를 이용한 가뭄지수의 평가)

  • In this study, the suitability of drought indices was analyzed using the quantified drought records from official reports, newspapers and drought indices estimated using precipitation and air temperature data of 69 weather stations from 1973 to 2009. Test statistics of the suitability of meteorological drought indices were evaluated using the ROC analysis. Results demonstrated that PN shows the best relationships with drought records. SPI3 and Deciles Distribution Ratio also show good relationships with drought records and their variability according to the administrative divisions is relatively small. Results of the analysis of the spatial and temporal variability of drought and the accuracy of the drought indices can be used to evaluate the accuracy of drought indices in drought monitoring and prediction, and to select the best index in drought management.

Comparative evaluation of marginal and internal fit of metal copings fabricated by various CAD/CAM methods (다양한 CAD/CAM 방식으로 제작한 금속하부구조물 간의 변연 및 내면 적합도 비교 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the present study was to compare the accuracy of four different metal copings fabricated by CAD/CAM technology and to evaluate clinical effectiveness. Materials and methods: Composite resin tooth of the maxillary central incisor was prepared for a metal ceramic crown and duplicated metal die was fabricated. Then scan the metal die for 12 times to obtain STL files using a confocal microscopy type oral scanner. Metal copings with a thickness of 0.5 mm and a cement space of $50{\mu}m$ were designed on a CAD program. The Co-Cr metal copings were fabricated by the following four methods: Wax pattern milling & Casting (WM), Resin pattern 3D Printing & casting (RP), Milling & Sintering (MS), Selective laser melting (SLM). Silicone replica technique was used to measure marginal and internal discrepancies. The data was statistically analyzed with One-way analysis of variance and appropriate post hoc test (Scheffe test) (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: Mean marginal discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group WM ($27.66{\pm}9.85{\mu}m$) and Group MS ($28.88{\pm}10.13{\mu}m$) than in the Group RP ($38.09{\pm}11.14{\mu}m$). Mean cervical discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group MS than in the Group RP. Mean axial discrepancy was significantly smaller in the Group WM and Group MS then in the Group RP and Group SLM. Mean incisal discrepancies was significantly smaller in the Group RP than in all other groups. Conclusion: The marginal and axial discrepancies of the Co-Cr coping fabricated by the Wax pattern milling and Milling/Sintering method were better than those of the other groups. The marginal, cervical and axial fit of Co-Cr copings in all groups are within a clinically acceptable range.
