[ $ZnO-Bi_2O_3-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ ] nano-glass has been prepared by sol-gel method. The mean particle size was 60.3 nm with narrow size distribution. The nano-galss has been used as a sintering aid for the densification of the NiZnCu ferrites. The ferrite was sintered with nano-glass sintering aids at $840{\sim}900^{\circ}C$, 2 h and the initial permeability, quality factor, density, and saturation magnetization were also measured. The initial permeability of 0.5 wt% nano-glass added toroidal sample for NiZnCu ferrites sintered at $900^{\circ}C$ was 193.3 at 1 MHz. The initial permeability and saturation magnetization were increased with increasing annealing temperature. As a result, $ZnO-Bi_2O_3-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2$ nano-glass systems were found to be useful as sintering aids for multilayer chip inductors.

$Ni_{0.4}Zn_{0.4}Cu_{0.2}Fe_2O_4$ ferrite was fabricated by solid stat reaction method and sol-gel method. Because of the drawbacks of each method, we combined these two methods together. We proposed and experimentally verified that nanocrystalline ferrite additive was effective on improving the densification behavior and magnetic properties of NiZnCu ferrites for multilayer chip inductors. The initial permeability of the toroidal core Sample with 20 wt% nanocrystalline ferrite increased from 78.1 to 178.2 as annealing temperature is increased from $880^{\circ}C$ to $920^{\circ}C$. The density, shrinkage and saturation magnetization were increased with increasing annealing temperature, which was attributed to the decrease of additive grain size and increase of sintering density.
$Fe_xTi_{l-x}O_2$ films (x=0.07 and 0.16) were grown by oxygen-plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy on rutile $TiO_2$(110). The same growth conditions were applied for both films in order to determine surface characteristics of grown films as a function of Fe composition. The films were characterized by several surface analysis techniques. The oxidation states of Ti and Fe in $Fe_xTi_{l-x}O_2$ films were found to be +4 and a mixture of +2 and +3, respectively. More $Fe^{3+}$ species exist in higher Fe doped film of $Fe_{0.16}Ti_{0.84}O_2$. The morphology of $Fe_{0.07}Ti_{0.93}O_2$ film shows tall rectangular and cylinderical islands growth on flat substrate-like surface. On the other hand, $Fe_{0.16}Ti_{0.84}O_2$ film consists of round shaped small islands showing somewhat rougher surface compared to the surface of $Fe_{0.16}Ti_{0.84}O_2$ film.
3D printing technology enables proper objects to be made through an additive manufacturing method, but resulting in dimension deviation of the product due to contraction phenomenon as cooling melted filament resin injected from high-temperature use environment. In this research, we studied on acrylic adhesives for 3D printer build sheet in order to fabricate high-quality products with a precise shape and to well-mount without distortion. The solvent-free UV-curable acrylic adhesive formulation was designed by adding 4-acryloylmorpholine (ACMO) with high adhesion, toughness, glass transition temperature so that adhesion properties are stable at high temperature and products are easily mounted/detached from the adhesives. The designed formulation was polymerized through two-steps using post-addition of monomers. Using this, the acrylic adhesive was coated to make a film and then analyzed using various experimental techniques. As a result, the fabricated adhesive exhibited high glass transition temperature and there was little gap in peel strength before and after thermal treatment. Moreover, it was confirmed by rheological analysis that this adhesive can provide great bonding/debonding ability without distortion. We demonstrated the fabrication of a rectangular product using a 3D printing method using our acrylic adhesive as a build sheet. Mounting ability and workability were satisfactory and dimension deviation of the product was tiny. Because the product is easily detachable from the acrylic adhesive developed here than conventional build sheets, it is expected that this will provide work convenience to users who use the 3D printer.

In this study, LVLs of radiata pine were fabricated with non-preservative treated veneers, CuAz treated veneers, and ACQ treated veneers, using aqueous vinyl urethane adhesive and phenol modified resorcinol resin adhesive. Then density gradient, bonding strength, bending properties and decay resistance of LVLs were evaluated. As results, the cone-shaped and higher density gradient pattern was found in layer close to glueline. After cyclic water boiled test, the LVL bonded with aqueous vinyl urethane resin adhesive was delaminated in all layers or partly delaminated including check, chasm in glueline layer. In the case of LVL bonded with phenol modified resorcinol resin adhesive, despite slight cupping due to great glueline stress and vertical check between glueline layers, it was observed that the bonding strength to delamination was higher, owing to most absence of delamination through overall glueline. On the other hand, in the decay test, mass loss by brown rot fungi was greater than white rot fungi in LVL bonded with aqueous vinyl urethane resin adhesive. However, in LVL bonded with phenol modified resorcinol resin adhesive, the mass loss by brown rot fungi was slight and non-preservative treated LVL was low. The mass loss of preservative-treated LVL was 0 (zero), showing the high decay resistance effect.

Recently, integration of parts is accelerating according to the growth of the smart mobile industry. The integration of these parts causes problems of interference phenomena between the parts, and the importance of electromagnetic wave shielding technology to solve this problem is highlighted. Electromagnetic wave shielding technology is implemented so as to reflect or absorb electromagnetic waves, and generally conductive materials are utilized for electromagnetic wave shielding. Transparent shielding technology is required according to recent industrial changes. In this research, we propose transparent the shielding film using imprint technology with conductive composite binder. Utilizing UV polymerized acrylic binder to produce a conductive composite binder. Spherical, plate and stacked silver particles were used for conductivity. The changes of the curing characteristics, conductivity and adhesion were observed according to the structural characteristics of the silver particles. The use of spherical particles was the most efficient in the curing process, and an additional curing system was required to complement the UV-shadowing structure. In the conductivity evaluation, the stacked structure showed excellent characteristics. The adhesion of spherical system was the best. It is evaluated as a result of irregularities on the surface. Ultimately, the patterned film using this showed excellent transparency characteristics.
$Mn_1-xCr_xPt_3$ alloy films have been prepared by depositing (Mn, Cr)/Pt multilayers using a rf magnetron sputterer followed by heat treatment. Small and wide angle x-ray diffractometry, magnetic hysteresis loops and Kerr rotation angle spectra of the films have been measured and used to investigate structural, magnetic and magneto-optic properties of the films. The films had a crystal structure of ordered AuCu$_3$ type and the strong preferred orientation of a (111)plane parallel to the film surface. The saturation magnetization of the films was decreased with Cr content reaching almost zero near x=0.58 and then increased for further increasement of Cr content up to x=0.77 over that stayed almost constant. This indicated that Cr atoms were antiferromagnetically coupled with Mn atoms. The magnetic easy axis of MnPt$_3$(x=0) film was parallel to the film surface but those of the films with x$\geq$0.58 increased as Cr content increased reaching about 4 kOe at x=1(CrPt$_3$). The dependence of the Kerr rotation angle on the Cr content was similar to that of the saturation magnetization on the Cr content. The films with x=0.77 and x=1 showed the larger Kerr rotation angle at the wavelengths of near infrared compared to the magneto-optic recording medium, TbFeCo, currently being used.

In this study, we investigated the influence of the fabrication process of stacked capacitors on the cell capacitance by using Load Lock (L/L) LPCVD system for dielectric thin film of DRAM capacitor. As a result, it was confirmed that the capacitance difference of about 3-4 fF is obtained by reducing the effective thickness of the oxide film by about $6{\AA}$ compared to the conventional non-L/L device. In addition, Cs was found to be about 3-6 fF lower than the calculated value, even though the measurement range of the thickness of the nitride film as an insulating film was in a normal management range. This is because the node poly FI CD is managed at the upper limit of the spec, resulting in a decrease in cell surface area, which indicates a Cs reduction of about 2fF. Therefore, it is necessary to control the thickness of insulating film and CD management within 10% of the spec center value in order to secure stable Cs.
