In order to investigate experimentally the clinical effect of Soyangin-Hyongbangdojoksan (少陽人荊防導赤散) that was prescribed to cure the Bisuhanpyohanbyong (脾受寒表寒病) of Soyangin (少陽人). The author experimented various activities of dried extract from hyongbangdojoksan (Sample-I) and mixed extract of each dried extract of hyongbangdojoksan (Sample-II) by the methods prescribed in the experimental parts. The results summarized as follows. 1. In the acetic acid method experiment, analgesic effect was noted in sample-I & Sample-II. 2. Anti-inflammatory effect on the edema induced by carrageenin was noted in Sample-I. 3. Antipyretic effect is not noted in Sample-I and Sample-II. 4. On urinary volume change and blood electrolyte clearance, the result is not significant, on the contrary the urine electrolyte discharge is effective in Sample-I and Sample-II. According to the above results, the effects based on oriental medical references approximate to the actual experimental results.

오염물질을 실시간으로 측정해 배출사고를 예방할 수 있는 원격측정시스템(TMS : Tele-metering System)이 폐수 배출사업장에도 도입된다. 환경부는 오는 2007년까지 1~3종 배출업소와 하$\cdot$폐수종말처리시설 등 2,443개 폐수배출사업장에 오염물질 측정기기를 부착해 환경관리공단에 설치될 관제센터에 연결한다고 밝혔다. 이를 통해 한해 동안 배출되는 폐수의 86.2%가 실시간으로 관리될 전망이다. 배출사업장은 폐수의 특성에 따라 유량계, 자동시료채취기, 생물학적산소요구량(BOD)$\cdot$화학적산소요구량(COD),$\cdot$총질소(T-N)$\cdot$총인(T-P)$\cdot$부유물질(SS)측정기기 등을 최소 1종부터 최대 7종까지 설치해야 한다. 그러나 자동측정이 어려운 총대장균군수$\cdot$색도$\cdot$노르말헥산 등은 수동측정법을 유지키로 했다. 업체별로 최대 1억7천~2억원까지 예상되는 설치비는 사업자의 부담을 덜기 위해 융자 지원할 계획이다. 이에 본지에서는 그 내용을 간략히 파악해 보고자 한다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Hyeongbangdojok-san on 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients who were diagnosed as Soyangin.Methods : 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients were treated by Hyeongbangdojok-san. The effect of treatment was measured by EASI score, VAS score, photographs.Results : EASI score and VAS score decreased as a result of Hyeongbangdojok-san treatment in 4 patients.Conclusions : These case-studies showed an efficient result of using Hyeongbangdojok-san in the seborrheic dermatitis of Soyangin. And an author consider that continuous clinical study will be needed in Korean medical dermatology.

The object of this study is to investigate the strength development properties and the strength prediction of three-component concrete using the fly ash and the blast-furnace slag by a maturity method. The results were as follows. The values of the activation energy on this experiment are calculated as 38.69, 36.47, 32.46, 30.99 KJ/mol in the W/B 60, 55, 50, 45%. And it is considered that the equivalent age can be used to predict strength of the three-component concrete in the optional age. Also the strength of the three-component concrete can be predicted from the result of high correlation between predicted strength and measured strength.

폐수의 부하량 감소를 위하여 전처리단계에서 전기응집장치를 이용한 총인 및 총질소, 생물화학적산소요구량과 화학적 산소요구량 등을 측정하고자 실험을 하였다. 실험결과 철 전극에서는 총인제거효율이 가장 높았으며, 총질소 제거 효율은 두 회사 폐수 모두 낮았다. Sus 및 Ti전극에서는 제거효율이 미미하였다. 따라서 부하량 감소를 위한 폐수의 전처리시 철전극사용시 가장효율이 좋으며, 부하량 감소는 90%이상임을 알 수 있었다.

The precise measurement of consumed power for a given time is very important in the energy management aspect. Up to days, most power meter has been used and designed for use on circuits in which the voltage and current are essentially sinusoidal. Recently the increase of switching element in power system causes the current and voltage with harmonics. Therefore, power energy involving harmonics is supplied to the system and the error of power measurement of watthour meter is existed. In this paper, we present a characteristic analysis by input frequency variation and analytical basis of induction watthour meter considering harmonics.

Objectives : This study was intended to establish for medical treatment range of Ojeoksan and to help extending application of medical insurance through prescriptive research. Methods : We analyzed "Dongeuibogam", "Taepyeonghaeminhwajegukbang" and other books Result : 1. composition of Ojeoksan in "Dongeuibogam" is same as in "Gogeumeuigam" 2. Ojeoksan is composed of five kinds of basic prescripitions; Er Chen Tang, Ping Wei San, Ma Huang Tang, Si Wu Tang etc. and it used for five pathological factors; cold, energy, eating, phlegm, blood. 3. Property of Ojeoksan is warm so it can be used for any cold diseases. 4. Ojeoksan is used for 16 kinds of diseases including chest pain, abdominal pain etc. Conclusion : Ojeoksan can be used for cardiovascular disorders and Ojeoksan is possible to apply or to extend medical insurance coverage.

시설내 방적처리별 광환경, 개선 효과는 수적율이 환기나 송풍 단독으로 처리한 경우보다 2.6-5.8% 가량 낮은 2.7%를 보여 투광율이 송풍, 환기 단독 처리구보다 2.7-4.9% 가량 높아 67.4%를 보인 송풍+환기개선처리에서 가장 우수하였고 하우스 공간에서의 정식후 6일간 적산최저기온은 무처리에 비하여 4.6$^{\circ}C$가 낮았으나 작물이 정식된 터널에서는 0.8$^{\circ}C$ 정도 낮았다. 참외의 생육은 환경이 방적효과로 광환경이 우수한 송풍+환기개선처리에서 두 처리보다 엽수가 3-5매 가량 많고 착과율도 4-8% 정도 높아 전체적인 수량이 3,630kg/10a로 무처리에 비하여 43%나 증수되었다.

고추는 국내 재배면적이 노지재배가 75,000 ha 정도로서 해마다 조금씩 감소하고 있고, 시설재배가 5,000 ha 정도로서 해마다 증가하고 있다. 따라서 약 80,000 ha 의 재배 면적을 매년 심어야 하기 때문에 원예작물 가운데 가장 많은 모종을 필요로 한다. 이를 뒷받침하기 위하여 공정육묘에서 차지하는 비율이 60%를 넘고 있다. 고추종자는 발아적온이 28-3$0^{\circ}C$ 정도로 알려져 있으며 발아소요일수가 2-3일 정도로서 발아적산온도는 1,300~1,450$^{\circ}$ 정도로 알려져 있다. (중략)

This work presents the performance characteristic of digital watthour meter under the harmonics of voltage and current. Each waveform involved is different in magnitude phase, and THD(Total Harmonic Distortion). It is possible to generate harmonics and control those waveforms using RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator). Tests were performed on a selected sample of three-phase digital watthour meter which is coupled with data acquisition system via RS 485/232 converter. The percentage error rate of the watthour meter is compared for both sinusoidal and nonsinusoidal cases and the results are given.
