현재 가동 중인 원자적발전소 계측제어설비의 전원공급기를 살펴보면 인버터 또는 별도의 교류를 입력전원으로 사용한다. 직류 전원공급기들은 설비의 중요도예 따라 이중화로 구성된 설비도 있고 그렇지 않은 기기나 설비도 있다. 이중화로 구성된 전원공급기라 해도 교류 입력전원이 동일하다면 교류 입력이 상실될 때 이중화로 구성된 직류전원도 상실되어 관련계통의 가동이 정지된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 각기 다른 교류입력전원으로 동작되는 이중화전원공급기로 구성되는 것이 가장 바람직하다. 본 연구개발의 목적은 두 종의 설비에 소요되는 3종의 직류전원 공급기를 원자력 안정성등급으로 국산화하는 연구이다. 기존 제품들은 3종 모두 리니어 방식의 제품이지만, 방사선감시 계통 현장제어기의 5V로직 전원공급기와 공정제어계통 전원공급자는 전력변환효율이 높고 소형, 정량화가 가능한 SMPS(Switched Mode Power Supply) 방식으로 개발하였다. 방사선감시계통 현장제어기의 PCA(Printed Circuit Assembly) 저전압공급기는 다양한 종류의 출력전압과 저 전류형이므로 안정성 면에서 동일한 형식의 리니어 방식으로 개발하였으며 3종류 모두 출력용량을 20% 이상 향상시켰다. 또한, 논문을 통해 SMPS 방식의 전원공급기의 핵심 부품인 Control Module을 Hybrid IC형으로 자체 설계하여 성능이 우수한 제품을 지속적으로 생산할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 한다.

2013년 12월 2일에 아마존의 제프 베조스가 드론을 통하여 30분 배송을 실현하겠다고 배송 테스트를 했다. 고객이 주문한 물건을 플라스틱 보호 박스에 잘 담아 드론에 싣고 고객의 마당에 떨구고 돌아오는 모습을 담았다. 미국의 모든 언론은 드론에 대하여 대서특필하였고, 30분 배송의 실현 가능성에 대한 논쟁을 벌였다. 그 해 연말, 아마존은 쇼핑특수를 누렸다. 돈 안들이고 광고를 독특하게 한 셈이다. 나는 개인적으로 아마존의 드론 배달을 '쇼'라고 생각했다. 고객들의 주거 형태, 드론 비행의 법적인 문제, 드론으로 발생되는 사고, 사람들의 인식 등등 문제가 산적해 있기 때문이다. 그런데 2015년 초부터 알리바바는 1시간 내 차(Tea) 배달 서비스를 상하이와 광저우에서 테스트 중이라고 한다. 또한, DHL이 바다를 건너 섬으로 의약품을 수송하는 시연을 했다. CES 2015에서는 드론 전용관을 만들어 많은 사람들과 언론의 주목을 받았다. 마치 꿈과 같던 것이 실현되는 느낌이었다. 드론을 띄울 수 있는 권리 외에도 드론을 떨어뜨릴 권리도 논의되고 있다. 일본 총리관저에 드론이 떨어지기도 했다. 미국에서는 소형 드론에 폭발물을 탑재하여 타격하는 영상을 보이기도 했다. 개인적인 프라이버시가 존중되어야 할 가정집 위로 카메라가 달린 드론이 날아다니기도 하며, 재소자들의 수감시설에 마약과 담배를 실어 나르다 적발되기도 하였다. 부작용도 만만치 않다는 이야기이다. 나는 학생들에게 100만 원이 넘는 드론을 구매하여 주었더니, 동력인 배터리가 20분밖에 안 된다고 투덜거린다. 영상에 그리고 비행에 소리가 너무 난다고 또 투덜거린다. 바람에 밀려 조정이 어렵다고 또한 투덜투덜하더니만, 결국은 비행 중 조절이 안 되고 떨어져서 결국 박살이 났다. 내구성이 약하다는 이야기는 곧 전반적으로 아직 한계가 있으며 개선할 점이 많다는 의미이다. 위와 같은 부정적인 요인에도 불구하고 드론은 새로운 서비스의 융합으로 신시장이 기대되는 만큼 많은 국가와 기업들이 주목하고 있다. 미국가전협회(CEA)는 2015년 세계 드론 시장이 2014년보다 무려 55% 성장한 1억 3,000만 달러의 규모로 성장하고 5년 뒤에는 10억 달러까지 증가할 것으로 전망하면서 드론 산업의 가능성을 높게 평가하기도 했다.

Chemometric technique was applied to the sugar composition in five honeys of known botanical or geographical origin following HPLC. Fructose and glucose were predominant carbohydrates in honeys, and small amount of sucrose was also detected in one sample. Sugar contents in honeys samples were compared by the geographical or botanical origin. Fructose/glucose ratio ranged from 0.99 to 1.55 was obtained and these results are in good agreement with the ratio of literature. The plot of principal components analysis(PCA) showed that different honey samples grouped into distinct cluster by the geographical or botanical origin. Increasing the first or second principal component score, higher amount of sugar or less fructose/glucose ratio was observed in PCA plot. Chemometric approach was very useful to provide pattern recognition of sugar profile or quality indices of honey sample and to detect adulteration.

Pervasive developmental disorder is one of the most severe clinical disorder in child psychiatry and is associated with deviancies in multiple areas of development. Medication does not cure pervasive developmental disorder and its effectiveness is generally nonspecific. But psychopharmacological treatment can be important for some children with pervasive developmental disorder and can make many young autistics more amenable to behavior modification and education. Haloperidol, the most widely studied antipsychotics, was statistically and clinically superior to placebo, and furthermore, was known to facilitate the positive functioning such as, discrimination learning and imitative communication, without side effects. However, administration of haloperidol is associated with drug related dyskinesia, and it warrants the introduction and use of the other novel drugs. Several biochemical studies suggest that subgroups of children with pervasive developmental disorder show hyperserotonemia and increased endogenous opioid level as compared with controls. Psychopharmacological trials were conducted according to these findings(ex : fenfluramine, naltrexone), with mixed results till now. These and another drugs that have been used in children with pervasive developmental disorder and their effectiveness are reviewed.

Security measures for the current insurance crime has focused on the capture oriented and reactive response in the screening stage of insurance payments. However, since leaving the damages that can not be healed by post-punishment, it is necessary to take measures to prevent the insurance crimes in advance. In this paper, I would like to try to identify problems through analyzing the characteristics and cases of the insurance crimes, and to present alternatives to it. The problems with the current insurance system that causes the insurance crimes are, First, When signing the insurance contract, it is too inattentive to confirm about the credit status of the policyholder, duplicate join or not, whether voluntarily sign up etc. Second, a thorough investigation or criminal charges in case of insurance accident is not being done properly. Third, information exchange and management to malicious policyholders is not being done properly. Therefore, in order to guard people from insurance crimes, First, it should strengthen the audit of such credit conditions, accident experiences in the insurance contract at the policyholders. Second, we need to block insurance crimes in advance through the continuous upgrades of insurance fraud analysis systems and social network. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance systems for the insurance crimes by the information sharing.

The Korea-EU FTA has substantially escalated the volumes of South Korea's export and investment in the United Kingdom since its ratification. Coupling with the FTA effect, the ease of doing business in the United Kingdom will increase even more trade and investment by South Korean multinational corporations. In the meantime, the UK Bribery Act 2010 was enforced to end bribery by individuals and business entities which have close connection with the United Kingdom. The punishment of violating the Act is severe than ever because of "unlimited" fine. Without fully understanding the Act and have compliance measures as described in the Guidance issued by the UK Ministry of Justice, South Korean corporations may risk its whole business. Therefore, this paper will analyze the UK Bribery Act in details to provide critical implications for South Korean corporations under the Korea-EU FTA.

In the past few years, data leakage of information assets has become prominent issue. According to the NIS in South Korea, they found 375 cases of data leakage from 2003 to 2013, especially 49 of cases have been uncovered in 2013 alone. These criminals are increasing as time passes. Thus, it constitutes a reason for establishment, operation and certification of ISMS, even for private enterprises. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the certification intention of ISMS using EFA (Exploratory Factor Analysis) and regression analysis. We identified expectation factors for certification of ISMS from 13 elements using EFA (Strengthening practical ability & economic effect factor and Improvement of security level & handling incident factor). Next, we examined that the certification intention of ISMS using regression analysis. As a result of regression analysis, Strengthening practical ability & economic effect factor is not significant for the certification intention of ISMS (p<.05). Also, Improvement of security level & handling incident factor have a significant and positive effect on the certification intention of ISMS (p<.05).
