In this paper, we propose a new industry - university collaboration plan through the analysis of the present state of industry-academia cooperation and government support projects, and analysis of major overseas cases. The following is the plan for activating the new crop cooperation. First, it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of education system and establishment of new education course based on future demand through future-oriented industry-university cooperation. Second, active industry-academia cooperation should stimulate entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship based on university resources. Third, it should act as an anchor of regional innovation by actively cooperating with local innovation entities. It is necessary to develop an industry-university cooperation model that can generate profits and contribute to university finance.

본 연구의 목적은 EDI 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 조직특성요인, 시스템의 구축과정요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 체계화하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존의 문헌을 조사하여 EDI이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고, 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째 EDI의 이용범위에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인들은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 최고경영자의 적극적 지원, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 결과에서 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업들이 EDI에 대한 필요성을 느끼게 되고 따라서 EDI를 조직내에 통합시킬수록 그에 따른 이익을 얻을 수 있다. 한편, 기존 업무를 EDI 방식으로 전환하는데 많은 투자와 변화에 대한 위험이 존재하는 만큼 최고경영자의 적극적인 지원이 반드시 필요함을 알 수 있다. 그리고 EDI의 이용범위를 확대시키기 위해서는 EDI 사업자, 사용자의 참여뿐만 아니라 교육·훈련도 많은 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, DEI의 이용량에 영향을 끼치는 요인은 ‘업무의 EDI 적합성, 참여도’인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 거래업체와 서류업무가 많고 거래가 빈번한 기업일수록 많은 기업들과 EDI를 통해

외환위기 이래 현재까지 대한민국의 가장 큰 사회 문제 중 하나로 대두되고 있는 청년 실업문제의 해결 방법 중 하나로 정부에서는 창업을 적극 권하고 교육부, 중소기업청 등의 여러 정부기관들이 많은 예산과 지원 정책을 시행하고 지원하면서 청년 창업을 적극적으로 권장하고 있다. 이에 따라 대학생이 창업해 성공한 스타트업 기업의 사례가 늘어나면서 대학생들의 창업에 대한 관심도가 높아지고 있다. 반면, 창업을 꿈꾸는 대학생 중 사업 아이디어를 가지고 창업을 준비하면서 중도 포기하는 학생들도 많으며 실제 창업을 하고도 폐업하는 실패사례도 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절에 따라 창업 의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생의 개인적 특성이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 창업의 직 간접적인 경험 조절로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생의 개인적 특성을 독립변수로 설정하고 직 간접경험을 조절변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

국내 대학은 연구 및 교육 기관으로서의 중요성과 함께 창업에 기여해야 할 사회적 책무를 지고 있다. 대학이 축적한 각종 지식 성과와 함께 연구와 개발 인프라를 활용하고 대학생 및 대학원생의 창의적 아이디어의 활용 가치를 높여 경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 성장 엔진을 개발해야 한다. 또한 창업연구와 창업지원 사업에 대한 사회적 요구에 맞추어 대학은 창업기능을 구조 혁신의 도구로 삼을 기회를 가지게 되었다는 점도 주목해야 한다. 본 연구는 한국 대학의 창업지원 기관의 역할 정립을 위한 학술적 지식을 되짚어 보고 창업을 중심으로 한 대학의 적극적인 창업지원단 구축 모델에 대한 논의를 담고 있다. 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구와 2차 통계자료를 기반으로 창업지원 방향에 관한 시사점을 획득하고 대학 혁신을 위한 창업지원 모델인 WoW! Valley Model을 제안한다. 본 모형은 창업지원단의 역할 정립에 도움을 주고 대학 창업지원의 정책 수립의 기초를 제공할 것으로 본다. 국내외 경제 여건의 악화와 글로벌 경제 침체 속에서 창업의 사회적 중요성은 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대학의 창업 활성화는 시대적 과제라 할 수 있다. 체계적인 창업 지원 정책을 대학이 주도하고 현실 학문적 성격을 강화하는 방향으로 체질을 개선하는 일이 시급하다. 본 연구는 대학의 창업지원단 활동의 새로운 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이미 국내의 많은 대학들이 창업지원을 위한 센터나 지원단을 운영하고 있으며 독자적인 체계를 갖추고 있다. 그러나 창업지원을 중심으로 대학의 기능을 재편하는 등의 혁신 체계로서의 창업지원단 운영 모델은 수립 및 시행된 경우가 드물다. 본 연구는 창업교육과 창업지원에 관한 기존의 연구 성과를 되짚어 보고 국내 대학의 창업지원을 위한 새로운 시각을 제시한다. 창업 지원단의 수립 및 운영 모형에 관한 논의가 절실한 시점에서 본 연구는 연구자와 대학 운영자 및 정책 입안자에게 의미 있는 시사점을 줄 것으로 기대한다. 한편, 본 연구는 개념적 디자인을 제시하는 수준이므로 디자인을 평가하여 새로운 지식을 얻는 등의 후속 과정을 거쳐 보완될 필요가 있다. 다중 사례 연구와 실행 연구(Action Research) 등의 실증 방법을 통해 본 연구의 후속 결과가 요구된다.

This study examines the effects of organizational trust of the container terminal operators' employee on organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effect of organizational support in the relationship between the two variables. In order to efficiently achieve the purpose of this study, an empirical analysis was conducted by distributing a literature review and a questionnaire, and the results of the study are as follows... First, the organizational trust of the container terminal operators' employee was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and trust in the company appeared to be more important than trust in the superior, indicating trust in the institutional aspect. This means that formation has more influence on organizational citizenship behavior... Second, it was confirmed that the organizational support of the container terminal operators' employee can lead to active participation in organizational citizenship behavior through the expansion of educational compensatory support. Third, among the organizational support of container terminal operators, emotional support and educational compensatory support were found to have a partial moderating effect on the relationship between organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior." Emotional support has a moderating effect on caring and active participation behaviors in the relationship between trust in the company and organizational citizenship behaviors, and a moderating effect on caring, active participation, and non-complaining behaviors in the relationship between trust in superiors and organizational citizenship behaviors. It was analyzed that there is Compensatory educational support has a moderating effect on altruistic, caring, active participation, and non-complaining behavior in the relationship between trust in the company and organizational citizenship behavior. It was analyzed that there was a moderating effect on active participation and non-complaining behavior. These analysis results mean that members' trust in the company further increases through the container terminal operator's emotional support and educational reward support. As uncertainty grows, it is very important to increase the trust of organizational members in the organization. sense of belonging to the organization, Emotional support that can increase immersion, improvement of work environment, provision of educational opportunities, and education-compensatory support such as a fair compensation system will increase organizational trust and induce effective organizational citizenship behavior to realize sustainable growth of the organization.

This study aims to find the effective policy devices for attracting enterprises in rural areas. In the first place, the result of this study suggest two directions fundamentally as follows: Firstly, the government works on more positive lines and from more integrated viewpoint. Secondly, it give the first consideration to the big-enterprises for attracting enterprises in rural areas. Next, the study suggest three practical policy implements also. First, the government put an emphasis on construction favorable infra structure to enterprises's activity. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the economic supports for location of enterprises in rural areas. Third, the rural self-government make effort strongly to develop the activity to attract enterprises.

This study regards the need for jobs to overcome the poverty of the elderly in an aged society, and as well as researches ways to participate in active economic activities in old age. The results of the study are as follows. First, the legal system needs to be improved. In addition to institutional support for the expansion of jobs for the elderly, improvement of awareness of the elderly and reinforcement of infrastructure such as a delivery system are required, and a legal basis for this is needed. To this end, occupations targeting the elderly must be selected first, and legal procedures must be prepared by the government. Second, there must be social consideration and support for the elderly. Extension of the retirement age plays an important role in enhancing employment for the elderly. Along with the improvement of the legal system, social consideration is required. Therefore, since the elderly policy without social consensus is bound to fail, various support methods that can lead to social support must be devised. Third, the elderly must have a sense of poverty and willingness to rehabilitate themselves. Elderly people should not only ask for their children and social support. The elderly must be able to find a way to become the economic agent themselves. To do this, a basic awareness of the elderly poverty consciousness is needed, and a change of awareness to escape the poverty of the elderly is necessary. Therefore, the elderly need to be self-reliant, and they must choose jobs according to their own abilities. In conclusion, the elderly job program is a part of income increase that solves the poverty of the elderly in the aged society, and the elderly are required to actively participate in economic activities.

2020년 자동차산업의 핵심 키워드는 새로운 교통수단과 이동 서비스를 제공함으로써 새로운 비즈니스의 기회를 창출해야 하는 '이동성의 재발견', 글로벌시장의 다양한 소비자에게 신속하고 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 모색해야 하는 '전방위적 유연성', 미래사회 산업의 패러다임 변화에 대응하기 위해 자동차업체 이외의 new players의 참여를 유도하고 공존할 수 있는 열린 산업문화를 구축해야 하는 '소통과 협력', 미래경쟁력 확보를 위해 핵심기술의 선점과 상품화 노력을 강화해야 하는 '첨단기술의 융합'으로 요약할 수 있다. 그리고 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력은 자동차 자체를 만드는 기술력 보다는 융합기술을 접목한 신서비스의 소비자 니즈 충족이 관건인 점을 감안할 때, 최근에 관심이 집중되고 있는 스마트카에 대한 적극적인 대처가 미래 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 확보하고 우리나라 자동차산업의 지속 성장을 보장할 수 있다고 판단된다. 이러한 스마트카는 운전자 지원이 중요하고 운전자 수용성, 사회적 수용성, 산업적 수용성의 기본원칙을 만족해야 하며 여기서 운전자 지원의 형태로는 인식의 지원, 판단의 지원, 조작의 지원을 그리고 지원의 기능으로는 크게 지각기능의 확대, 정보제공, 경보, 사고회피 지원제어, 운전부하 경감제어를 들 수 있다. 운전자 수용성이란 스마트카의 다양한 기능들이 가능한한 운전자에게 쉽게 전달되어야 하고 운전자가 이들 기능들을 과신하여 의존하는 일이 발생해서는 안된다는 것을 의미한다. 아울러 스마트카의 기능은 어떤 조건에서 효과가 어느 정도로 기대될까를 분명히 정해둘 필요가 있다. 즉 사회적 측면에서의 표준화, 법규화가 병행되어야 함을 의미하고 이것이 사회적 수용성이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 산업적 수용성이란 자동차 산업은 기존 사업을 지속 성장시키고 new players에게는 새로운 사업에 참여할 수 있는 기회가 정당하게 주어져야 함을 의미한다.

미국과 싱가포르는 모두 세계에서 가장 우수한 기업 경영환경을 제공하는 국가이다. 그러나 미국이 자유방임형이라고 한다면 싱가포르는 철저하게 계획형이라는 점에서 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국과 싱가포르의 전자무역 지원정책의 사례를 분석하고, 상호비교를 통해 우리 나라 전자무역 지원정책에 대한 시사점을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 시사점은 전자무역의 활성화가 기본적으로 민간의 적극적인 참여로 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 정부의 역할은 주도적인 입장이 아닌 철저한 지원자의 입장에서 수행되어야 한다. 정부가 거래알선 및 e마켓플레이스 등 전자무역의 핵심적인 활동에 직접적으로 관여하기보다는 관련된 민간기업을 육성하고, 기업들의 전자무역 수행능력을 제고시키며, 기업의 전자무역 활동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 전자무역 인프라의 확충에 정책의 초점을 맞추어야 한다는 점이다. 향후 전자무역 촉진을 위한 주요 정책의 방향으로 전자무역에 대한 기본적인 인식을 제고 할 수 있는 홍보활동 강화, 전자상거래 지원기관과 전통적인 무역지원기관들의 연계 및 산학연계 활동의 촉진을 통해서 중소 기업에 대한 실질적인 전자무역의 지원, 전자무역 관련 전문인력의 체계적인 양성, 무역 관련 공공정보시스템의 개선 등이 제시될 수 있다.

소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.
