  • The Android author identification study can be interpreted as a method for revealing the source in a narrow range, but if viewed in a wide range, it can be interpreted as a study to gain insight to identify similar works through known works. The problem found in the Android author identification study is that it is an important code on the Android system, but it is difficult to find the important feature of the author due to the meaningless codes. Due to this, legitimate codes or behaviors were also incorrectly defined as malicious codes. To solve this, we introduced the concept of survival network to solve the problem by removing the features found in various Android apps and surviving unique features defined by authors. We conducted an experiment comparing the proposed framework with a previous study. From the results of experiments on 440 authors' identified apps, we obtained a classification accuracy of up to 92.10%, and showed a difference of up to 3.47% from the previous study. It used a small amount of learning data, but because it used unique features without duplicate features for each author, it was considered that there was a difference from previous studies. In addition, even in comparative experiments with previous studies according to the feature definition method, the same accuracy can be shown with a small number of features, and this can be seen that continuously overlapping meaningless features can be managed through the concept of a survival network.

  • This study uses the bibliometric analysis and author bibliographic coupling analysis (ABCA) to analyse the study of IT outsourcing in Korea and China by 2017 and determine the subject areas of the researcher and the intellectual structure which lays the foundation for future researchers in IT outsourcing area. For this study, through the National Digital Science Library (NDSL) of Korea and China Academic Journal network publishing Database (CAJD) of China, it collected the connected documents and found out authors whose work had been published more than twice. ABCA is utilized to visualize the author map which could find out the researchers and areas in meaningful way. The result show that the study of IT outsourcing in Korea came out earlier and developed further than that of China. The study in Korea has already come to the mature period. By contrast, China remains at somewhere between developing period and bottleneck period. The distribution of papers are still in the dispersed state. The author map shows a hot subject area in Korean researchers IT outsourcing strategy is and in chinese scholars IT outsourcing management.

  • This study analyzed the national diversity of journal editors and authors, focusing on international journals in library and information science, and quantified it through Simpson's Diversity Index. In addition, LIS journals were clustered according to diversity indicators and their characteristics were analyzed, and it was also confirmed whether nationality diversity of editorial members could induce nationality diversity of authors. As a result of the analysis, first, the diversity index of the editors of the LIS (Library & Information Science) international journal was found to be 0.64, which is less than the diversity of the authors, which is 0.76. It was confirmed that as the diversity of nationalities among editorial committee members increases, it is possible to attract authors of various nationalities (r = .79). Second, journals in the IS (Information Science) field showed a high index before or after 0.8 for both editorial members and author contributing countries, but those in the LS (Library Science) field showed relatively low scores, especially among the editorial members, with a very low index of 0.48. Third, the United States has the highest share of both authors and editors, and in particular, it has been confirmed that the LS field has an overwhelming share of 53.39% of editors. On the other hand, in Asian countries, including Korea, the ratio of contributions as editors compared to contributions as authors was found to be lower than in the United States and European countries.
