This study is to discover the diverse issues related to Self-Directed Learning Screening (SDLS) and draw implications by analyzing its critical points. Using content analysis and interviews with admission officers, tentative issues were finalized and reviewed by researchers and educators. A Survey was developed based on the 96 issues after having evidence of content validity using the Delphi method. To conduct survey, e-mails were sent to admissions officers in twenty science specialized high schools. They were asked to response to questions about perceptions of critical issues and if there are any issues in their schools. Using mean scores of two factors based on its critical issues and frequencies, a two-dimensional classification table for each type was presented. Four critical issues for each type were discovered. The first type indicates minor issues that include 28 items that were less than the overall mean scores in terms of critical issues and its frequencies. The second type indicates tentative issues that include 29 items that were greater than the mean score in critical issues but less in its frequencies. The third type indicates general issues that include 17 items that were less than the mean score in critical issues but greater in its frequencies. The last type indicates critical issues that include 22 items that were greater than the mean scores in two factors. The discovered results of critical issues and its types in this study can be considered a core part of the screening process in schools, especially, critical issues should play an important role in the process of admission screening planning.

The purpose of this study was to construct an issue-centered discussion instructional model for Home Economics and to determine its effect on middle school students' critical thinking. The research questions were posed as below. 1) The object and content of home economics in the 7th national middle school curricula are analyzed to sort out possible issues. 2) An issue-centered discussion instructional model is constructed to be applicable to middle school home economics class. and a lesson plan is prepared. 3) The effect of the issue-centered discussion instructional model developed in this study on student critical thinking faculty is examined. The findings of this study were as follows : First. seven criteria were selected to determine what types of issues were applicable to home economics lesson. Based on the selected criteria. 41 themes of issues were extracted from the 7th middle school textbooks. and their content validity was verified. Second, an issue-centered discussion instructional model was designed to deal with four themes in eight sessions in the procedure of problem raising, confirming, term defining. tentative alternative selecting, data gathering. discussing/critical approaching. and selecting/concluding. Third, two different third-year classes of K middle school in the city of Busan that consisted of 75 students were respectively selected as an experimental group and a control group, and the experiment was conducted in eight sessions for five weeks to see whether the teaching plan brought any changes to the critical mind of the students. The experimental group exposed to the issue-centered discussion lesson made a significant progress in critical thinking faculty(P＜.05). In particular. that instruction gave a favorable impact on demonstration evaluating(P＜.05). one of the critical thinking subfactors. When the students were asked to assess the issue-centered discussion lesson. most of them viewed it favorably. In the future, more research efforts should be dedicated to enhancing the practical applicability of issue-centered discussion instruction in home economics education. developing good evaluation tools about critical thinking faculty and finding out how discussion instruction could be conducted more efficiently.

정부가 로스쿨의 개원일자를 2009년 3월로 못박고 있는 시점에서 그 안에 해결해야 할 과제들이 한두 가지가 아니다. 현재 시행령 제정을 위해 2005년에 사법개혁추진위원회가 초안으로 만든 시행령안을 다소 손질하여 입법예고를 거쳐 수렴된 의견들을 조정하고 있는 중이다. 여기에 로스쿨의 도입경과와 주요한 쟁점사항에 관련된 내용들을 기술하여 로스쿨 도입에 따른 현재 상황을 전체적으로 이해하고 주요 쟁점은 무엇인지 파악해 보기로 하자.

본 연구의 목적은 2021년 메신저 언어 200만 어절을 대상으로 수행된 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 설계와 구축의 쟁점을 소개하고, 교정 말뭉치의 주요 교정 및 주석 내용을 기술함으로써 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 2021년 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 주요 목표는 메신저 언어의 특수성을 살림과 동시에 형태소 분석이나 기계 번역 등 한국어 처리 도구가 분석할 수 있는 수준으로 교정하는 다소 상충되는 목적을 구현하는 것이었는데, 이는 교정의 수준과 병렬의 단위 설정 등 상당한 쟁점을 내포한다. 본 연구에서는 말뭉치 구축 시점에서 미처 논의하지 못한 교정 수준의 쟁점과 교정 전후의 통계적 특성을 함께 논의하고자 하며, 다음과 같은 몇 가지 하위 내용을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.첫째, 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 구조 설계와 구축 절차에 대한 논의로, 2022년 초 국내 최초로 공개된 한국어 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치('모두의 말뭉치'의 일부)의 구축 과정에서 논의되어 온 말뭉치 구조 설계와 구축 절차를 논의한다. 둘째, 문장 단위로 정렬된 맞춤법 교정 말뭉치에서 관찰 가능한 띄어쓰기, 미등재어, 부호형 이모티콘 등의 메신저 언어의 몇 가지 특성을 살펴본다. 마지막으로, 2021년 메신저 맞춤법 교정 말뭉치의 구축 단계에서 미처 논의되지 못한 남은 문제들을 각각 데이터 구조 설계와 구축 차원의 주요 쟁점을 중심으로 논의한다. 특히 메신저 맞춤법 병렬 말뭉치의 주요 목표인 사전학습 언어모델의 학습데이터로서의 가치와 메신저 언어 연구의 기반 자료 구축의 관점에서 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치 구축의 의의와 향후 과제를 논의하고자 한다.

현재 자율주행 셔틀, 택시, 공유 차량을 이용한 교통서비스제공의 실현 가능성을 검증하는 단계에 있으며, 세계 각국에서는 자율주행 셔틀을 활용한 대중교통 서비스 제공을 목표로 실증을 경쟁적으로 하고 있다. 본 고에서는 자율주행 셔틀 기술 개발과 실증 현황을 소개하고 대중교통 분야에 적용할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 검토하여 서비스제공 측면, 자율주행 기술과 안전성 확보 측면, 인프라 확충 측면, 수용성 개선 측면의 쟁점을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 이를 토대로 쟁점과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안과 정책 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 호남고속철도 계획에서 검토되어야 할 쟁점들을 다룬다. 이 연구에서는 프랑스의 TGV 노선망을 검토하고, 호남고속철도 기점 역으로서 청주역과 천안역을 비교·평가하며, 그밖에 계획의 주요 쟁점을 정리하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 우선 프랑스의 TGV 경험과 IMF 체제라는 상황에 비추어 호남고속철도 계획은 경부고속철도와 기존 철도의 활용이라는 관점에서 출발해야 한다. 둘째, 노선대안을 비교·분석한 결과 대안 I (청주기점역)이 대안 II(천안기점역)에 비해 모든 평가항목에서 바람직한 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 노선대안 외의 쟁점으로는 계획과정의 투명성 확보, 21세기 고속철도의 위상정립, 기존철도의 개량계획과의 조화, 수송의 효율성과 지역개발 간의 갈등 등이 있으며, 이에 대한 지속적인 논의가 필요하다.
