This study will perform the theoretical study of totally dependent elderly facilities- nursing homes, through the characteristics about nursing units and rehabilitative spaces. It will be started from the perception that the highest priority is to derive the ideal design guidelines on nursing units and rehabilitative spaces of nursing homes in Korea. This study aims to represent architectural idea and the examination of typological differences of nursing units and rehabilitative spaces among nursing home plans.

In this study, active and recently in the field of vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in the industry engaged in the primary mission of assisting you want to promote activation of devices that can perform the work of the harvest cart or unattended devices such as tool boxes and tracking system developed. This system is manually moved from a remote user is able to control, and also, the ability to track users unattended mounted. The system developed in this study in the field of vocational rehabilitation in order to allow all sides to assess more than three meters in open space system for the Y-and W-course driving range of the error from the final destination 5 times the period analyzed. Analysis of the user's tracking system developed without any problem and that could know.

Objective : This study aimed to investigate the current status of physical therapy in children and adolescents. Methods : Sixty questionnaires from physical therapists treating children and adolescents with disabilities were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of questions on physical therapy, participants, satisfaction, and the assessment of pediatric and adolescent physical therapy. Descriptive statistics and frequencies were used to investigate the current status, participants, and satisfaction. Differences between physical therapy participation difficulty, importance-ability of major aspects of pediatric and adolescent physical therapy, and therapy goal frequency were analyzed using paired T-test. Results : 11 to 15 cases (66.7%) and one-on-one treatment (95.0%) were performed independently (95.0%). The main ages of the subjects were preschool and school, the diagnoses were brain lesions and developmental delay, and treatment was conducted for up to 20 years or older. Satisfaction with pediatric and adolescent physical therapy was high (70.0%), as was the intensity of work (71.7%). Neurodevelopmental therapy, gait training, and goal-directed rehabilitation were the main treatments, and Gross Motor Function Measures of 88 and 66, respectively, were used. Respondents said that current fee system is inadequate (66.1%) and appropriate fee system is needed. Conclusion : This study extensively investigated the content of and factors related to pediatric and adolescent physical therapy. Based on the current situation, efforts to improve the expertise and continuity of pediatric and adolescent physical therapists and apply the latest treatment techniques are required.

Seafarers are exposed to various unpredictable maritime risks due to the spatial specificity of the working environment of the sea; thus, sufficient compensation for injured crewmembers is needed. However, Korea does not provide such compensation. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the Maritime Labor Act and the Industrial Accident Insurance Act of Germany, an advanced European social insurance country, and derive implications compared to Korea. First, we investigated how compensations are managed by a public institution in Germany and by shipowners in Korea. Second, regarding the contents of accident compensation, Germany does not only provide continuous treatment and care through various support systems, but also operates various programs to enable a return to ship work. In contrast, Korea has a temporary compensation system that allows shipowners to avoid liability for accident compensation, which is disadvantageous to shipwrecked seafarers. Finally, in Germany, workers' compensation insurance is public, judged considering the origin of work, whereas in Korea, it is determined by shipowners or insurance companies. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a public institution in charge of crew accident compensation to ensure proper compensation for crewmembers in Korea and to improve the Seafarers Act or system to provide compensation for additional medical care, disability pension, and rehabilitation benefits.

The purpose of this study is to discover the plans for Yangyeongsi in Daegu, one of the most traditional streets and a tourist spot in South Korea, by preserving the historical place, reviving the historical characteristics and identity, revitalizing the uniqueness of the location, and developing the environment. This paper also illustrates the problems of the place through a investigation into its current state in order to promote the district and conduct a fundamental research framework to suggest future development methods and directions based on the problem statements. Daegu Yangyeongsi was chosen through frequency analysis and a survey asking for a suitable location and local characteristics to be developed for the local promotion through the field investigation of 158 cultural assets registered in the local government. This survey was conducted through the development process of the Regional Design Innovation Center to revitalize the traditional streets and places of interest. Through this investigation, 19 sites and traditional streets, which can be cultural resources for sightseeing and contribute to the local promotion, were extracted. Yangyeongsi, was selected from the finalists. The research methodology will be 1) to identify things for improvement potentiality through an in-depth analysis of Yangyeongsi, 2)to examine the mutual relationship between the revitalization strategy of Yangyeongsi and the city promotion strategy, and 3) to integrate the problems and improvements based on the results of the analysis. The notion of SWOT analysis synthetically considering the elements of opportunity and intimidation, strength and weakness to come up with the development direction was introduced to discover the local characteristics of Yangyeongsi and deduce the problem statement through the state analysis. Based on these results, the future development method and direction will be suggested in this paper through the revitalization study of Yangyeongsi.
