Governance is valued as a new concept and principle of social operation and public policy management, and its influence is gradually expanding. Among the various governance theories being put into practice and in case analysis studies, collaborative governance embracing various governance concepts has been found to increase interdependence and responsibility beyond participation and compromise, and create new public values by integrating and utilizing optimal social coordination forms. In the field of cultural assets, governance-related research is also being conducted for the efficiency, sustainability, and scalability of public policy enforcement. This study explored the government's role (promotion, arbitration, and condition creation) in collaborative governance, focusing on the "Cultural Heritage Guardians" to understand how collaborative governance operates in the cultural heritage sector. Regarding governance policies in the cultural asset sector, the cultural asset guardians highlighted the status, role, and characteristics of policies by examining their introduction, development, and implementation. The results of the analysis revealed that private-led, horizontal public-private cooperation, collaborative governance, policy introduction, solidarity, professionalism, resource/knowledge imbalance, cooperation precedence, etc., facilitate increased participation. The government has accordingly proposed measures to establish comprehensive legal stability centered on cooperation; strategic reorganization of dedicated organizations; strengthened, supportive intermediate organizations; and individual and multi-party consultative bodies.

In recent years, apartment finishing work items have increasingly become more upscale and diverse, and the kinds have increased in exponential numbers. A huge amount of information about finishing work items is produced and changed in the stages of planning finishing work item design and selecting alternatives in the early days of an apartment project. However, there are many problems raised by the poor information management of finishing work items. Thus this study suggested a cost-based information management system to manage information about finishing work items generated in the initial stage of an apartment project. In order to build the suggested system, the investigator designed an information management system based on the concepts and organization of system. And after setting a scenario of selecting finishing work items by conditions including the initial information values of finishing work items, information management for each alternative, and cost fix or free condition, I implemented and applied a prototype of an information management system for finishing work items among the participants including the project manager, interior designer, and builder.

This study identified the relationship between leisure attitudes, leisure promotion, leisure drugs, leisure satisfaction, and the intention to rejoin maritime sports by the participants of this study. The researchers selected 542 adult men and women who live in Seoul and the Incheon, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong provinces, and who were currently engaged in marine sports activities. Data processing was performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the leisure attitudes of marine sports participants did not affect the promotion of leisure (p>.05). Second, the attitude towards leisure of the marine sports participants had a negative effect on using leisure pharmaceuticals (p<.05). Third, the leisure attitudes of marine sports participants affected their leisure satisfaction (p<.05). Fourth, the promotion of leisure activities of the marine sports participants did not affect their leisure satisfaction (p>.05). Fifth, the leisure restrictions of marine sports participants did not affect their leisure satisfaction (p>.05). Sixth, the leisure activities of marine sports participants affected the intention of rejoining (p<.05).

In order to find out whether they are visible, the reliability of the measured values and the fit of the measurement model by CFA were obtained through the exploratory factor analysis. The results were as follows: The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it is necessary for the consultant to improve the participation of the consulting company and the understanding of the consulting in order to increase the intention of the consulting repurchase intention. Since the consultant shows the result in an empirical way, the consulting company participates in the role and process The results of this study are as follows. First, it is suggested that firms should be very careful about the participation and consulting understanding because they affect the repurchase intention of consulting firms.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of customers' information engagement, the behavior pattern from WOM to cooperation, and the moderator in the behavior pattern. The proposed three determinants, boundary personnel's citizenship behavior, satisfaction, and commitment were significant antecedents to WOM, but not to cooperation. The path coefficient from WOM to cooperation was significant and hereby the voluntary level of cooperation was found as a higher level of voluntary behavior than WOM. Additionally, the path from WOM to cooperation was moderated by customer involvement, as the path coefficients from WOM to cooperation varied by the level of involvement.

일본의 시바우라공과대학에서 에네마네하우스 공모전에 참여해 제안했던 제로에너지하우스(ZEH)로 요코하마에서 시공한 후 해체하여 후쿠시마에 재설치해 활용한 프로젝트이다. 시바우라공과대학은 설계단계에서부터 BIM을 활용해 에너지 분석 및 시공을 위한 각종 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 특히 시공 후 전시기간이 끝난 후 재설치를 위한 조립시스템 검토에 유용하게 활용하였다. 이를 통해 에너지 효율과 지속가능성을 BIM을 통해 향상시킨 모범적인 사례이다.

원전 중대사고시 에어로졸 거동 현상과 분석 모델에 대한 이해의 증대와 분석 능력을 재선하기 위한 목적으로 OECD ISP-40에 참여하여 SR-11 에어로졸 부착 및 재부유 실험을 분석하였다.MELCOR 코드에 의한 부착 분석 결과, 부착량을 과소 예측하는 것으로 나타나 열영동 상관식 계수의 조정과 난류 효과의 고려 등 모델의 개선이 필요한 것으로 보이며, 분석모델 작성시 입자크기의 분포에 주의해야 함을 알 수 있었다. VICTORIA 코드는 부착량을 약간 과도하게 예측하였고 재부유가 초기에 과도하게 일어나는 것으로 예측하는 모델의 제한점을 나타냈다.

본 연구에서는 IFC6.0코드 검증과 개선점 파악을 목적으로 유럽공동체 연구소 JRC-Ispra에서 수행한 Faro L-14실험을 모의하였으며 이는 ISP-39 참여하에 수행하였다. ISP-39는 용융물과 냉각재 반응 시 용융물 냉각 현상에 있어 관련 해석 코드를 검증하고 각 코드의 한계점을 파악하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 계산 결과 용기 내 압력상승 및 냉각재 상승에 관한 경향은 잘 모의하고 있다. 한편 절대값에 있어 실험치에 미치지 못하는 것은 냉각재와의 혼합 시 용융물의 분쇄가 실제보다 덜 예측되고 이에 따른 열전달량의 예측 미달로 인한 것으로 보이며 결국 Lagrangian코드개발의 필요성이 확인되었다.
