These papers propose an evolutionary algorithm for re-using output of waste fuel of light water reactor system in nuclear power plants. Evolutionary algorithm is useful for optimization of the large space problem. The wastes contain several re-useable elements, and they should be carefully selected and blended to satisfy requirements as input material to the heavy water nuclear reactor system. This problem belongs to a NP-hard like the 0/1 Knapsack problem. Two evolutionary strategies are used as a, pp.oximation algorithms in the highly constrained combinatorial optimization problem. One is the traditional strategy, using random operator with evaluation function, and the other is heuristic based search that uses the vector operator reducing between goal and current status. We also show the method, which performs the feasible teat and solution evaluation by using the vectorized data in problem. Finally, We compare the simulation results of using random operator and vector operator for such combinatorial optimization problems.

기업의 성과관리와 성과평가 분야에서 성과지표의 분류는 조직의 내부 구성관계 즉, 수직적 (vertical) 구조(전사-본부-팀)와 수평적 (horizontal) 구조(본부와 본부 혹은 팀과 팀간)의 공유에 따라 구분될 수 있으나 기존 연구(Lipe & Salterio 2000, Dilla & Stcinbart 2005)에서는 공통지표와 고유지표라고 하는 수평적인 측면만이 고려되고 수직적인 측면은 고려되지 않았다는 한계가 있다. 조직의 성과가 향상되기 위해서는 하부조직이 전사 전략에 집중 할 필요가 있으며 이를 위하여 전사의 비전을 위한 전략목표달성에 기여한 정도를 측정하여 보상과 연계하는 것은 성과관리제도가 추구하는 기본 방향이며 도입목적이기도 하다. 그런데 선행 연구에서 밝혀지지 않은 조직구성 관계의 수직적 측면에서 전사지표의 정렬(Alignment)을 통한 공유와 할당(Cascading)된 지표의 가중치를 고려해 볼 때 고유지표는 재 정의하여 세분화 할 필요가 있다는 점이다. 즉, 특정 부서의 지표 중에는 전사 혹은 상위부서에 반영되어 공유하고 있는 고유지표(이하 공유지표)와 전사 혹은 상위부서에는 반영되지 않고 해당 부서만 독점하고 있는 순수한 고유지표(이하 고유지표$^{1}$)로 구분되어야 하며 공유지표와 고유지표의 분류에 따라 가중치 설정이 달라져야 한다는 주장이 그것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 조직이 성과를 공정하게 평가하고 하부조직이 전사전략에 집중하도록 하기 위해 공통지표와 고유지표를 사용하고 있는데(Dilla & Steinbart 2005), 고유지표를 공유지표와 고유지표로 재 정의하고 분류하여 관리 할 필요가 있다는 점과 각각의 지표 분류에 따라 가중치 설정에 차이가 있는지에 대한 유의성을 검증해 보고자 한다.

최근 대부분의 대규모로 추진되는 공공 서비스 목적이나 민간 사용 목적의 공간정보 구축 및 시스템 개발 분야는 실제 데이터베이스 구축이나 기술 개발에 앞서 ISP(정보화 전략계획: Information Strategy Planning)의 수립을 선행하는 경우가 일반적이다. 본 연구는 2000년부터 추진중인 한국전자통신연구원의 4S 기술개발 사업에 선행하여 수행된 4S 연계기술지원 사업의 ISP에 포함된 주요 기술사양을 분석하고, 분석 결과에 대하여 급속히 변화하고 있는 4S 관련 정보 기술동향을 반영함으로서 국내 상황에 적합하고 향후 사업에도 적용이 가능한 확장 모델로 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기본적으로 4S 기술개발 사업은 GIS-SIIS-GNSS-ITS 등 공간정보를 대상으로 하거나 주요 정보자원으로 이용하는 분야의 연계 기술을 컴포넌트 기반으로 개발하고, 개발된 컴포넌트에 대해서는 컴포넌트의 통합 또는 조립과 시험 검증과정을 통하여 국내외에서 전개되고 있거나 추진중인 다양한 공간정보 관련 사업에 적용 가능하도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 성과로 4S 기술개발 사 4S 모바일 컴포넌트 개발등과 같은 단위사업을 중심으로 소개되고 있었으나 이러한 단위 사업의 도출과정이나 추진 전략 또는 컴포넌트 연계 또는 재사용 과정등에 대하여는 체계적으로 알려진 경우가 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 부문에 대한 내용을 기술적인 측면에서 분석하고, 이를 보다 확대하여 4S 컴포넌트 기반 단위 사업의 활용 가능성을 발전시킬 수 있는 확장된 아키텍처의 정립 과정으로 수행되고 있다.

With the growth of media platforms and fierce competition in the media market, there have been focus on cross media storytelling, a remediation of content already proven successful to another type of medium. In particular, webtoons have emerged as being successful source media, and this study analyzes how the webtoon 's narrative is expanded and transformed in the remediation process into TV drama. The results showed that, the webtoon , which was targeted at a relatively more specific audience, objectively described stories of the life and hardships of an office worker through a contractual employee at a trading company navigating work life based on strategies of Baduk; while the TV drama version, which aims to appeal to a broader audience, strengthened popular narratives with topics of social issues such as 'hardships of the non-permanent employee', 'sexual discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace', 'difficulties of a working mom', and 'romance between new colleagues'. In addition, in order to create dramatic enjoyment, the drama's storytelling strategy incorporated conflicts by creating confrontational relationships among good and evil characters, and added humanism and comedic effect.

Java native method is proposed for the efficient execution of time-critical code, running of platform dependent job, and reuse of established libraries. If the writing of the Java native method is the speedup of execution time, you must use a compiled language not java language to write native method. Also, you must know the usage of the Java native interface to use native method. To reduce these difficulties, we proposed java native method generator that changes java method into native method automatically. Also, NMG helps programmer to write C implementation for the native method because there Is no need for the concept of JNI.

This paper attempts to offer an effective strategy of hedge fund based on trade probability control in the futures market. By using various technical indicators, we create an association rule and transforms it into a trading rule to be used as an investment strategy. Association rules are made by the combination of various technical indicators and the range of individual indicator value. Adjustments of trade probabilities are performed by depending on the rule combinations and it can be utilized to establish an effective investment strategy onto the risk management. In order to demonstrate the superiority of the investment strategy proposed, we analyzed a profitability using the futures index based on KOSPI200. Experiments results show that our proposed strategy could effectively manage and response the dynamics investment risks.

This study empirically analyze the relationship of user's repurchase intentions directly and indirectly as combining user acceptance and flow experience on mobile content services. 360 users who experienced mobile contents are intended for this study, and results of this study expect to contribute a strategic approach to the mobile content application markets and to help the industries related to mobile contents understand the consumer behavior.

Recently, the travel and lodging industries have been suffering from the spread of COVID-19. But Airbnb recovered its profits with a differentiated strategy. This study identified the characteristics of Airbnb and examined their effects on customer's revisit intention in the Airbnb context. Perceived value, trust about Airbnb, and social norms were considered as the key factors of revisit intention. In addition, the effects of relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment on perceived value and trust about Airbnb were examined. The proposed research model was tested based on 285 consumers who had Airbnb experience more than twice. The analysis results showed that relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment had a significant influence on perceived value and trust. Perceived value had a significant influence on revisit intention. However, trust about Airbnb and social norms did not significantly affect revisit intention. Moreover, ths analysis results found no significant moderating effect of share of wallet. Based on the results of this study, Airbnb would establish effective marketing and operation strategies by understanding the formation mechanism of consumer's revisit intention toward Airbnb.

This study aims at investigating Korean EFL students' writing strategies through their rhetorical patterns and meaning-making for a writing task in an English writing classroom at a Korean university. The participants were the students and teacher in the course, and the data comprised nine pieces of students' opinion writing and interviews with the teacher. To analyze the data, a 'Claim-Support' pattern was adopted. The findings show that most students, 89%, demonstrated the same or similar elements in the 'Claim-Support' pattern for their textual structures and many parts of the meaning-making in their writing were originated from the textbook. These findings reflect that the students pursued the strategy of 'accommodation' in order to succeed in their academic writing regardless of the teacher's intention which focused on creativity and imagination in writing. The conclusion suggest that the students tend to establish their own ways of strategy to cope with the recontextualized setting for writing in English.

In this paper, we propose a new caching strategy for web servers. The proposed algorithm collects on]y the statistics of the requested file, for example the popularity, when a request arrives. And, at times, only files with higher popularity are cached all together. Because the cache remains unchanged until the cache is made newly, web server can use very efficient data structure for cache to determine whether a file is in the cache or not. This increases greatly tile efficiency of cache manipulation. Furthermore, the experiment that is performed with real log files built by web servers shows that the cache hit ratio and the cache hit ratio are better than those produced by LRU. The proposed algorithm has a drawback such that the cache hit ratio may decrease when the popularity of files that is not in the cache explodes instantaneously. But in our opinion, such explosion happens infrequently, and it is easy to implement the web servers to adapt them to such unusual cases.
