목포대학교 교내 장학금 제도인 MNU핵심역량포인트의 문제점을 설문을 통하여 확인한 결과, 취득조건, 공지 가시성 부족, 20대의 행사참여율 저조, 실용성의 부족과 같은 총 4가지 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 문제점은 사용자 친화적인 UI 제공 및 무결성과 보안성 제공을 통하여 해결할 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 무결성과 보안성을 제공하기 위하여 블록체인을 사용하였다. 대학생들의 지역방문을 활성화하기 위하여, 지역의 특정한 장소를 대상으로 미션을 수행하는 기능을 제안하였으며, React-Native와 연동하여 객체 인식하기 위하여, YOLO와 OpenCV를 활용함으로써 미션 수행 결과를 확인한다. 제안하는 방안 및 미션 기능을 통하여, 대학생들의 지역행사 및 교내 행사 참여율이 높아질 것으로 기대되며, 전국 대학교의 장학금제도가 발전할 것으로 사료된다.

This research aims to review the training systems and curriculums of early childhood educators in Korea and France and seek directions to improve teachers training in Korea. To achieve the research purpose, this article compares three criteria, namely teacher training institutes, training systems, and curriculums based on the legal systems of Korea and France. Below are the summaries of the comparison. First, the training for teachers in France is carried out by the INSPÉ, the state-level single training system, for those who have bachelor's degrees. Second, the second year INSPÉ students or preliminary teachers take national teacher qualification tests. If they pass the tests, they are sent to the teaching fields as licensed teachers. Third, there are 3-year scholarship programs and support for practicums as part of the INSPÉ curriculum through the teacher support system in France to select highly qualified teachers. Fourth, the French curriculums prioritize basic knowledge skills, integration of school systems, teaching practicum experiences that are tied to the teaching fields, and research and analysis of practicum experiences.

The study looked at the current status and satisfaction level of 224 students studying in beauty related departments at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong and Honam regions. As a result, China (77.7 percent) had the largest number of countries subject to the survey. 50.5 percent of the respondents chose to study abroad to learn the excellence of Korean beauty technology, and 40.3 percent said they would like to work in their own country after graduation. The higher the satisfaction level of education courses and working classes, the higher the use of practical equipment, the counseling rate with the academic advisor, and the higher the satisfaction level of university life was. As a result of this, for students we should develop a curriculum to improve their satisfaction in university life, support the mentor mentee program, and expand the scholarship support system.

University-industry cooperation is indispensable for a short-term problem solving, as well as sustainable growth in the economy of the Republic of Korea. In order to embody and implement that, the government has run a variety of financial assistance programs and policies for the promotion of the cooperation for the last 10 years, and Korea Sanhak Foundation has made progress in academic and research development support, creative personnel training and scholarships, International Support and other projects. In this paper, window-type university-industry convergence and practices, and analyzing the best practices of national and international IT-based fusion technology, corporate cooperation were established to support measures taken in conjunction type and model of the university. Industry utilizing the latest IT technology based on this model, academia, proposed a collaboration system between workers building measures.

Lifelong education also plays a big role in promoting social inclusion. By providing equal educational opportunities to people from various social classes, regions, and cultural backgrounds, we reduce social inequality and help all individuals reach their full potential. Through lifelong education, a culture of continuous learning can be established throughout society. The importance of learning will be emphasized, and the attitude of pursuing knowledge and wisdom will become common. The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for the development of national lifelong education by comparing and analyzing the basic plan for promoting lifelong education from the 1st to the 5th. As a result of the study, it has contributed greatly to the development of national lifelong education by developing the lifelong education promotion basic plan from the 1st to the 5th. If the 5th Basic Plan for Lifelong Education is faithfully implemented, it will contribute to the development of national lifelong education in many areas, and in addition to this, the direction of development of national lifelong education is emphasized. First, the strengthening of the use of digital technology. Second, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with industries. Third, it is necessary to improve the financial support and scholarship system. Fourth, diversification of curriculum. Fifth, expansion of community participation. Sixth, reinforcement of self-directed learning. Seventh, laws related to lifelong education need to be improved.
