In this paper, we propose a new system that improves the management efficiency of aviation fault indication light of the wind power generator. By applying an LTE mobile communication network to the existing aviation fault indication light, the proposed system remotely checks the status, voltage, current, and temperature information of the light.

Over the past five years, the number of patients with sleep disorders has increased by about 250,000 from 840,000 in 2017 to 1.09 million in 2021. In addition, sleep disorder is a factor that causes dementia risk factors, and furthermore, the population with sleep disorder is a very important policy issue in terms of stable health insurance financial management in the future in terms of national health management in the super-aging trend. Therefore, this study aims to establish an efficient treatment environment in medical institutions responsible for the current status of polysomnography and effective reimbursement policies for the recently increasing population with sleep disorders, and appropriate sleep management policies for future sleep disorders through correct implementation. We are trying to find out the actual condition and improvement plan through interviews with related organizations and experts.

기업의 IT 환경이 시스템 중심에서 비즈니스 중심으로 바뀌어감에 따라, IT Process 관리를 위해 ITIL 모델 기반의 Service Support 시스템들이 개발되고 있다. 대다수의 이들 시스템들은 application 관리 기능을 다루고 있지 않으나, application 의 변경으로 인한 장애 발생을 최소화하고, 장애발생 시 비즈니스에 어떠한 영향을 미치게 될지 짧은 시간 내에 진단하고 복구하는 것은 장애관리 측면에서 중요한 기능이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 기능은 application 이 시스템에 의해서 관리되고 비즈니스와 application, infrastructure 의 연관관계가 Knowledge DB 를 통해 축적됨으로써 더 효율적으로 운영될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 기존의 Service Support 시스템에 application 관리 프로세스를 보완하여 기능을 개선하고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 홈 네트워킹 기술에 사용되는 홈 게이트웨이를 이용하는 가입자들을 관리하기 위한 웹 기반 관리 시스템을 설계하였다. SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)를 탑재한 홈 게이트웨이 장치의 시스템분석, 성능분석, 장애분석 등을 파악하기 위해 MIB(Management Information Base) 오브젝트를 추출하여 가공한다. 시스템분석은 홈 게이트레이의 기본적인 구성정보를 제공하고, 성능분석은 장비의 실시간 트래픽정보와 상태를 나타낸다. 마지막으로 장애관리는 예외 상황에 대한 장애로그 및 trap 메시지를 제공한다. 이와 같은 시스템을 통하여 원격지에서 홈 게이트웨이 장비들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다.

IT Systems based on Global Single Instance (GSI) can manage a corporation's internal information, resources and assets effectively and raise business efficiency through consolidation of their business process and productivity. But, It has also dangerous factor that IT system fault failure can cause a state of paralysis of a business itself, followed by huge loss of money. Many of studies have been conducted about fault-tolerance based on using redundant component. The concept of fault tolerance is rather simple but, designing and adopting fault-tolerance system is not easy due to uncertainty of a type and frequency of faults. So, Operational fault management that working after developed IT system is important more and more along with technical fault management. This study proposes the fault management process that including a pre-estimation method using TRM (Technical Reference Model) check point and event rule engine. And also proposes a effect of fault-free process through built fault management system to representative company of Hi-tech industry. After adopting fault-free process, a number of failure decreased by 46%, a failure time decreased by 56% and the Opportunity loss costs decreased by 77%.

본 논문에서는 규칙 기반 추론 기법을 이용하여 LAN 상의 지연 장애 검출 알고리즘과 장애를 유발시킨 호스트에 대한 위치 확인 알고리즘 및 장애 원인 분석 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 지연 장애 검출 모델과 RBR 기반 장애 검출 규칙 모델을 제시하고 있다. 또한 충돌율 검출 규칙과 이용률 검출 규칙을 적용하여 지연 장애 검출 알고리즘을 설계하였고, 최대 패킷 출력 호스트 파악 규칙을 적용하여 장애 위치 탐색 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 그리고 패킷 유형 분석 규칙과 장애 원인 파악 규칙을 적용하여 장애 원인 분석 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 이를 통하여 LAN 상의 지연 장애를 검출하고 진단하는 기법을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같이 제시한 지연 장애 검출 및 진단 기법을 실제 네트워크 환경에 직접 적용시켜 봄으로써 본 논문에서 제시한 장애 검출 및 진단 기법의 정확성과 적용성을 확인하였다. 이러한 기법은 네트워크 관리자가 LAN 상의 장애를 진단하고 원인을 해결하는데 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

어느덧 찬바람에 옷깃이 여미어진다. 아침 저녁 기온 차에 머플러는 필수품이 되었고, 점점 짧아지는 낮 길이는 마음마저 조급하게 만든다. 주변의 산들은 울긋불긋 아름다운 옷을 입고 높게만 보이는 하늘은 푸르지만, 자꾸 마음이 쓸쓸해지는 건 가을의 어쩔 수 없는 복병이 아닐까. 가을이 무르익은 10월의 중턱 한국건강관리협회가 국내를 넘어 세계 인류의 마음을 따스하게 보듬을 행사를 진행했다. 제2회 세계장애여성대회에 참여하여 장애여성을 대상으로 건강체험터를 운영한 것인데, 그 따뜻한 현장을 들여다보자.

지식기반사회에서 장애우의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 인적자원 개발과 평생교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 이를 위해 장애우들에게 적합한 효과적인 인적 자원을 개발하고, 사회복지기관과 평생교육기관에서 이들의 삶의 질을 높여 원만한 사회일원으로서 생활하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 교육과정과 프로그램에 대한 실태조사를 하였다. 여기에서 나타난 문제점을 개선하여 평생교육의 방향을 제안하는 데 있다.

NMS (Network Management System) is a system that is used for a small or large networks management. As the size of network becomes larger and the configuration information become complicated, it becomes more difficult to grasp the network status and it takes much time to diagnose the failure of the network equipment. In this paper, to alleviate the problems of NMS we implement web-based network topology automatically using JavaScript, Python, HTML5 based TWaver. The detailed implementation of the system include the automatic collection of the connection information based on the equipment information registered in the NMS system, the implementation of the web-based network topology and the remote fault diagnosis. In the network topology, we can expect to improve the quality of the NMS system through structured data management by adding the configuration management, fault management and performance management functions in a comprehensive manner.

The present report aims to examine the assistive technology(AT) service operating system for the Disabled in Sweden, and will give it to NHIS(National Health Insurance Service) to manage of policy for AT service operating system. The user of AT is around 10% of the Disabled in Sweden which is introduced the AT service system to support the independence for the Disabled. To provide AT service, the role of the Ministry of Health(planning and regulation, controling Handisam and Hi as a subsidiary), County councils(providing and follow up medical AT service, operating AT service center) and Municipalities(providing general AT service) in Sweden is decentralized strictly. Specially, all the AT device is lent freely and recycled suitably for persons with Disabilities, moreover nurses, physical therapist and occupational therapist has a qualification for prescription of AT device . This finding will be the basis to improve Assistive Technology Operating System in Korea.
