Consumer's value based content and business platform are more important than the existing supplier based market. Convergence civilization paradigm is being accelerated with expanded combination of information & communication technology and others. In this study, it was classified into four groups with respect to the level and viewpoints of innovation in products and services, which were already supplied on the market by industry convergence activity. Barriers that are obstacles to the development of a new converged industry through strategic approaches were identified by surveying the current industrial status. In detail, they were summarized with respect to three aspects, such as, target, infrastructure and main agent of individual sector. Finally, it presents an alternative to overcome the obstacles and develop a new growth engines for the future industrial evolution.

This study was to examine the effectiveness of Self-Determination Group Program for children with disabilities in Korea by using method of meta-analysis. For the purpose of the study, master's theses, doctoral dissertations, and journal articles published in Korea up to June, 2017 were systematically reviewed. As a result, a total of 17 studies were eligible for the inclusion criteria. The mean effect sizes and test for homogeneity of effect size(Q-statistic) were analyzed by using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software 2.0. The main findings of the study were as follows. First, the average effect sizes for Self-Determination Group Program were ES=1.695 of Self-Determination, ES= 1.316 of Social Skills. Second, the moderate variables of the effect size for Self-Determination Group Program was 'age' of 'a type of disability', 'sessions', 'the number of sessions within a week', 'time of one session' and 'a major of the director'. Based on the study results, the research and practice implications were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the rehabilitation policy of North and South Korea in the context of the analysis and to classify the output according to the social welfare policy calculation framework of Gilbert and Spight, To promote exchanges and to suggest directions for development. Therefore, the welfare policy model for disabled people in South Korea is established, and the welfare policy that can be applied to the North Korean society in a short period of time is applied to South Korea's movement rehabilitation welfare policies by reducing the lack of communication through the unified and institutionalized disabled groups of South Korea And it activates and activates the foundation of the revitalization of the disabled person sports.

According to the development and expansion of software and hardware about recent information technologies(IT), disabled persons in using IT seem to feel more information gap. Devices for IT are important tools for users including disabled persons to communicate with each other and get information. Although the Korea faces ageing society rapidly, products for disabled persons are seldom shown in time for use. As getting older especially, one of the body function disorders is visual disturbance. There are tools, braille lettering, for disabled persons with visual disturbance to communicate or get information from book. Compared to general books, however, braille lettering book is lack of including all of information of our society. Therefore, in this paper, we implement and show an embedded system for disabled person with visual disturbance to get information by scanning text, extγacting characters and converting the text to speech automatically.

This study was conducted to investigate the job-performance of manual wheelchair post-management and to find out the relationship between job-performance and vocational ability of people with developmental disabilities. In this study, situational evaluation and vocational evaluation were conducted for 9 subjects participated in the vocational training program about manual wheelchair post-management. The data was analyzed by non-parametric statistical processing. As a result, the job-performance was an average of 80.87%. The job-performance had a positive correlations with visual closure, kinesthetic integration, and basic concepts(p<.05). The relationship between job-performance and vocational abilities can be used as basic data for vocational training program and job assignment. It is expected to be useful of spreading the post-management job for assistive technology devices in the local community activated through the convergence of assistive technology and vocational rehabilitation.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of the online lifelong education program which is a key words card production and demonstration on the job preparation skills for work for part-time developmental disabilities. The subjects of this study were three developmental disabilities workers working in a restaurant business on a part-time basis, and the experimental environment was composed of the home and subway stations where they reside. The study method used a single subject study, and the baseline, intervention, and maintenance were reflected as the design conditions of the experiment. As a result, the subjects of the study effectively acquired and maintained the job preparation skills for work work through the online lifelong education program for the production and demonstration of key words cards. Through the results of this study, it was possible to discuss and conclude that the significant functional relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variables is valid.

This study aimed to explore the life experiences of middle-aged and older women with disabilities using the photovoice method. Six middle-aged and older women with physical disabilities or brain lesions selected four themes through group discussion and shared their experiences using photos they took that reflect the four themes: my worsening health and the way I manage my health (identifying red flags for ill health, trying to coping with poor health), my leisure life (my limited leisure activities, enjoying my own leisure time), my social participation (participating in social activities that give me pleasure, participating in social activities to help make a better society), and my later life (worryingabout financial hardships and being alone in my later life, hoping for happiness in my later life). Study findings indicate the value of services and policies for middle-aged and older women with disabilities that provide guidance for health management and psychological counseling, extend opportunities for leisure and community participation, and provide skill training and educational programs for promoting financial and emotional independence in later life.

Despite various treatments, there is a tendency of convicted sex offenders to recidivate by committing additional sex crimes. Especially when the offenders are diagnosed comorbidly with paraphilia and personality disorders, effective treatment is critical because this difficult condition can be harmful to their psychological well-being and the security of the communities in which these men live. The aim of this review is to examine the comorbidity of personality disorders and paraphilia in the male sex offender population. This study is highly meaningful as not only it is the first domestic research on the link between paraphilia and sex crimes, integrating the preceding data from both domestic and international research, but also as it synthesizes the studies of criminal psychology, social welfare and clinical psychology.

The purpose of this study was to review the effectiveness of drama program for the people with developmental disabilities in Korea by using method of meta-analysis. Resultingly a total of 13 studies were eligible base upon the inclusion criteria. The mean effect sizes and test for homogeneity of effect size (Q-statistic) were analyzed by using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software 2.0. The main findings of this study are as follows. First, the average effect sizes for drama program for people with developmental disabilities were ES= 0.8335 for sociality, ES= 0.6512 of self-expression. Second, by analysing the moderate variables of the effect size for drama program for people with developmental disabilities, 'age', 'the number of session' 'the type of drama program', 'the major of drama director' were statistically significant. The research and practice implications of drama programs for people with developmental disabilities in Korea were suggested.

In this paper, we studied the techniques to analyze the flying safety area focused on the air base rules for military that has been the criteria of the altitude restrictions around the airfield for both civilian and military purposes in Korea. We wanted to present the effective method to analyze the restricted area and to help solving problems that could result recently from the altitude restrictions around the airfield at the beginning of the development projects. To do this we proposed the methods to effectively generate the model of the flying safety area in accordance with the air base rules using 3D GIS techniques and to automatically identify the obstructions caused by the natural and man-made features in those areas. To apply the proposed methods actually to the airfield chosen for the study area, we presented the approaches to generate geospatial informations based on the commercial digital maps and satellite imagery and by generating the flying safety area model, identifying the obstructions, and visualizing the integrated model for the flying safety area analysis we showed the practical usability of the proposed techniques.
