In recent years, inclusion of students with disabilities in regular classrooms and special classrooms in mainstream schools has been a major stream of special education. However education for teacher librarians in Korea has not been responsive to these trends. A few of departments of library & information science in Korea universities offer courses that include information about special needs students. This study addressed the implications of inclusive education, the roles of school library and the training needs of teacher librarians for service to special needs students. And it analyzed tendency and current states of teacher librarians education on inclusive education. As a result, it is recommended that departments of library & information science in Korean universities offer more courses concerning educational support for special needs students in their curriculum and include of special modules in their most of courses offered to enhance the skill of future teacher librarians to cater for special educational needs.

The epistemological obstacles in the area learning of plane figure can be categorized into two types that is closely related to an attribute of measurement and is strongly connected with unit square. First, reasons for the obstacle related to an attribute of measurement are that 'area' is in conflict. with 'length' and the definition of 'plane figure' is not accordance with that of 'measurement'. Second, the causes of epistemological obstacles related to unit square are that unit square is not a basic unit to students and students have little understanding of the conception of the two dimensions. Thus, To overcome the obstacle related to an attribute of measurement, students must be able to distinguish between 'area' and 'length' through a variety of measurement activities. And, the definition of area needs to be redefined with the conception of measurement. Also, the textbook should make it possible to help students to induce the formula with the conception of 'array' and facilitate the application of formula in an integrated way. Meanwhile, To overcome obstacles related to unit square, authentic subject matter of real life and the various shapes of area need to be introduced in order for students to practice sufficient activities of each measure stage. Furthermore, teachers should seek for the pedagogical ways such as concrete manipulable activities to help them to grasp the continuous feature of the conception of area. Finally, it must be study on epistemological obstacles for good understanding. As present the cause and the teaching implication of epistemological obstacles through the research of epistemological obstacles, it must be solved.

The purpose of this study is to compare the differences in human rights perception between people with disabilities and staffs in the disabled residential facilities. Using data from the '2014 Human Rights Survey on Disability in the Disabled Residential Facilities' for 602 facilities, the study compared their perception of human rights(16 items), including human rights guarantee(12 items) and human rights violation(4 items). Result showed that the rate of perception for human rights guarantee and violation(except staff violation) of staffs was higher than people with disabilities(p<.05). This study demonstrated that there were significant differences in human right perception between people with disabilities and staffs. The cause of this difference would be the conflict between roles of staff and needs of person with disabilities, absence of human rights indicators by mutual consent between the two. Our findings suggested a need for study on strategies to solve gap of perception between the two, such as integrated human rights education, developing consensual human rights indicators.

This society faces problems from unequal access to quality education which eventually lead to unequal distribution on wealth. Specifically, those youths with disabilities have a higher risk of living in poverty and becoming marginalized. First established in 2009, the Dodream program has addressed the issue of poverty fixation by establishing long-term supports for households of youths or adults with disabilities through case management. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Dodream program for youths with or youths whose parents are with disabilities on low-income households. The results of the study indicate that the Dodream program leads to improvements in self-concepts and career consciousness among youth. The program was particularly effective in improving the career preparedness of those who were involved. By establishing connections and collaborating with regional case management base institutions and cooperation centers, the program secured various social support resources. Finally the study presents plans on vitalizing the youth support by thoroughly investigating the cases of each study and establishing the program as long-term Human Capital Investment Model.

현대의 전기 통신망은 통신서비스의 단순한 제공 수단에서 국가적인 사회간접자본으로 그 역할이 변화되고 있다. 이와 같은 통신망의 역할 변화와 함께 초고속화, 집중화 되는 통신망의 안정성에 대한 체계적인 연구의 중요성은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 통신망의 안정성은 시스템 설계의 신뢰성 확보, 재난에 대한 예방 대책, 재난 관리 시스템 운용, 재해 복구 대책, 사업자간 제휴 등으로 예방 및 대처가 부분적으로 가능하지만 망 사업자의 입장에서는 가능한 자원을 최적으로 활용하여 외부 재해나 내부 장애에도 강건한 구조의 통신망으로 계획하고 설계함이 가장 기초적인 안정성 대책이 된다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 통신망의 안정성을 체계적으로 계획하고 이에 맞게 통신망을 설계하는 일관된 과정(Integrated Network Design Process)을 위한 통신망 안정성에 대한 계층적 모형을 설명하고, 유사동기식 전송 기술에서 최근의 동기식 전송 기술로 대체되고, 향후 ATM 전달 모드로의 진화되는 추세를 감안할 때 필수적인 새로운 통신망 안정성 모형을 제시한다. 특히 기존에는 Logical Layer와 Transmission System Layer로 나누어 계획되고 설계되는 일련의 과정들이 동기식 장비들의 개선된 interworking과 ATM의 유연한 망구조의 장점 때문에 통합되어 계획/설계되어야 하는 필요성과 장단점을 설명하고 최근의 최적화 기술은 이와 같은 통합된 설계 모형에도 효율적이 해결 방안을 제공함을 보여준다. 이와 같은 제시된 통합 방법론/모형과 함께 한국통신의 기간 전송망의 계획과 설계에 사용된 사례를 제시하고, 향후 국가적으로 중요한 관심 사항인 초고속통신망/BISDN의 구축에 효율적으로 응용되기 위한 추가적인 연구 주제와 기대성과를 논의한다.

Future warfare is evolving with advanced science and technology, introducing a variety of unmanned and manned combat systems. These systems generate and exchange massive amounts of information, challenging current tactical communication systems as a foundation for future communication infrastructure. To analyze the information distribution capability of the Army TIGER corps, this paper examines four scenarios: standalone ground network operation, integrated network operation, load distribution, and error recovery. Utilizing M&S results, we highlight the potential of a multilayer integrated command and control network, incorporating ground, air, and space networks, to enhance the reliability and stability of the overall communication network.

분산된 아키텍처 구조하에서의 정보시스템 구성은 처리해야 할 정보의 양에 따라 서버의 수가 증가될 수 밖에 없으며, 다수의 하드웨어와 운영체제 그리고 다양한 소프트웨어를 운영하여야 하므로 운영 및 관리의 리스크와 비용은 급격히 증가하게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 그동안 도입 서버의 통합기술, 시스템 이중화 기술 등이 개발되어 적용되었으며, 수년전부터는 ITSM 프레임워크 도입되어 시스템의 운영과 관리의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 운영관리의 핵심지표인 가동율에 영향을 미치는 장애현황을 요인별로 분석하여 ITSM 프레임워크하에서 운영되는 정보시스템 운영관리 프로세스의 적용 효과를 측정하고 운영관리프로세스의 바람직한 개선 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

통신산업환경의 변화 즉 통신시장의 개방화, 글로벌화 및 경쟁체제의 돌입으로 통신사업자는 기존의 단위시설의 운용관리 개념에서 네트워크관리, 서비스관리, 사업관리개념으로 통합 발전되고 있는 국제 표준권고의 통신망의 운용 경영 방식인 TMN(Telecommunications Management Network)에 부합한 개방형 운용정보공유 및 일원화된 통신망 운용관리시스템 구축 및 관리로 전환하려는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 TMN 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 망 장애 해결 Use Case 모델링을 설계하였다.

최근 IT인프라 관제시스템의 구축 추세는 서비스 가용성 및 응답시간이란 관리지표를 기준으로 IT서비스 품질관리 관점에서 시스템을 관리함을 목표로 삼고 있다. 즉, 자원의 종류에 따라 개별 성능 및 장애 관리를 하기보다는 서버, 네트워크, DB, WAS, 어플리케이션 등 IT서비스에 관련된 전반적 자원에 대한 포괄적인 관리로 IT서비스 성능저하 및 장애가 주로 발생하는 지점을 파악하여 보수하고 개선할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최근의 추세라 할 수 있겠다. 한편으론 조직의 IT서비스가 여러 지역에 존재하는 다수 시스템에 의해 수행되는 최근의 상황을 고려할 때, 분산 환경하의 서비스 품질관리를 위해서는 각 지역별로 관리 서버를 운용하고 중앙에 별도의 슈퍼 매니저를 두어 전체를 관장하는 체계가 요구된다. 다중/계층형 관리서버 운용 메커니즘을 지원하는 시스템에서의 각 관리 모듈은 독립적으로 실행이 가능하며, 물리적 서버의 위치가 다른 곳에서도 관리 기능을 실행함에 있어서 문제가 없도록 기능을 지원하여 관리서버의 부하 분산이 투명하게 실현되어야 한다. 여기서는 QoS (Quality of Service)측면에서의 관리 기능을 수행하는 다중/계층형 시스템 통합관리에 관한 기술적 사항들을 살펴보고자 한다.

초고속 통신망이 발달함에 따라 대기업은 물론, 학교와 중소기업에도 네트워크로 연결되어 업무 및 학습과 행정업무를 처리하고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 재택근무, 재택교육 등이 발달하고 있는 시점에서 안정적이고 효율적인 네트워크환경을 제공하기 위해서는 네트워크상에 존재하는 다양한 자원들을 모니터링하고 제어하는 네트워크의 관리의 개념이 필요하게 되었다. 하지만, 대부분의 기업체나 학교에서는 구축비용측면에서 이를 투자하기를 꺼려하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업 및 학교업무에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 MRTG(Multi Graphic Rotor Grapher)를 연계하여 웹을 이용한 손쉽게 망을 관리할 수 있는 툴을 perl을 이용하여 구현하였다. 장애의 대부분이 네트웍 자원관리와 실시간 로그관리를 이용할 경우 대부분의 장애를 미연에 방지할 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 텍스트를 처리함에 있는 탁월한 기능을 가진 perl을 이용하여 로그처리 데몬프로그램을 작성하였고, 자원관리와 이력관리를 위해서는 MySQL을 이용하였다.
