담배자판기 규제완화에 대한 산업계의 강력한 의지에도 불구하고 최근 개정을 추진 중인 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 공고(안)에 있어서는 공공지역 흡연구역에 대해 담배자판기를 전면 철거하는 내용이 포함이 되어 있어 산업계에 큰 충격을 주고 있다 이같은 관련입법은 그동안 담배자판기에 성인인증 장치를 부착하는 자율대책으로 규제완화를 적극 주창해 온 산업계 입장과는 전면 대치되는 방향이기에 그 충격이 더욱 클 수밖에 없다. 만약 이 공고안대로 입법통과가 된다면 기존 공공장소 흡연구역에 설치가 된 자판기들마저 전면 철거가 이루어져야 함은 물론 향후 담배자판기 설치로케이션도 극히 제약을 받게 되는 치명적 상황을 맞게 된다. 이같은 사태의 위급성 앞에 협회에서는 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대해 산업계의 입장을 종합한 소견서를 보건복지부 건강증진과에 제출하고 강력대응을 진행하고 있다. 협회는 이 건의안을 통해 공공장소 흡연구역에 대한 자판기 설치 금지 및 철거 검토 안은 시대적인 조류를 역행함은 물론, 성인인식 담배자판기의 청소년 보호 등 긍정적인 설치효과 측면을 전혀 인정치 않는 초강력 규제로서는 도저히 이 개정안을 수용할 수 없는 산업계 입장을 밝혔다. 아울러 공고안 같은 강력 규제보다는 성인인식 담배자판기가 오히려 합법적인 설치환경을 확보하여 사회적으로 떳떳하고 자신 있게 그 존재가치를 평가받을 수 있게 관련법을 개정해 주길 요청했다. 공고안의 개정통과가 산업계와 협회의 바램과 같이 저지될 수 있을 지는 앞으로 지켜봐야 할 일이다 하지만 분명한 점은 명분과 당위성과 부족한 규제만능주의적인 입법을 산업계가 그대로 수용하고만은 있을 수 없다는 점이다. 따라서 현시점에서 중요한 점은 산업계가 일치단결해 현 관련 공고안에 대한 반대 목소리를 높이는 일이다. 현재의 존립을 위협받는 담배자판기는 발상의 전환과 마인드 변화에 따라서는 얼마든지 합법적인 설치환경을 확보할 수 있기에 산업계의 결속력 있는 대응은 그만큼 중요성을 갖는다. 이번 사안은 결코 포기 할 수 없는 산업계의 권리라는 점은 명심해야 한다. 이러한 취지 하에 금번 정책초점에서는 보건복지부 관련 부처에 제출한 ${\ulcorner}$담배자판기 관련 국민건강증진법 시행령 및 시행규칙 개정안${\lrcorner}$에 대한 업계 소견서 및 건의안 내용을 정리 게재 했다.

This study is a literature review analyzing the characteristics of biophilic design in health and welfare facilities for the elderly, children, and adolescents. Studies on biophilic design in such facilities were selected from two Korean databases. Eight studies were analyzed based on biophilic design elements, and the characteristics of biophilic design were compared between facilities for the elderly and those for children/adolescents. Elderly facilities exhibited more patterns of 'direct experience of nature' than their counterparts, while children/adolescents' facilities displayed more patterns of 'space and place experience' compared to facilities for the elderly. The pattern of 'indirect experience of nature' was similar for both the elderly and children/adolescents. We suggest utilizing more 'direct experience of nature' patterns, such as natural light and water, to reduce stress in vulnerable children and younger individuals. Additionally, incorporating more 'experience of space and place' patterns may help reduce stress and enhance the cognition of older individuals.

It becomes important for the countries with ageing populations to prepare coming u-health societies. Surely, the technology of u-health will help the elderly everywhere and everytime because the key concept is based on the combination of the ubiquitous and healthcare technology. In this paper, a design scheme is proposed to construct an automated diagnosis system of body fluid for u-health. Specifically, the system is comprised of embedded system, light generating system and photo sensing system. The system analyzes the diffused lights from the chemical reagent pads under LED lights and diagnoses a variety of diseases according to the predefined color values on specific diseases. As a result, the system is implemented as a hardware and shows the measurement accuracy of 95% in reliability.

This study is for the design developement of wall mount air purification device used for pleasant and clean resident environment. As more people have the high standard of living, they are interested in the air quality of indoor environment, since it is believed its relationship with human health. Now the social demand of air purifier is increasing. Its market is growing and there are various design products in the market. However, dominant current products are floor-based standing type, it needs much spaces to install for the air inhalation and exhaust. Therefore, this product provides the space-saved design. Its concept comes from existing wall mount type air conditioners. The effect of wall decoration is another merit of this proposal. It has an easy filtering change and cleaning system and a simple operation of multiple functions. This product also has the perfect-matched slim design that is consist of natural curves with rectangle for any indoor spaces.

Main Path Analysis (MPA) is one of the text mining techniques that extracts the core literature that contributes knowledge transfer based on citation information in the literature. This study applied various text mining techniques to abstract of the paper related with sense-of-place, which is published at Korea and abroad from 1990 to 2018 so that could discuss in a macro perspective. The main path analysis results showed that from 1990, overseas research on sense-of-place has been carried out in the order of personal identity, public land management, environmental education and urban development-related areas. Also, by using the network analysis, this study found that sense-of-place was discussed at various levels in Korea, including urban development, culture, literature, and history. On the other hand, it has been found that there are few topic changes in international studies, and that discussions on health, identity, landscape and urban development have been going on steadily since the 1990s. This study has implications that it presents a new perspective of grasping the overall flow of relevant research.

사회가 풍요롭고 생활수준이 높아짐에 따라 사람들은 자신의 건강상태에 신경을 많이 쓰고 있다. 또한 유비쿼터스 시대가 시작되면서 언제 어디서든 간단하고 편하게 건강 상태를 체크할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하게 되었다. 이 시스템은 일상생활에서 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 개인이 자신의 심박변이도 상태를 체크 할 수 있다. 보통 큰 병원에서나 사용 해야만 했던 부담감 대신 항상 스스로 자신의 건강상태를 확인하여 그 결과에 따라 맞게 대처 할 수 있다. 브레드 보드와 마이컴을 이용하여 SPO2 센서를 통해 들어온 신호를 PDA로 전송하고, 측정된 HRV(Heart Rate Variability : 심박변이도) 신호를 임베디드 시스템을 이용하여 PDA의 화면에 그래프로 나타내는 GUI 환경의 시스템이다.

노인들이 주거하는 실버타운에는 노인들의 건강 관리가 가장 중요하다. 이러한 노인들은 갑작스럽게 생체 신호의 변화나 건강 상태가 나빠질 수 있다. 대부분의 실버타운은 의료시설 외의 다른 장소에서 노인들의 건강 상태를 확인할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실버타운에서 노인들의 생체 정보 및 응급상황을 언제, 어디서나 모니터링 할 수 있는 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)시스템을 설계 및 구현한 연구를 소개한다. 또한, 실버타운 환경을 고려한 라우팅 알고리즘을 소개한다.

IT융합기술인 U-Healthcare 서비스는 건강관리, 질병 예방, 사후관리 등 필요한 의료 서비스를 의료기관외의 장소에서 언제 어디서나 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다는 점에서 각광을 받고 있다. U-Healthcare 서비스에서 다루는 대다수의 정보는 개인정보 중에서도 민감한 개인의 건강정보를 포함하고 있어 개인정보보호에 대한 사회적 요구가 높아지는 시점에서 유출에 대한 피해 우려는 더 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 U-Healthcare 서비스에서 개인정보를 보호받을 수 있는 보안 요구사항을 도출해낸다. 이 연구를 통해 U-Healthcare 서비스의 보안 수준을 향상 시키고 일반 개인정보보다 피해가 큰 개인건강정보의 유출을 예방한다.
