제과 기능장 기술 세미나

  • 한국제과기능장협회(회장 서정웅)는 8월19일 한국제과고등기술학교에서 제1회 제과기능장 기술 세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나에서는 제과기능장 박찬회,장복용, 함상훈,윤성찬씨가 각각 머랭케이크,마지팬 공예, 버터크림케이크, 가나슈케이크 부문의 실연을 맡아 다양한 데커레이션 기법들을 선보였다.

Vascular Plants in Jinhae-si of Southern Coastal Area (남해안 진해시에 분포하는 관속식물상)

  • This study was carried out to offer the raw data for environment conservation by surveying and analysing the flora distributed over Jinhae-si, and to present the frame for preparing the method of obtaining the bioresource in approach to plant resource. The period of survey was from May, 2005 to June, 2006, and the routes were A(Mt. Jangbok), B(Ahnmin hill) C(Mt. Hwa). The results as follows. The vascular plants were summarized as 447 taxa; 98 families, 286 genera, 394 species, 49 varieties, and 4 forma. The rare plants designated by Korea Forest Service were 2 taxa; Tricyrtis dilatata and Viola albida. The Korean endemic plants were 11 taxa; Tricyrtis dilatata, Salix caprea, Carpinus coreana, Melandryum seoulense, Clematis trichotoma, Thalictrum uchiyamai, Deutzia coreana, Spiraea prunifolia for. simpliciflora, Lespedeza maritima, Forsythia koreana and Weigela subsessilis.

  • 우량관측용으로 사용되고 있는 강우량계는 전도형, 저수형, 로드셀형, 중량식 등이 있으며 이 중 측정과 신호의 처리가 간편한 전도형 우량계가 널리 사용되고 있다. 우량관측은 목적에 따라 기상청은 0.5 mm 급 전도형 우량계를 주로 사용하고 있으며, 국토해양부에서는 1 mm 급 전도형 우량계를 주로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 강우량 증가 및 강우강도에 따른 0.5 mm 및 1 mm 급 전도형 우량계의 측정값을 분석하여 실제값과 얼마의 오차를 보이는지 그 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 이 실험은 수문조사기기 검정대행기관인 유량조사사업단에서 우량계 검정에 사용하고 있는 강우량 검정용 기준기를 이용하여 10~20 mm 강우량 및 20~100 mm/h의 강우강도 변화에 따라 0.5 mm 및 1 mm 급 전도형 우량계의 측정값을 비교하여 각 우량계에 대한 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 실제 강우에 대한 같은 특성 분석 연구를 통해 이 결과를 확인 및 보완하는 연구를 진행할 예정이다.

  • XML이 웹 문서의 표준이며, 문서교환용 언어로서 사용되고있다. 따라서, 향후 많은 XML문서의 보관 및 관리 그리고 XML문서를 위한 질의어 처리는 매우 중요할 것으로 본다. 지금가지, XML문서의 저장 및 검색과 관련한 연구 및 제품개발이 여러 업체에 의해서 있어왔고, 지금도 연구 및 개발이 진행되고 있다 하지만 효율적일 XML문서의 저장 및 검색을 위한 시스템은 아직까지 없었다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 XML문서를 트리 형태로 저장하는 방식인,DFS-numbering방식을 이용하여 문서를 저장하고 XQL질의 글 처리찬 수 있는 효율적인 시스템을 선계 및 구현하고자 한다.

The effect of Heat input and PWHT on the microstructure and mechanical properties of HSB600 steel weldments (HSB600강 GMA 용접부에서 입열량과 용접후 열처리가 미세조직과 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The effects of heat input (1.5~3.6 kJ/mm) and post weld heat treatment (PWHT, $600^{\circ}C$, 40hr.) on the TMCP HSB600 steel weldments made by GMAW process were investigated. The tensile strengths and hardness of as-welded specimens were decreased as heat input increased, but CVN (Charpy V-Notch) impact energy did not show any differences. The fine-grained acicular ferrite was mainly formed in the low heat input while polygonal and side plate ferrites were dominated in the high heat inputs. Meanwhile, tensile strength and hardness of PWHT weldments were decreased due to the coarsening and globular of microstructure as well as reduction of residual stresses.

EFFECT OF SURFACE TREATMENTS ON THE BOND STRENGTH OF DENTURE BASE RESINS TO DENTAL ALLOY (표면 처리법에 따른 치과용 합금과 열중합형 레진 간의 결합 강도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare tensile bond strength between Cr-Co alloy and three denture base resins after surface treatment. Following the manufacturer's instructions, 180 bonded specimens were made from three denture base resins (Lucitone 199. Paladent 20. POSS resin) and three surface treatment methods (sandblasting. metal primer. silicoating) 20 samples were made in each group and a half was ther-mocycled 1000 times between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$. The tensile bond strength was measured using an Instron with 5mm/min crosshead speed. Data was analyzed with one-way ANOVA, T-test and Duncan test. The results were as follows : 1. Samples with metal primer coating had significantly high tensile bond strength than the other surface treated groups (p<.05). Significantly low tensile bond strength was shown in sand blasted groups (p<.05). 2. No significant difference was observed in metal primer coating groups before and after ther-mocycling (p>.05) 3. Tensile bond strength was decreased in silicoated samples after thermocycling (p<.05). 4. Of the surface treated groups with metal primer, Lucitone 199 had the greatest bond strength and POSS resin and Paladent 20 were followed (p<.05). 5. Of the surface treated groups with silicoating, POSS resin and Lucitone 199 had greater bond strength than Paladent 20 (p<.05).

  • This study is about the development of measurement system using ubiquitous wireless communication for river flow monitoring. The system can acquire water depth, quality (temperature, pH, conductivity, turbidity etc.) while a GPS module for getting the location data of measurement points. Also this system is able to acquire the field data via RF connection and can be controlled same time. The acquired data is transmitted to a gateway system from the remote buoy using Zigbee wireless connection. And the gateway system is able to monitor the data through GIS monitoring tool. Finally the data are transmitted to a server computer using CDMA wireless connection by gateway system. The D/B of server computer are constructed automatically and monitored the project web site. The resulting system can be used for scour monitoring, environment monitoring and the other monitoring purposes such as a river flow monitoring system.

  • In this paper, the method to improve audio noise when GMS(Global System of Mobile Communication) is built in HPC(Handheld PC)is provided. The biggest problem with quality of audio is improved by connecting GSM module with wire to the widest erea near by HPC Power Ground to reduce impedance difference, and designing amplifier and earpiece, Result of measurement is satisfied with GSM Acoustic Standard. Standard of GSM Audio is declared in GSM 11.10 ETS 300 607-1. Measuring items corresponds to that standard and B&K Type 6712 is used for measurement. The list of measurement presented in this paper is Sending Sensitivity Frequency Response and SLR, Sending Loudness Rating( SLR level), Receiving Sensitivity Loudness Rating(RLR level), Talker Sidetone(STMR), Stability margin, and Echo Loss(ERL)
