최근 기업에서는 사무생산성을 향상시키기 위하여 조직의 특성에 맞는 사무자동화 기기를 도입하여 운영하고 있다. 조직에 따라 OA추진 방식이 다양하므로 OA 추진현황을 분석하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시할 수 있다면 의미가 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라의 OA현황을 조사분석하여 기업이 OA를 추진하는데 가장 적합한 추진방향을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 개략적인 OA추진운영 현황을 파악한 후 추진특성별 운영방식과 추진운영별 도입성과를 확인하여 OA도입성과를 극대화하는 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다. 연구조사를 위해 OA 추진 업체와 OA 관련 종사자를 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과는 대기업의 경우 OA가 일정수준에까지 도달하였으며, 대부분 장단기계획을 수립한 후에 OA를 추진하고 있으나 투자비용 제한, 개발인력 부족, OA기기에 대한 저항감과 같은 문제점을 안고 있는 실정이므로 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 OA를 활성화하는 것이 바람직하다. OA실무자는 단순반복업무를 담당하고 있어 업무처리와 관리방식 개선과 같은 근본적인 업무를 거의 하지 못하고 있다. OA도입성과를 극대화하여 성공적으로 OA를 추진운영하기 위해서는 장기계획을 수립하여 추진하고 실무자의 의견을 반영하여 중대형 컴퓨터와 연계활용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study are to develop manual of 'Reading Classroom' program through a practical data(ex: schedule. plan paper) and a questionnaire survey of managing librarians this program. The basic aim of 'Reading Classroom' program is based on a nature of reading for a sound reading culture. The Manual provides a various program types(intensive, short-term, long-term etc.) according to library situation(facilities, human resources, budget etc.) and indicates a step-by-step services in detail.

The number of public rental housing has increased according to the government's 「Housing Welfare Roadmap (2017)」, and facility maintenance costs for the demand of improvement of performance and residential standards due to the aging of long-term public housing are significantly increasing. Consequently, the financial burden of public housing rental business for maintaining stocked housing is aggravated. However, there is a lack of objective data to analyze the size of the maintenance costs that are executed by the type of repair work, and the elapsed years of the aged long-term public rental housing. This study analyzes the execution status of 33 long-term public rental housing complexes located in Seoul for 14 to 28 years of elapsed years based on the data of maintenance costs. In addition, this study proposes a model to predict the maintenance costs by elapsed years by dividing 'Long-term Repair Plan Work and Government-Funded Project [Y₁]', 'Planned Repair Work and General & Unplanned Repair Work [Y₂]', and 'Total maintenance costs [Y₃]'. It is intended to be used as basic data for the establishment of the maintenance plan at the stage of setting up the budget and the establishment of the sustainable operation plan for public rental housing

This study aims to evaluate the financial impact of construction firms' business diversification. Specifically, from the construction firms' perspective, this study attempted to present basic investment model by analyzing the effect of investment in residential facilities for retired seniors. Analyses results indicated that the financial impact, in terms of sales volume and gross profit, varies according to the size of firms. The results drawn from this study could be a valuable source when construction firms plan to invest and operate residential facility for retired seniors in order to diversify their business portfolio and stabilize financial structure.

The portfolio provides a method which can properly evaluate the student's long term period of learning and growth, and this allows students to have practical learning through self-reflection. However, following the realities of portfolio's operation, the portfolio is being operated formally just once only for the evaluation due to the difficulty of long custody and its time-consuming process. In this paper, after grasping the overall process of learning and the result of growth, we design the 'e-portfolio' which combines both learning and evaluation in order to minimize the physical constraint factors along with operating portfolio. After operating our newly designed 'e-portfolio' based on blog in order to verify it's effect, we found the meaningful changes in student's academic achievement and the positive possibility of its application to teachers. Therefore, with the operation of our suggested 'e-portfolio', we are expecting progressed and integrated portfolio education which combines the function of the learning and the evaluation.

홍수와 달리 가뭄은 장기적인 강수량 부족에 의해 발생하는 자연해로, 불확실성이 큰 장기(계절) 기상예보를 토대로 대비하기는 어려운 것이 현실이다. 가뭄에 대비하기 위해 가뭄의 진행상황을 관찰할 수 있는 다양한 가뭄지수가 활용되고 있다. 가뭄은 기상학적 가뭄, 농업적 가뭄, 수문학적 가뭄, 사회경제학적 가뭄으로 분류되고, 이를 정량적으로 평가하고 가뭄의 진행상황을 파악하기 위해 강수량, 유출량, 저수지의 저수량, 지하수, 토양수분 등 다양한 인자들이 사용된다. 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 가뭄지수는 평균에 대한 부족한 정도를 지수화해서 나타낸다. 하지만 우리가 가용할 수 없는 많은 양의 강수량 및 유출량(또는 저수지 유입량)이 가뭄지수를 산정하는 기간 동안 지속적으로 영향을 주게 된다. 이는 짧은 기간 동안 매우 많은 강수 후 가뭄이 지속 되었을 경우, 이를 정상의 상태로 나타낼 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이와 같은 가뭄지수를 통해 가뭄에 대처하기 위한 기준을 수립하기에는 한계가 있음을 나타낸다. 우리나라의 경우 취수량의 대부분을 댐과 하천수에 의존한다. 하천수량이 댐의 방류량에 의한 의존도가 높은 현실에서 우리가 체감하는 가뭄은 댐의 용수확보와 공급에 가장 큰 영향을 받는다고 할 수 있다. 댐은 용량의 제한이 있으며, 계획된 용수공급량과 저수량 부족 시 용수공급을 조절하는 기준이 있다. 따라서 과거 관측된 유입량과 용수공급 계획량, 용수공급 조정 기준을 통해 저수지 운영을 모의하게 되면, 용수공급을 감축하는 시점을 확인 할 수 있다. 이를 활용하여 적절한 유입량의 상한계를 설정할 수 있으며, 이는 가뭄에 대비하는 댐 운영에 활용할 수 있는 가뭄지수로 활용할 수 있다. 이는 댐의 용수 공급과 직접적으로 연관되어 있으므로, 체감할 수 있는 가뭄전달 도구로 활용이 가능하다. 이와 같이 제시된 유입량 가뭄지수를 기존의 대표적인 가뭄지수와 비교하여 활용성을 평가하였다. 우리가 사용할 수 있는 물이 부족한 현상을 '물부족'으로 표현하고, 강수량의 부족을 '가뭄'으로 표현해야 한다는 주장이 있다. 하지만 강수량 부족에 기인한 물부족을 가뭄으로 표현하고 이를 정량적으로 나타내는 것이 가뭄에 대처해야하는 용수 관리자에게 유용할 뿐만 아니라, 일반 국민들에게 체감할 수 있는 가뭄정보를 제공하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

In BTL project, the operation cost covering upcoming 20 years is usually alloted more than construction cost although its plan is made in short time. Therefore, it is a key issue to forecast and to analyze operation risks in the process of making contract in order to successfully finish the BTL project and to ensure the profitability of business. However, only a few domestic professional management companies are capable to carry out funding and facility management. To manage the potential risks efficiently in BLT project, it's essential to prioritize the risk factors by means of considering economical risk level, non-economical risk level and occurrence frequency. Thus, this study suggests risk analysis model for improving efficiency of BTL project from operation company's perspective by means of survey. The suggested risk analysis model is expected to establish a risk management strategy which can improve the efficiency of management affairs in BTL project.

시스팀의 구조가 복잡하면 할수록 신뢰도는 중요한 문제로 부각된다. 신뢰도는 시스팀의 신뢰도 예측, 시스팀 설계시 신뢰도 배분, 장기간에 걸친 운영시 시스팀 유지와 보수 또 이에 따른 인원계획에도 영향을 미치고 있으며, 시스팀의 효율성 및 경제성 파악에 중요한 척도로 이용되고 있다. 본고에서는 신뢰도 모델로서 와이블 (Weibull) 분포의 이용과 적합도 판정문제를 고찰한다. 특히 새로운 통계방법을 이용하여 계산이 간편한 적합도 판정법을 소개한다.
