Objective : The purpose of this study was to study the effects of occupation-based community rehabilitation on occupational performance skills and activities of daily living in stroke disabled persons living in the community, and to investigate the changes in occupation quality and satisfaction. Methods : In this single-subject ABA design study with follow-up evaluation, one severely disabled person diagnosed with stroke who lived in the community was recruited. The procedure consisted of a total of 25 sessions for 17 weeks. Intervention was according to occupation-based community rehabilitation, and the researcher visited the subject's home. Individualized intervention was applied according to the OTIPM. The intervention was composed of task assignment and feedback, home environment modification, information-related caregiver education, and community resource network. The evaluation of each session included the changes in the frequency of occupational performance skills, the quality of occupational performance in daily life, and the changes in occupational satisfaction, activities of daily living, quality of life, and maintenance of in the occupational performance skills during follow-up. The results were visually analyzed using a bar graph and a linear graph. Results : The results showed that the occupation-based community rehabilitation improved activities of daily living such as putting on socks, shoes slip-on, and upper body dressing garment within reach. Within the framework of the AMPS, it was confirmed that the quality of occupational performance was improved in all the subjects, and the degree of satisfaction also improved. Conclusion : This study showed that occupation-based rehabilitation can improve the occupational performance skills of stroke home disabled people positively affect the quality of occupational performance in daily life. Therefore, I think it is meaningful that useful for them.

대형 트럭의 적재함 제조 공장의 경우 전 공정이 인력에 의존하는 강도 높은 제조 현장이다. 특히 적재함의 양 측면 게이트 고정 작업의 경우 약 7명 정도의 인력이 투입되어 드릴링 및 조립 작업을 수행한다. 또한 드릴링 작업은 작업자의 손목이 손상되는 사고를 빈번히 일으키고 있는 위험 작업이다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 일련의 작업을 작업자 2인이 수행할 수 있도록 설계하고 제작하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동 드릴링 머신을 개발하기위한 기구적 및 시스템 설계, 제어 방법에 대해 소개한다.

전기설비에 접근하여 활선작업을 수행하는 과정에서 "안전조치, 작업공구, 먼지, 분진, 쥐, 절연" 등의 문제로 기인하는 단락사고가 발생하면 플라즈마(plasma) 아크 형태의 전기적 방전이 일어나므로, 아크 플래시 위험에 노출된 작업자는 심각한 화상은 물론 생명에 위험을 초래할 수 있다. 이러한 위험으로부터 근로자를 보호하기 위하여 IEEE Std. 1584에 수행절차와 방법에 대하여 상세히 해설하고 있고, NFPA 70E는 보호기준 등을 규정하고 있다. 국내에서도 이 기준 등을 참고하여 산업안전기준에 관한 규칙에 의거, 활선작업 및 활선근접작업에 관한 기술지침(KOSHA CODE E-3G-2005)과 난연성 전기 작업복 선정에 관한 기술지침(KOSHA CODE E-32-2006을 규정하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서는 외국 기업 일부를 제외하고는 아크 플래시 위험분석 업무를 실무에 적용하는 사례를 찾아보기 어렵다. 또한 적용 범위에 있어서도 난연성 전기 작업복 선정에 관한 기술지침을 600V 이상의 활선작업 및 활선근접 작업시만 착용하도록 한정한 것은 아크 플래시 위험에 대한 보호가 충분하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 오히려 고압보다도 저압회로 고장 지점의 최소 단락전류에서 차단기의 동작시간이 지연되는 경우, 사고에너지를 더 증가시키기 때문에 위험성과 빈도는 높아질 수 있다 이와 관련하여 본문에서는 "아크 플래시 위험" 분석 및 평가방법에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

Objective : Purpose of this study is to discuss benefits and implications of the clinical reasoning process and re-evaluation in the OTIPM by introducing a single case that occupational therapy intervention is provided based on the OTIPM. Methods : The case subject is a boy aged 5 years and 10 month who had diagnosed as attachment disorder and anxiety disorder from a pediatric psychiatrist before. The boy is referred to sensory integration therapy clinic and underwent occupational therapy intervention service twice a week for four month. Therapeutic activities for the intervention were consisted of sensory integration activities for restorative model, care-giver education for educational model, and performance skill training for acquisitional model. Measurements used in the initial evaluation are JSI-R, DDST-2, Social Maturity Test, KPPS-R, and observation-based performance task analysis. For the performance task analysis, performance skill items were constructed based on the Occupational Therapy Process Framework (OTPF), and those were assessed by the evaluation system of Assessment of Motor and Process Skill (AMPS) and Evaluation of Social Participation (ESI). Results : The detail process of implementing of the OTIPM in this study is reported by following four phases; 1) establish client-centered performance context; 2) establish baseline and interpret cause (initial evaluation); 3) intervention planning and implementing; and 4) recognize intervention outcome (reevaluation). Conclusion : In this case, occupational therapist could provide the client an occupation-based intervention within comprehensive performance context based on the OTIPM. Therapist could clearly identify the cause of problematic performance skills and behaviors and so provide effective intervention to improve client's occupational performance. Additionally, it was found that client's satisfaction of the intervention can be raised when the concept of 'who is the client' is expanded based on the OTIPM. From this study, it is proposed that OTIPM may be a model educible 'comprehensive' enhancement of 'specific' occupational engagement, as it considers both improvement of occupational performance and satisfaction.

인터넷이 급속도로 발전하여 이러한 환경에서 네트워크 연결된 여러 호스트들의 자원을 이용하는 시도가 활발하게 이루이지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 환경에서 의뢰인-병렬처리서버-작업자 구성을 이용하여, 작업자 애플릿을 임의의 호스트에 분산시키고, 대량의 연산 수행을 지닌 작업을 배분하여 수행시틴 뒤, 그 결과를 의뢰인에게 보여주는 WWW기반 자바 병렬 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술한다. 성능 향상을 위해서 자바의 원격 메소드 호출(Remote Method Invocation)을 이용한 애플릿간 통신 메커니즘을 구현하고, 작업자의 결과를 의뢰인에게 서버를 거치지 않고 곧바로 보내도록 한다. 또한 각 작업자마다의 성능비를 분석하여 태스크들을 할당하는 방법을 통해 작업 시간을 단축시킨다. 이 시스템에 연산 수행량이 많은 프랙탈 이미지 처리 작업을 배분하여 수행시키고, 작업 태스크의 크기에 따른 수행성능과 작업 배분방법에 따른 수행성능을 측정하여 그 결과를 비교, 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to have a preliminary study in order to identify changes in occupational performance skills and visual perception of patients with mild dementia, who have been provided with a group occupational therapy program, within community day-care center. The subjects of this study were 9 people with mild dementia living in a community. The period of administration was for 60 minutes per session three times a week during four weeks. We assessed their visual perception function(MVPT) and occupational performance(AMPS). One group pre-post test design was implemented as an experimental study to compare the results between before and after applying the group occupational therapy program within sensory, physical, creative activity. While a statistically significant difference between before and after the program of motor skills(occupational performance skill) is not shown, the visual perception function and occupational performance of patients with mild dementia improved significantly after receiving occupational therapy program(p<0.01, p<0.05). Therefore, it is possible to conclude that the group occupational therapy program is helpful to manage the occupational performance skills and visual perception of patients with mild dementia in community day-care center.

인터넷 보안기술 관련 프로토콜의 제정과 표준화 작업의 거의 대부분은 IETF에 의해 수행되고 있다. 여기서는 IETF의 조직 구성과 작업 방식, 문서 발간 절차 등을 알아보고, IETF에서 표준화가 진행되고 있는 보안기술과 분야와 그 작업 동향을 조사·분석한다. 그리고, IETF의 전반적인 작업에서 보안이 갖는 의미를 살펴보며, 향후 인터넷 보안의 발전 방향을 가늠해 본다.

로봇의 어원은“로보타(Robota)"로 체코의 유명극작가 카렐차펙이 1920년에 쓴 희곡에서 처음 소개되었으며, 이는 체코어로 "강제적 노동 또는 노예"를 뜻한다. 로봇의 생산은 1980년대부터 본격적으로 시작되었으며, 2000년까지는 주로 산업현장에서 용접, 도장, 조립과 같은 작업을 수행하는 산업용 로봇이 생산되었다. 이들 로봇은 사람이라면 쉽게 지치거나 부주의해지기 쉬운 단순 반복작업을 고정된 위치에서 지정된 작업을 반복적으로 수행하도록 설계되어 사람보다 더 빠르고 정밀하게 일을 수행함으로써 생산성 향상에 중요한 역할을 담당하였다.

배전선로의 활선작업은 무전전의 고품질 전력 공급을 위한 필수적인 기술이나 매년 안전사고가 발생하고 있는 위험한 작업 분야이다. 이러한 위험한 활선 작업을 로봇이 대신하여 수행하기 위한 연구가 외국에서는 오래 전부터 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 배전선로 상에서 활선작업을 수행하기 위한 로봇을 설계하였다. 선로 상에서 최대한의 작업공간을 확보하면서 작업을 수행토록 하기 위하여 로봇의 탑재 위치에 따른 로봇의 작업성능을 분석하여 로봇의 구조를 설계하였으며 로봇의 기구학적 해석 및 전주 및 완금 등의 부속물과의 간섭을 그래픽 시뮬레이션을 통하여 설계의 타당성을 검증하였다. 개발될 로봇은 배전선로의 애자교체, COS 교체 등의 다양한 분야에서 작업자를 대신하여 활선작업을 수행 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

본 연구에서는 웹 기반 멀티미디어 협력 작업 환경에서의 오류 관리기에 대해서 기술한다. 웹 기반 멀티미디어 협력 작업 환경은 멀티미디어 협력 작업에 웹의 동기화 기술을 확장한 웹노트, 즉 복제형 구조에 기반한 응용 공유의 동작 원리를 이용하여 동기화를 수행할 수 있는 환경을 의미한다. 오류 관리기의 기능에는 오류 검출과 복구가 있다. 웹 상에서의 세션 유지와 복원을 위하여 웹 세션과 직접 연관된 프로세서만을 주기적으로 폴링(polling)하여 오류 감지를 수행하고 복구를 위하여 복원이 가능한 경우에는 단순 재실행 방법을 사용한다.
