This paper is addressed to a design and implementation of Korean voice web browser using voice technologies for controling web browser and selecting contents in the web document, and converting them to voice after HTML analysis. Main feature of this web browser is universal design which considers both of normal person and visual disabled, allows multi-modal interface. As voice interface for visual disabled, it supports tree structure which allows to recognize web document structure easily by only voice guidance regardless of frame usage, can handle all elements described as tag in the web document, identify them as predefined different voice property according to element property. This method gets rid of additional guidance voice for element property without audio style sheet or additional programming effort.

In this study, the picture book reviews shown in Korean periodicals were analyzed to provide the developmental foundation for picture book reviews and expand the professional area of librarians as the producers of book review. Through the literature research and the Delphi Technique the desirable standard of book reviews was suggested, the contents in domestic book review mediums were analyzed for the rightness of describing based on the standard of the book review and henceforward the way of development was suggested. The result from analysis of book review showed that the outstanding book reviews should be more produced based on the desirable standard of book review and the evaluative statements should be developed more than the descriptive statements. Depending on the mediums the contents of the book review were different by the book reviewers' occupations, so the book reviewers should develop their professional knowledges in literature and art. Because the longer book review made the outstanding book review with the rightness of the desirable standard of book review, the certain quantity of book review should be needed and the role of librarians as the book reviewers should be further extended.

This study was conducted to identify the trends in newspaper articles related to nurses reported after the COVID-19 pandemic, and analyze the image of nurses in newspaper articles. The target of analysis is 199 articles related to nurses reported in four major domestic newspapers for 10 months from January 2020 to October 2020, when the domestic COVID-19 pandemic in full swing. As a result of the analysis, compared to the past, the volume of reports of articles related to nurses increased, and there were many articles on the topic of nurses being treated poorly compared to work, having a sense of vocation and caring for patients. There were many reports of articles that were favorable or neutral, and most of them were reporters, but few were written by professional reporters or medical personnel including nurses. Unlike previous studies, the proportion of nurses in nurse-related articles was often treated as the main character. Both the nursing and the media should make systematic and continuous efforts to ensure that accurate descriptions of the various roles and activities of nurses appear in the newspaper.

A digital twin is a technology that creates a virtual world identical to the real world. Problems in the real world can be identified through various simulations, so it is a trend to be applied in various industries. In order to apply the digital twin, it is necessary to analyze the drawings in which the structure of the real world to be made identical is designed. Although the technology for analyzing drawings is being studied, it is difficult to apply them because the rules or standards for drawing drawings are different for each author. Therefore, in this paper, we implement a system that analyzes and classifies the vertex detail, one of the drawings, using artificial intelligence. Through this, we intend to confirm the possibility of analyzing and classifying drawings through artificial intelligence and introduce future research directions.

This indicates the need for the establishment of an independent medical information laws to protect all records relating to the patient systematically Korea also.

The development of information and communication technology like SNS, blogs, and bulletin boards, was provided a variety of places where you can express your thoughts and comments and allowing Big Data to grow, many people reveal the opinion of the social issues in SNS such as Twitter. In this study, we would like to pre-built sentimental dictionary about social issues and conduct a sentimental analysis with structured dictionary, to gather opinions on social issues that are created on twitter. The data that I used is "bikini", "nakkomsu" including tweet. As the result of analysis, precision is 61% and F1- score is 74%. This study expect to suggest the standard of dictionary construction allowing you to classify positive/negative opinion on specific social issues.

This paper proposes a machine learning-based emotion analysis system that detects a user's depression through their SNS posts. We first made a list of keywords related to depression in Korean, then used these to create a training data by crawling Twitter data - 1,297 positive and 1,032 negative tweets in total. Lastly, to identify the best machine learning model for text-based depression detection purposes, we compared RNN, LSTM, and GRU in terms of performance. Our experiment results verified that the GRU model had the accuracy of 92.2%, which is 2~4% higher than other models. We expect that the finding of this paper can be used to prevent depression by analyzing the users' SNS posts.

Most academic journals in the world today typically require submission of journal article titles in English. However, most authors and reviewers are insensitive to the fact that cultural differences at a national level exist in writing titles. In this paper, journal article titles that have been published in the United States and Korea were compared in order to find cross-national cultural characteristics in these titles. To conduct this study, sample titles in the field of social sciences were obtained from two bibliographic databases-Scopus and RISS. A frequency count on number of variables was used: length of title, types of titles and n-gram phrases. In addition, a variety of similarities and differences found from this study including the type of words and phrases that Korean authors tend to favor in journal articles. The results showed that there is a considerable amount of cultural related variability in the construction of journal article titles. This study suggests that cross national characteristics of journal article titles should be emphasized in the future.

Handwriting identifications are often faced with difficulties in evaluating handwriting by persons under the influence of alcohol. Cerebellar dysfunction is associated with deficits in the control of movement extent, as well as changes in the amplitude and relative amounts of acceleration and deceleration and action tremor. Although numerous articles are available on the subject of alcohol influence on handwriting quality, most of them were based on empirical data such as experience method, without any statistical evaluation. In this study, Hangul signature giyeok and nieun of consonant were measured in samples of handwriting. The result of this study can be used as a basic data of comparison on handwriting by identifying consistency of features and relative individualization of.

This study searched for the status of medical Systematic Review(SR) publications in Korea and elsewhere for last 10 years, closely analyzing SR research papers by co-authors of Korean librarians. Through interviews with Korean librarians participating in SR, the activities, roles, and difficulties of these librarians were identified, and the results of the interviews helped explore new ways to promote collaboration in SR research. The result of the studied showed that the number of domestic and foreign SR studies has recently increased, and the number of cases where Korean librarians participated in SR research being officially credited as a co-author or acknowledgment source was also grow. The SR librarians in the Korean medical libraries were not only search experts, data collectors, and reference writers, but also did various activities such as designing search strategies, SR search records with complete reproducibility, and DB search tutorship. To promote SR support librarians participated in the interview suggested recruiting new librarians, retraining current librarians, and reformation courses in library and information science. As it is expected that the level of information demand of users and expectations for librarians would also increase in near future, SR librarians' activities and contributions seem to offer a guideline for academic library services that the others should pursue.
