The Effects of Video-conference Classes by Native Speaking Teachers and Cognitive Style on Self-efficacy (원어민화상수업 유형과 학습자 인지양식이 자기효능감에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify how native speakers' video-conference teaching influences self-efficacy according to the cognitive styles of elementary school students compared with native speakers' traditional co-teaching. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was the difference in the effect on self-efficacy according to the difference in three teaching methods. Second, there was not the difference in self-efficacy according to cognitive styles. Third, there appeared the interaction effect of teaching methods and cognitive styles on self-efficacy.

The Relationship among Self-Management, Physical Self-Efficacy and Resilience for Middle Aged Golf Participant (중년 골프 참여자의 자기관리와 신체적 자기 효능감 및 회복탄력성의 관계)

  • This study examined the relationships among self-management, physical self-efficacy, and resilience of middle-aged golf participants in 237 golf range users located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Daegu, Gangwon, and Gwangju. To achieve this goal, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The main findings were as follows. First, self-management had a positive effect on the physical self-efficacy. Second, physical self-efficacy had a positive effect on resilience. Third, self-management had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, physical self-efficacy mediated the relationship between self-management and resilience. Therefore, various methods for increasing the level of self-management and physical self-efficacy for middle age golf participants should be found in multiple perspectives.

  • 최근 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 원격교육에 대한 관심이 집중되는 것은 무엇보다 교육의 저비용.고효율 구조를 실현할 수 있는 대안교육의 하나이기 때문이다. 그러나 정보기술을 매개로 하는 원격교육의 효과에 대해서는 누구도 장담할 수 없는 입장이다. 정보기술의 활용이 필수적인 원격교육 환경에서 학습자들이 정보기술 자체에 대한 두려움으로 인해 수업에 대한 거부감을 나타낸다. "시작이 곧 그 절반이다" 라는 속담처럼, 원격교?ㄱ의 기본 도구인 정보기술에 대한 첫인상은 교육의 성과에 대해 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 정보기수의 수용과 사용에 있어서 개인적인 차이를 설명할 수 있는 중요한 개념중의 하나가 정보기술 자기효용감(IT Self-efficacy) 자신의 정보기술 사용능력에 대한 믿음 또는 자신감이다. 교수자가 정보기술 자기효능감의 중요성을 인식하고 이에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악할 수 있다면 학습자의 정보기술 자기효능감을 개발시키고 고무시킬 수 있는 훨씬 나은 교수설계를 할 수 있을것이고 효과적인 수업이 가능할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자기 효능감이론(Self-Efficiency Theory)에 근거하여 정보기술 자기효능감이라는 개념을 소개함과 동시에 정보기술을 매개로 이루어지는 원격교육 환경하에서 그 역할을 조명해봄으로써 효과적인 교수설계를 위한 틀을 제시하고자한다.을 제시하고자한다.

Maternal Self-Efficacy: A Mediational Model of Quality of parenting (양육효능감: 자녀양육행동 매개 모델)

  • 본 연구의 일차적 목적은 어머니의 특성과 관련된 요인들이 양육효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 양육효능감이 어머니의 특성과 관련된 요인들과 자녀양육 행동과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것인가를 분석하였다. 그리고 양육효능감, 자녀 양육행동, 아동 발달과의 상관관계를 살펴보았다 미국 내 거주하는 Early Head Start 프로그램 의 수혜 자인 저 소득층의 어머니와 영 아들을 (출생∼36개월) 대상으로 한 본 연구결과에 의하면 어머니의 특성과 관련된 요인들로 어머니의 연령, 소득수준, 양육에서 오는 스트레스가 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 양육효능감은 어머니의 특성과 관련된 요인, 특히 어머니의 연령과 양육행동과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다 양육효능감, 양육행동, 아동발달과의 상관관계 분석에서는 양육효능감과 양육행동에서만 유의한 정적인 강관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지금까지의 선행연구들과는 맥을 같이하는 연구결과이지만, 저소득층(high-risk families)의 어머니와 영아를 대상으로 양육효능감을 포괄적이고 체계적으로 이해하고자 하였다는데서 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 나아가, 이 연구의 결과는 저소득층을 위한 아동 및 가족의 통합적 복지사업을 실천하는데 있어 의미가 있는 것으로 시사된다. 사회 경제적 자립을 위한 기회 제공과 자녀양육을 하는데 있어서 전문가의 직접적인 모델링을 통한 부모교육을 통해서 양육효능감을 향상시켜나갈 때, 아동 및 가족 복지 실현의 궁국적 목적을 이룰 수 있을 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the entrepreneurs with positive entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurship education that meets the needs of founders related to cultural tourism products. In addition, the mediating effect of self-efficacy of founders was verified in the relationship between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention. For the empirical analysis, this study conducted a survey on founders of cultural tourism products in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The results of the study are as follows: First, entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, self-efficacy confirmed the mediating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship intention. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for stable and sustainable development of the culture and tourism industry.

  • This study is on the effects of lifelong education participative motivation, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning on subjective happiness of middle age adults. Middle age adults 40-64 years old are questionnaire survey target in Incheon and Gyeonggido and total 289 copies among 300 were analyzed through SPSS 21.0. The major findings of this study con be seen as follows: The variables more affected on educational satisfaction of middle age adults are goal-oriented motivation and activity-oriented motivation in lifelong education participative motivation, self-regulated efficacy in self-efficacy, and each personality, recognition and environment in self-directed learning. In conclusion, new paradigm is needed for middle age adults in lifelong learning society. This program should provide them with knowledge and information for adapting the future society, Furthermore, middle age adults can achieve their own self exploration, self-development and self-realization through the lifelong education program. Given a chance of lifelong education, middle age adults should be provided with the specific programs.

A Study on the Factors affecting the Satisfaction and Performance of Information Education in College (대학교의 정보교육 만족과 성과의 영향변인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine factors enhancing the performance of computer education designed for cultivating competing person for information society. It aims to analyze the affecting factors of computer education performance in terms of learner's aspect such as computer self-efficacy and environmental aspect such as educational facilities and professor's traits. The result shows that all factors(computer self-efficacy, innovativeness, motivation, self-regulated efficacy, professor's traits) except educational facilities are found to be significantly related to the performance of computer education. It is expected to provide guidelines on effective computer education and help to nurture talented person for information society in turn by investigating the affecting factors of the performance of computer education.

  • This study is aim to verify the mediating effect of entrepreneurial spirit on non-financial performance and self-efficacy. In this study, data were collected through a survey to investigate the relationship between variables, and empirical analysis of the research hypothesis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, entrepreneurship has a positive effect on self-efficacy; second, it suggests that the stronger entrepreneurship, the better self-efficacy. In addition, self-efficacy can produce positive results in various aspects, especially through this study, self-efficacy has resulted in improvement of non-financial performance.The results of this study have a positive effect on the various convergence of start-ups and the establishment of a stable start-up culture in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The Effects of Happiness, Fatigue and Self-efficacy on Workers' Quality of Life (행복, 피로 및 자기효능감이 근로자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of worker's happiness, fatigue and self-efficacy on quality of life. The data was collected from September 15 to 30, 2018, and the subjects were 102 workers. Collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Workers' quality of life was significantly different according to gender, subjective health, transportation to and from work, and time spent to commute (p <.05). 2) Workers' quality of life was significantly positively correlated with happiness and self-efficacy and negatively with fatigue (p <.05). 3) The significant factors affecting worker's quality of life were gender, happiness, fatigue and self-efficacy, and their explanatory power was 80.4%. In order to lead a satisfactory life, it is very important to improve the quality of life. Influences need to be reflected in interventions to improve the quality of life of workers.
