Self-certified public keys, introduced by Girault allow the authenticity of public keys to be verified implicitly during the use of the keys. This paper first presents new concept of verifiable self-certified public keys and provides concrete examples satisfying our conditions. Verifiable self-certified public keys combine the benefit of certification-based schemes and Girault's self-certified public keys. Furthermore, we also cryptanalyze Petersen's pseudonymous self-certified keys and present the more secure protocol.

본 논문에서는 새로운 개념인 자체인증 특성을 갖는 개인식별정보 방식을 제안한다. 제안한 방식은 자체인증 공개키 개념을 개인식별정보에 적용한 방식이다. 그리고 자체인증 개인식별정보 방식을 사용하여 역설적인 id-based 암호시스템(id-based identification scheme, id-based 서명방식, id-based 키분배방식 등)을 구성하였다. 제안한 방식의 안전성은 고차잉여류 문제와 이산대수 문제에 근거하며, Schnorr 방식과 비슷한 효율성을 가지는 암호시스템이다.

본 연구는 고등교육기관의 평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위하여 1주기 기관평가인증제가 대학 균형성과표(BSC) 4가지 관점의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증할 목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위하여 고등교육기관의 1주기 평가인증제에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 대학 조직의 균형성과표(BSC) 및 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 대한 선행연구에 대해 살펴보았다. 그리고 독립변수인 기관평가인증제 즉, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심의 정도, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성, 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도가 대학 균형성과표(BSC)의 고객관점, 내부프로세스 관점, 학습과 성장 관점, 재무 관점의 4가지 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석 검증하였다. 기존의 1주기 기관평가인증제의 성과분석에 관한 선행 연구들은 주로 평가인증제 체제 자체의 성과와 각 평가요소에 있어서 대학의 변화에 초점을 두고 성과를 분석함으로써 정작 기관평가인증제가 평가인증의 평가대상인 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향에 대한 분석은 제대로 이루어지지 못하였다. 이러한 점에서 기관평가인증제가 대학의 경영성과에 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 첫째, 기관평가인증제중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 고객 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 고객 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 내부프로세스 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 내부프로세스 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도와 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 학습과 성장 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성은 학습과 성장 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기관평가인증제 중 기관평가인증의 평가준비에 대한 적절성과 기관평가인증의 자체평가에 대한 만족도는 대학 BSC의 재무 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만, 기관평가인증제도에 대한 관심 정도는 재무 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기관평가인증의 평가준비와 자체평가 과정을 통해 실질적인 교육체계 혁신이나 내부프로세스 효율성 향상으로 인해 교육의 질이 개선되어 학생의 만족도와 선호도가 높아지며, 아울러 안정적 재원확보와 재원의 효율적 관리를 가져오는 것으로 해석된다. 그리고 기관평가인증제도에 대한 인식과 관심은 인증 획득이라는 목표를 설정하게 하고, 기관평가인증의 자체평가를 통해 인증평가에서 요구하는 기준 이상을 충족하도록 학습과 혁신이 이루어지는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 학령인구의 급감 등 급변하는 대학의 대내외 환경에서 생존을 넘어 지속가능한 발전을 도모하기 위해 평가인증제를 다양한 대학의 경영성과로 연계할 경영전략 수립에 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

This study investigated the internal accreditation system of A University which is a quality management system of curriculum that allows departments to examine the curriculum of itself. The results showed that the internal accreditation improved satisfaction of students in four areas: education goal & curriculum organization, curriculum implementation, support for curriculum, and curriculum development. It was also found that the system improved core competencies of students. Lastly, the students' evaluation for lecture was significantly improved compared with evaluation before internal accreditation. Based on these results, the study provided basic data for the design of internal accreditation system at A university.

In this paper, for authentication service of electronic commerce, we propose the verifiable self-certified schemes based on the $\gamma^{th}$-residuosity, thich are combine the benefit of certifiction based schemes and Girault's self-certified public keys. The security of our schemes is based on the difficulty of $\gamma^{th}$-residuosity problem and discrete logarithm problem simultaneously.

The purpose of this study was to find improvement measures of the internal accreditation system which is spontaneously operated by A university. To do so, this study reviewed the historical backgrounds and current issues of A university's internal accreditation system mainly based on government's accreditation and financial support programs on higher education institutes. And, this study also analyzed qualitative data which were collected via interviews with members of the committee of internal accreditation and the minutes of accreditation related meetings. These procedures were conducted by using Nvivo 11, which is specially designed for the qualitative research method. The main results of this study were the following: the current issues that A university's internal accreditation system faced included the faculties' unwillingness to participate due to the administrative work load caused by the internal accreditation program, and the difficulties of the preparation of evaluation reports caused by the ambiguity of evaluation standards. The measures for improving A university's internal accreditation system included (1)offering the enough time and detailed information for the preparation of evaluation reports, and (2)providing the specific feedback and the consistent and systematic management, (3)establishing the ordinary recording system of achievement, (4)setting the standards for the renewal of accreditation, (5)setting the evaluation standards that considers the uniqueness of various faculties, and lastly, (6)providing the official templates for evaluation reports.

태그의 식별을 DB에 의뢰하는 것에 의존적인 RFID기반 시스템은 리더와 DB가 서로의 통신반경 밖에 있거나 기반 통신망이 없어 DB와 연결이 어려운 환경에서는 응용이 제한적이며, 정상적인 경우에도 병목현상의 가능성을 갖고 있다. 본 논문은 DB가 태그의 인증기능을 리더에게 대리 위임하여 자체적으로 인증을 수행할 수 있는 RFID인증프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 DB와의 통신범위 제한에 비교적 자유롭고, 리더 자체적으로 태그인증이 가능하며, 부가적으로 DB의 연산부하를 경감시킬 수 있다.

In this paper we propose the verifiable self-certified schemes(key distribution scheme identification scheme digital signature scheme) based on ${\gamma}$th -residuosity which make up for defects of Girault's self-certified schemes allow the authenticity of public keys to be verified during the use of the keys. The security of our schemes is based on the difficulty of ${\gamma}$th -residuosity problem and discrete logarithm problem simultaneously.

본 논문에서는 기존의 일회용 비밀번호 시스템의 사용 횟수의 제한 문제를 "서명 고리" 개념을 사용하여 해결한 횟수 제한이 없는 일회용 비밀번호 시스템을 제안한다 제안하는 방식은, 역설적인 개인식별정보 방식인, 자체인증 개인식별정보에 기반을 둔 서명방식을 사용하였으며, 홈 뱅킹에 적합한 실용적인 일회용 비밀번호 시스템이다.밀번호 시스템이다.

On the research for constructing secure group-oriented proxy signature schemes, there are several proposals of threshold proxy signature schemes which combine the notions of proxy signature with threshold signature. Recently, Hsu and Wu proposed a threshold proxy signature scheme which uses a self-certified public key based on discrete logarithm problem. In this paper, we show that this scheme is vulnerable to original signer's forgery attack. So our attack provides the evidence that this scheme does not satisfy nonrepudiation property.
