Analysis of Factors Affecting Satisfaction by Characteristics of Processes Established in the Integration Curriculum (융합과정의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석)

  • As the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, each university and the Korean government has opened a variety of convergence curriculum to foster human resources capable of actively adapting to the paradigm shift and raising creative capacity. It is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the new curriculum and to continuously improve the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of factors affecting student's satisfaction about convergence curriculum composed of three sub - processes with different contents of business according to the necessity. The measuring instrument was a factor analysis using the SERVQUAL - based satisfaction survey tool. The field of regional studies has developed various programs. In the process of human fusion and human intensification, the qualities and trust of teachers are important.

Development of Success Attribution Scale for Body Guard in Korea (한국 경호원의 성공귀인 측정도구 개발)

  • This study is for presenting the factors about success attribution that fit the korean security service conditions and developing the actual analysis of measurement tools by investigating the success factors of the security service agents. To this end, conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from December, 2014 to June, 2015. This survey was conducted of 170 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. At the first and second analysis process, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of inner qualities, external qualities, induction factors for inner qualities, and induction factor for external qualities. On analysis of the final data and documents, however, at the third analysis, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of 'martial arts and physical ability'(4 questions), 'attitudes to work'(3 questions), 'support for the working environment'(3 questions), 'organized business skills'(3 questions), 'attitudes to the duty'(3 questions), and 'coping with crises(2 questions).

The Factor Analyses of Service Quality Components in University Libraries (대학도서관 서비스 질의 구성요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure performance of university libraries, especially investigating the components of service quality and their relationship to the customer satisfaction. The result of the study was summarized as follows: First, the factors on satisfaction of library service revealed 12 factors such as access of information, quality of employees, suitable collections, issues related to civil petitions, equipments and facilities, timeliness, operating hours, use of information technology, library user education, reference service, public relation and individual service. Second, the factors of library service on customer satisfaction showed the following primary factors: suitable collections, issues related to civil petitions, access of information, equipments and facilities, timeliness, public relation, reference service, operating hours, and individual service. Third, the components of library service on customwe satisfaction showed the following primary components: availability, the number of books and journals, facilities of air conditioning, public relation, usefulness of retrieval system, waiting time for Internet use, operating hour, speed of repairs, receipt of civil petitions, use of non-book materials.

A Study on Adult Women′s Clothing Shopping Orientation and Response to the Shop-master s Attitude (성인여성의 쇼핑성향과 샵마스터의 태도에 대한 반응 연구)

  • The study is designed to classify consumer groups based on their clothing shopping orientation and to examine the relationship among clothing shopping orientation, satisfaction to the shop-master, and factors of the shop-master's nature to understand clothing shopping orientation of women from 18 to 35. The final analysis was performed with 447 (consumers) ailed 336 (shop-masters) pieces of questionnaire. The data was analysed with SAS statistics package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Clothing shopping orientation were composed of four dimensions : recreational shopping orientation, convenience/economic shopping orientation, store/brand loyalty shopping orientation, and shopping confidence. 2. In the satisfaction to the shop-master, the consumer was not satisfied by the appearance, product-presentation, and consumer-management of the shop-master but kindness, trust, and product-explanation by the shop-master. The shop-master guessed that consumers were completely satisfied. 3. The consumer had an influence on product-understanding, response, and consumer-understanding of the shop-master, and the shop-master guessed that consumers had an influence on every thing of shop-master. 4. The more consumers were store/brand loyal, the more they were satisfied with tole shop-master, and had an influence on the factors of the shop-master's nature. But consumers were confident on the shopping, were not shown to be significantly different in the satisfaction of the shop-master and the factors of the shop-master's nature.

A Study on Relationship Between Instructor's Image Perceived by Elderly Participating in Life Sports and Participation Motive (생활체육 참여 노인이 인식하는 지도자의 이미지와 참여동기의 관계)

  • To identify the relationship between instructor's image and participation motive, this study conducted a research on 293 elderlies over 65 at 6 sports centers located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon regions. The research results were as follows. First, in the image of instructor based on demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent while gender showed significant difference with instructor's talent, instructing image, and living image. Also, the sports type had significant difference with all subfactors of instructor image. Secondly, in the participation motive based on the demographic characteristic, gender showed significant difference with internal motive while age and sports type demonstrated significant difference with all subfactors of participation motive. third, the instructor image had significant influence on both internal and external motive. While instructing image and human relationship image had significant difference in internal motive, the external motive showed significant difference with instructor talent, living image, and human relationship image. thus, the research result showed that instructor's image is a significant variable which enhances elderly's motive for participating in life sports.

Occupational Evaluation Criteria and Dental Hygienists of Some College Students Occupational Perception Analysis Study (일부대학생들의 직업평가기준과 치과위생사 직업에 대한 인식 분석 연구)

  • Study surveyed perception of dental hygienist occupation was surveyed by examining the qualifications, occupational evaluation Criteria, professional intuition of some college students for the dental hygienist occupation analyzed by the SPSS WIN18.0 program. Among the necessary qualities of dental hygienist, 'professional knowledge of dental hygiene', 'dental hygiene skills' were the highest. Average of Job evaluation Criteria was 4.06, which was higher than the average of 3.80 Job evaluation factors of dental hygienists. As for the Job evaluation criteria, 'stable job', 'job with good work atmosphere and interpersonal relationship' was the highest, 'job with contact with people', 'independent job' was the most. Job evaluation Criteria for dental hygienists, 'jobs with contact with people', 'jobs that can help others' were high, and 'high wages', 'high probability of promotion' were low. As a result of regression analysis of general characteristics and dental hygiene professionalism, it was analyzed that the professionalism of dental hygienists increased when the major was non-health. Overall, In order to improve the qualifications of dental hygienists and raise awareness of vocational evaluation, efforts should be made systematically to identify the strengths and weaknesses of vocational evaluation and dental hygienists and to seek improvements.

Extraction of Color Information from Images using Grid Kernel (지역적 유사도를 이용한 이미지 색상 정보 추출)

  • 본 논문에서는 이미지 상에 나타난 색상 정보를 추출하기 위한 새로운 커널 메소드(Kernel method)인 Grid kernel을 제안한다. 제안한 Grid kernel은 Convolution kernel의 하나로 이미지 상에 나타나는 자질을 주변 픽셀에서 나타나는 자질로 정의 하고 이를 재귀적으로 적용함으로써 두 이미지를 비교한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 커널을 차량 색상 인식 문제에 적용하여 차량 색상 인식 모델을 제안한다. 이미지 생성시 나타나는 주변 요인으로 인해 차량의 색상을 추출하는 것은 어려운 문제이다. 이미지가 야외에서 촬영되기 때문에 시간, 날씨 등의 주변 요인은 같은 차량이라 하더라도 다른 색상을 보이게 할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 Grid kernel이 적용된 차량 색상 인식 모델은 이미지를 HSV (Hue-Saturation-Value) 색상 공간으로 사상하여 명도를 배제하였다. 제안한 커널과 색상 인식 모델을 검증하기 위해 5가지 색상을 가진 차량 이미지를 이용하여 실험을 하였으며, 실험 결과 92.4%의 정확율과 92.0%의 재현율을 보였다.

Factors that Influence Nursing Image Perceived by College Students (일 지역 대학생이 지각한 바람직한 간호이미지에 미치는 영향요인 연구)

  • 목적: 간호전문직 위상정립에 영향을 미치는 간호 이미지에 관해 대학생을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 간호이미지와 바람직한 간호자질을 조사하여 전문직 간호사로서의 이미지 형성을 위한 기초자료로 제공하기 위함이다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 N.시에 있는 1개 대학교의 간호학생 92명과 일반학생 100명으로 총 192명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용한 서술연구이다. 연구결과: 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호 이미지정도를 살펴보면, 비간호학생군(A군)에서는 영화나 TV를 통해서 간호 이미지가 형성된 것보다는 그렇지 않은 경우가 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났고(F=4.81, p=.03), 신문이나 잡지에서는 의사의 보조역할로 비춰진 것이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 니타났다(F=3.41, p=.01). 반면에 간호학생군(B군)은10%유의수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 결과는 간호사와 간호조무사를 복장이나 행동을 보고 구분할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=2.25, p=.06). 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 간호사 자질정도를 보면, 두 군 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 간호이미지와 간호사 자질간의 상관관계에서는 r=.720(p=.000)으로 높은 순 상관관계를 보임을 알 수 있었다. 간호 이미지에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 예측변인은 간호사 자질로 52% 설명할 수 있었으며, 여기에 영화나 TV를 통해 형성된 경우를 추가하면 54%, 간호학생인 경우를 추가하면 총 56%로 간호 이미지를 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 할 수 있겠다. 1. 간호 대학생들이 긍정적인 간호 이미지를 경험하도록 올바른 윤리와 간호전문성을 정립할 수 있는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 2. 간호사 이미지 향상을 위한 대중매체의 활용전략에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

The Effect of Chinese University Taekwondo Instructors' image on the Grit, Psychological State and Performance of Taekwondo athletes (중국 대학 태권도 지도자의 이미지가 태권도 선수의 그릿(Grit), 심리상태와 경기수행력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to identify the influence of the image of Chinese Taekwondo leaders at university on the athlete's grit, psychological state, and performance. The analysis is expected to contribute to the quality development of Chinese universities' Taekwondo program in the future. For this study, a population was selected from athletes at a university in Henan Province, China. The samples were taken by convenience sampling method. Of the 380 questionnaires retrieved, a total of 365 were used to process the results, excluding 15 insincere responses or missing values. The collected data were conducted by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 23.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the sub-factors of the leader image, the leader's social activities and vocational awareness, qualities, tasks and roles, were found to have a significant impact on the grit of taekwondo athletes. Second, the sub-factors of the leader image, the leader's social activities and vocational awareness, qualities, attitudes, tasks and roles had significant impact on the phychological state of taekwondo athletes. Third, social activities, vocational awareness, quality, and attitude of the leader, which are the sub-factors of the leader image, have a significant impact on the performance of taekwondo athletes.

정보시스템 개발 프로젝트에서의 범위관리 활동이 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향 연구;프로젝트 공급자와 수요자의 관점에서

  • 여러 연구에서 정부시스템 개발 프로젝트의 핵심 성공 요인을 밝혀내고자 하는 노력들이 지속되어 왔다. 이러한 요인들로 의사소통, 참여자의 자질, 표준화 등의 여러 요인들이 고찰되어 왔으나, 실제 프로젝트 현장에서는 대부분의 프로젝트들이 그 수행의 근본이 되는 범위를 관리하고 통제하는데 실패하여 여러가지 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만 이러한 범위 관리가 프로젝트의 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 PMI(Project Management Institute)에서 정의하고 있는 프로젝트 수행 중의 범위관리 활동들이 실제 프로젝트의 공급자와 수요자의 관점에서의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 실중연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 그 영향의 정도와 범위관리의 각 활동들에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였으며, 공급자와 수요자의 관점에서의 프로젝트 성공을 위한 범위관리 전략을 제시하였다.
