Non-linear Analysis for Penetrated Magnetic Field in Superconducting Nb Foil (인가 자장에 의한 초전도 Nb 박막의 비선형적인 자장분포 해석)

  • 이미 개발된 리니어형 초전도 전류 보상기는 다양한 동작 조건에서 충전 전류 실험을 통해 검증되었고, 고자장 초전도 마그넷용 전류보상기로 적용하기위한 기본적인 특성을 수행하고 있다. 충전전류는 초전도 Nb 박막에 인가되는 자장의 크기와 이동속도(주파수)에 영향을 받아 발생됨이 실험적으로 이미 확인되었다. 특히 인가 주파수가 임계점이상 (20 Hz이상)에서 충전전류가 서서히 감소되는 비선형적인 충전특성이 확인되었다. 본 논문에서는 초전도 Nb 박막에 침투되는 자장의 분포를 3D FEM을 이용하여 자장분포 해석을 수행하였다. 초전도 Nb 박막에 인가되는 자속의 이동속도에 따른 침투영역의 크기 변화를 근거로 침투자속에 따른 초전도 Nb 박막의 비선형성을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the basic theory of geomagnetism was introduced and the field data of first order magnetic survey was analyzed to determine geographical distribution of magnetic elements such as Declination(D), Inclination(1), Horizontal Component(H), Vertical Component(Z) and Total Force(F). From this distribution equations, the distribution of geomagnetism of Korean peninsula was examined and the declination was calculated for National Base Maps.

  • In recent years, the electromagnetic enviroments are varied with the increase of power consumption and the spread of hoosehold electric appliances. Most of the interests to date have concentrated in the area of human health effects associated with exposure to power frequency electric and rmgretic fields, and thus the precise measurement and analysis are required. In this paper, the measurements and analysis of the extremdy low frequency(ElF) electric and magnetic fields produced by actual 22.9[kV] distribution lines were performed. The experiIrents have been carried rot by lateral rrofile, and the thooretical analyses were made by use of FIELDS program fer the sake of comparison with the experimental data. Electric and magnetic field intensity were strong under power distrib.rticn lines, and were inversely proportional to lateral distance. The pufiles of electric and magnetic fields were M and $\bigcap$ shapes, respectively. and the rreasured data were good in agreemnt with the thooretical results. Both the electric and magnetic field intensity were iocreased with increasing the measurement height.height.

  • 본 연구에서는 피복 손상으로 주변 도전체를 통해 누전되었을 때 그 주변의 자장을 검출하여 누전 여부를 판단할 수 있는 장치개발을 하기 위하여 우선 표면 누전에 의한 전류의 흐름을 조사하고, 전류에 의한 자장을 검출하기 위해 센서를 제작한다. 코어는 요크 타입을 적용하였으며, 코일은 0.5[mm] 동선을 4,000회 감았다. 실험 환경은 전선 피복 손상에 의한 금속 표면에 누전되는 상황을 모의하였으며, 부하는 40[W], 400[W], 1,400[W]를 적용하였다. 센서는 표면에 발생되는 자장을 검출할 수 있도록 2축으로 구성하였으며, 전선 주변 및 누전된 금속 표면에서 거리 및 각도 변화에 따른 자장을 검출하였다.

  • This paper deals with the power frequency electric and magnetic profiles from transformer and gas-insulated swichgear(GIS) perimeters in the indoor power substation. Measurements of electric and magnetic field magnitudes were carried out by using single axis and three axes field meters at a height of 1[m]. The resultant electric and magnetic field profiles measured in the vicinity of the transformer were displayed as a 2-dimensional plot. The electric fields intensity are relatively low value of about 2.3~9[V/m], and the magnetic fields intensity range from 0.3 to [$20.3\mu$T]. Also, in the GIS perimeter the electric fields intensity are in the range of 2.2~2.5[V/m], and the high magnetic fields are largely localized to the intermediate section of the GIS and their amplitudes are [$1.2~39.5\mu$T]. Metal enclosures of transform and GIS play a role in reducing the electric field, and the magnetic fields are characterized by a rapid decrease with distance from the transformer and GIS enclosures.

  • A numerical study was conducted on the optimum magnetic field intensity and asymmetric factor for uniform axial oxygen concentration in 8 inch silicon single crystal growing process by magnetic Czochralski method. For constant shape of cusp field, a change of coil and crucible position were compared. In case of symmetric cusp field, magnetic field intensity variation shows concave downward with crystal growing for uniform, axial oxygen concentration. A numerical results show similar value of standard deviation of average oxygen concentration for uniform oxygen concentration between coil and crucible position change. In case of asymmetric cusp field. asymmetric factor is increased with crystal growing to have uniform oxygen concentration.

  • A numerical study was conducted on the effects of the cusp magnetic field in 8" silicon single crystal grwoth by Czochralski method. For a damping effects simulation by magnetic field, low reynolds number ${\kappa} - {\varepsilon}$ model was adopted. Symmetrci cusp magnetic field has a effect of damping streamline crystal, is lowerd with the increasing cusp magnetic field intensity. The uniformity of the oxygen concentration was improved. The asymmetirc cusp magnetic field increased the oxygen concentration however, oxygen concentration distribution in the radial direction was remained uniform. Suitable combination of symmetric and asymmetric cusp magnetic fields could give uniform and low oxygen concentration in the axial direction.tion.

자장센서의 지상기능시험 데이터 분석을 통한 건전성 진단

  • 자장센서는 인공위성에 장착되어 궤도환경에서의 지자기장을 측정하는 센서로서 위성체의 자세결정과 자세제어 등에 활용된다. 일반적으로 자장센서는 원리와 응용범위에 따라 그 종류가 광범위하다. 응용되는 자기현상적으로 분류하면 Faraday 전자기 유도법칙을 이용한 방식, Hall Effect를 이용한 방식, 감지코일의 인덕턴스 변화와 와전류효과를 이용한 방식, 자속분포의 변화에 의한 유도기전력의 변화를 이용한 방식, 자기저항 변화효과를 이용한 방식 등이 있다. 그 중에서도 Faraday's Law를 이용하는 Fluxgate 자장센서가 구조가 비교적 간단하고 경량이며, 높은 신뢰성과 안정성을 가진다. 실제 위성을 발사하기전 지상에서는 위성체를 조립하고 전자파, 진동, 열진공 등과 같은 다양한 환경시험을 수행하는데, 이때 각 환경시험 수행을 전후로 자장센서의 극성시험, 응답시험 등과 같은 기능시험을 수행한다. 본 논문은 다양한 환경시험을 통해 수행한 Fluxgate 자장센서 기능시험 데이터에 대한 추이를 분석하여 위성 발사전 지상에서의 자장센서의 상태와 건전성을 진단하는 방법에 대하여 소개한다.

  • The inductor needs to have the desire of super miniaturization, substance of high density and no electronic obstacle. In this study, it analyzes electromagnetic field properties of the core due to inserted high current to develop union type inductor. As the results, it appears high electromagnetic field in inductor insides, but magnetic is very small in inductor surfaces. Also, magnetic distribution are almost 0[T] in circumferences get out of the inductor surfaces. It is an evidence that magnetic distribution as the electronic magnetic obstacle does not appear at other electronic parts. These above results affect to develop the union type inductor, especially it can be expect to help analysis of electromagnetic field properties of inductor core and reliability improvement.

Oxygen Profiles and Precipitation Behavior in CZ Silicon Crystals Grown in A Transverse Magnetic Field (수평자장 하에서 성장된 CZ 실리콘 단결정의 산소 분포 및 석출거동)

  • Oxygen segregation in horizontal-magnetic-field-applied Czochralski (HMCZ) silicon crystals has been studied as a function of magnetic field strength (B) and crucible rotation rate (C). Along the axis of 57mm din. <100> crystals grown under B=2, 3, 4 kG and C=4-15rpm, the oxygen distribution was usually saw-tooth shaped and fluctuated unevenly. Compared to the conventional CZ method, this result seems to indicate that the horizontal magnetic field, at levels used in the present experiment, had a destabilizing influence on oxygen transport to the growth interface. On the other hand, as C increased, the oxygen fluctuation lessened, and [0] increased overall. At B=2 kG, an oxygen profile in a level of 27-36 ppma was achieved by a programmed ramp of C. Oxygen precipitation behavior of the HMCZ silicon during a simulated device manufacturing process was compared and found to be inferior to that of typical CZ silicon. The uneven oxygen profile in the as-grown state was identified as the major source of poor precipitation uniformity in the HMCZ silicon.
