Magnetic and Infrared Spectral Studies of Oxovanadium (IV)-Carboxylate Complexes (옥소바나듐 (IV)-카르복실레이트 착물의 자기적 및 적외적 분광학적 성질)

  • Four oxovandium(IV) complexes with carboxylate ligands, $VO(picn)_2$, $VO(htmq)_2$, $VO(quin)_2$ and $VO(pyra)_2{\cdot}2H_2O)$ have been prepared and studied. Infrared spectral data coupled with the results of magnetic susceptibility study strongly suggest that there are relatively strong intermolecular interactions in $VO(picn)_2$ and $VO(htmq)_2$. In all oxovanadium(IV) complexes studied in this work, the carboxylate ligand coordinates to the metal ion in the unidentated fashion. Some fundamental vibration modes of oxovanadium(IV) complexes were empirically assigned from the difference in the spectrum of metal complex with free ligand.

  • 여수로는 수리시설의 계획저수위보다 높아진 수위를 낮추기 위하여 물을 안전하고 신속하게 방류하는 시설로 조절형식과 비조절 형식으로 구분한다. 조절형식은 인위적으로 조절수문을 이용하여 수위를 조절하는 형식으로 수문식과 밸브식으로 분류하며, 이상홍수대비 비상방수문에 많이 사용되고 있다. 비조절형식은 자연적으로 수위를 조절하는 형식으로 개수로와 관수로로 분류한다. 개수로에는 측수로식, 슈트식, 자유낙하식, 월류식이 있으며, 관수로에는 터널식, 선굴식, 암거식, 사이펀식이 있다. 한국농어촌공사가 관리하는 저수지는 3400개소로 측수로식 2091개소, 월류식 1269개소, 사이펀식 5개소, 선굴식 3개소, 기타 56개소로 비조절형식 여수로가 약 98%를 차지하고 있다. 2003년도에 재해대비 수리시설 설계기준이 개정되어 유역면적 2,500ha, 총저수량 500만m3이상이고 하류지역의 재산 및 인명피해가 클 것으로 예상되는 저수지는 PMF를 설계홍수량으로 적용할 것을 규정하고 있다. 이러한 설계기준의 홍수빈도를 적용하기 위해 기존 저수지의 치수능력증대 사업이 추진되고 있다. 치수능력증대방안으로는 제당높이 증고, 보조여수로 설치, 기존여수로의 확장 등 다양한 방안들이 있으며, 구조물 안정성, 경제성, 현장 여건을 고려한 시공성 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 채택하고 있다. 그 중 가장 대표적인 방안이 기존의 설계빈도를 초과하는 PMF 홍수량에 대하여 추가로 보조여수로를 설치하여 방류하는 방안이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 사이펀 여수로가 설치되어 있는 저수지에 측수로식 여수로와 사이폰식 여수로를 신설하여 FLOW-3D로 수치해석을 수행하였다. PMF 유입에 대한 저수지의 안정성을 확보하고, 이상강우에 의한 재해를 사전에 예방하기 위하여 신설 여수로의 방류능력, 접근 유속, 허용최대유속 등 각종 수리특성을 분석하여 홍수량 배제 능력을 검토하였다.

  • The international community has done a lot of effort to improve the aviation safety. The new high technologies, systems and development of navigation equipments considerably improved the level of aviation safety. However, the aviation accident rate has been showing unchanged status without the decline since 1980. It means it is difficult to secure enough safety by the existing efforts to improve the aviation safety, eventually needs new methods for the accident prevention. With this in mind, the nations interest new methods that can consider a countermeasure by realizing potential risk factors before fatal accidents. In other words, that is to analyze and share the safety information collected from accidents by establishing aviation safety information system. To establish international aviation safety information system, each country's aviation accident incident reporting systems are need to be established. Also aviation safety data taxonomy is need to be standardized. Then, aviation users will communicate the information efficiently. This study investigates and considers each country's aviation accident incident database taxonomy for the analysis of the aviation data and the necessary prevention activity. This will contribute to a better international aviation safety and strengthen the country's aviation diplomacy.

Heat Transfer Characteristics of Water Jet Impinging on Oblique Surface (경사면(傾斜面)에 충돌(衝突) 하는 수분류(水噴流)의 열전달(熱傳達) 특성(特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the characteristics of heat transfer in the downward axisymmetric free water jet system impinged on a flat oblique plate which has the uniform heat flux. Experimental conditions considered were Reynolds number, distance between nozzle and Bat plate, inclination angle of heater surface and nozzle exit velocity. Local Nusselt number was subjected to the influence of Re number, Pr number, oblique angle of heating surface and local position of flat plate. In the wall region of downward surface, The secondary peak point of heat transfer appeared at the local point of X/D=-8 from the stagnation point. The stagnation heat transfer rate of this experimental study augments 2.4 times than that of laminar theorical solution. The stagnation nusselt number is function of Reynolds number, nozzle-plate spacing Prandtl number and oblique angle of impinging plate.

Automatic Classification and Vocabulary Analysis of Political Bias in News Articles by Using Subword Tokenization (부분 단어 토큰화 기법을 이용한 뉴스 기사 정치적 편향성 자동 분류 및 어휘 분석)

  • In the political field of news articles, there are polarized and biased characteristics such as conservative and liberal, which is called political bias. We constructed keyword-based dataset to classify bias of news articles. Most embedding researches represent a sentence with sequence of morphemes. In our work, we expect that the number of unknown tokens will be reduced if the sentences are constituted by subwords that are segmented by the language model. We propose a document embedding model with subword tokenization and apply this model to SVM and feedforward neural network structure to classify the political bias. As a result of comparing the performance of the document embedding model with morphological analysis, the document embedding model with subwords showed the highest accuracy at 78.22%. It was confirmed that the number of unknown tokens was reduced by subword tokenization. Using the best performance embedding model in our bias classification task, we extract the keywords based on politicians. The bias of keywords was verified by the average similarity with the vector of politicians from each political tendency.

  • 본 연구에서는 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 국내브랜드를 중심으로 고찰한 후 그 디자인 특성에 대해 살펴보고 한 시대의 패션현상을 규명하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 국내 패션시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어에 대한 디자인 특성을 살펴보기 위해 신세대의 하위문화와 국내브랜드 시장조사를 통한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 동향에 대한 일반적 고찰을 한 후 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드를 디자인의 차이에 따라 분류하고, 그 디자인 특성을 컬러, 소재, 스타일, 아이템별로 구분하여 분석하였다. '00 S/S, '00 F/W의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어 브랜드를 중심으로 고찰해 보고자 패션 정보잡지와 인터넷의 패션사이트를 검색하였다. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 브랜드별 시장조사를 통한 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 영상매체, 대중음악. 스포츠, 스타문화로 나타난 신세대의 하위문화는 탈중심성, 탈국경화, 의미의 해체 등의 포스트모던적 문화현상이며. 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 자유와 개성을 추구하는 신세대의 라이프 스타일을 잘 반영한 하위문화의 복식양식으로서 현대 패션에 영향을 미치고 있다. 2. 기성복업체는 신세대가 가지고 있는 새로운 욕구와 감성을 겨냥한 브랜드를 개발하고 판매촉진을 위해 전력을 다하는 과정에서 신세대의 하위문화를 반영한 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어의 일반적인 복식양식을 형성하였다. 3. 국내시장의 유니섹스 영 캐주얼웨어는 디자인 특성에 따라 컴포터블 캐주얼웨어, 스포츠 캐주얼웨어, 힙합 캐주얼웨어로 구분된다.

  • This essay aims to examine Korean motion picture policy on the government censorship system from Jacques Derrida's thought associated with sense of ethics. Korean motion picture policy has focused on protection of domestic films to achieve a national goal from military dictatorship regime, so-called people unification or social stability. It also aimed to spread propaganda for despotic government. Thus, the government keeps tight control over all motion picture policy. It restricts not only freedom of choosing movies but also creativity from artist. Derrida used to talk about the justice and violence law. Derrida's thought is connected with the ethical consideration. This research concerned about the violence within film censorship policy of Korean government and explore possibilities of ethical censorship policy from Derrida's perspectives.

A Study on the Development of Interaction Scale between Teachers and Children for Childcare Teachers (보육교사의 교사-유아 상호작용 평가 척도 개발 연구)

  • Interaction Scale between Teachers and Children for childcare teachers (ISTC) was constructed based on the research data completed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family with a participation of childcare teachers and early childhood educators. The results of this study were; First, the study found that the 42 items of the ISTC were categorized into eight factors by 205 childcare teachers: a positive language and behaviors of teachers, encouragement of positive interactions among peers, offering a nap time, toilet use, emotional intervention, free play participation, an equal care of children, and meals and snack time. Second, these factors exhibited a high correlation interactively. Third, the ISTC showed a high correlation with teachers' performance scale.

  • The Purpose of this paper was to carry out basic study on development of real-time submarine-hnadling simulator. The author adopt the Unmanned Undersea vehicle(UUV), which has taken the shape of manta[1]. They call here it Unmanned Undersea Vehicle(UUV). UUV is based on the same design concept as UUV called Manta Test Vehicle, which was originally built by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, USA[1]. The present study deals with prediction of manoeuvring motion of UUV at general drift angles and large drift angles. The dynamic mathematical model with six degrees of freedom is revised and supplemented in order to describe accurately motion of UUV. The hydrodynamic derivatives related to motion are obtained from previous work[2].

  • The evolution and application of RFID technologies have been at the forefront of allowing aviation industries to improve the quality of aircraft maintenance and air cargo handling. However, safety problems in airplane operation are arising from the hazards of frequencies transmitted due to RFID systems. Though the intensities of frequencies back-scattered from the tags are very weak, some malfunctions are anticipated due to induction coupling on aircraft wiring. Therefore, safety assessment such as electromagnetic compatability should be accomplished upon aircraft critical and essential equipments before installations.
