이러닝의 중요성과문화산업에의 파급효과 및 장래성에 대하여는 이미 많은 문건이나 발표로 알려져 있다. 이렇게 여러 분야에 중요한 효과를 가져가기 위해서는 교육의 양적 성장 뿐 만 아니라 효율적인 교육과 이에 대한 효과에 대해 관심을 기울여야 한다. 이미 미국이나 유럽을 중심으로 각종 이러닝 관련 연구를 통해 ROE(교육투자회임) 연구와 더불어 품질인증(QA : Quality Assurance)에 대한 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이러한 움직임은 이러닝을 위한 교육자원의 상호운용 또는 활용이라는 측면에서 강조되어 온 이러닝 표준화와 연계되어 그 움직임이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러닝 품질표준화의 논의는 단순히 교육자원의 상호운용과 재사용이라는 측면에서 제시되어 온 메타데이터 관리 차원의 SCORM과 같은 기준 외에 교육자원의 생성으로부터 교육시스템 및 교육과정 운영에 이르기까지 그 영역이 광범위한 것에 주목할 필요가 있으며, 국가와 문화적으로도 다양한 환경을 고려해야만 할 것이다. 본고에서는 이러닝 품질보증 표준화의 정의와 범위 그리고 표준안을 만들기 위한 수행절차 및 적용방법 등을 살펴본 후에 외국의 개발 현황과 국내의 개발 현황을 비교함으로써 우리가 가져야 할 미래지향적 표준전략을 제시하고자 한다.

As rehabilitation psychology analysis system which manages examination information becoming more popular, interoperability, portability and security are becoming major concerns of modern computing. We propose a security model on the type information based access control system for rehabilitation psychology analysis that can enhance both security and availability by separating the functions delivered from object-oriented databases to solve these problems. We apply the access control model specifically to enhancement of security system and also perform a test to verify the security and availability of our model.

The ecosystem of the Library has been radically changing in the advent of ubiquitous information service technology. We are already aware of the digital library due to popularizing digital information resources and we are impressed with Library 2.0 and Social Semantic Digital Library of user-centered, service-oriented library. We summarize the ultimate goal of the evolution of library systems as knowledge services and propose a logical model of library system for the realization of knowledge services. This local model can be applied for a library framework to harmonize the diverse knowledge resources, active users with participation and collaboration, the innovation of library business and ubiquitous information service technologies to achieve the missions of library in knowledge-intensive society.

Due to the high level of economic development, the standard of living has improved vastly. As a result, the moderns now want to be healthy more than ever. For that reason, tourism relating health care increased in number and at those tourist sites, people have tried to allure more visitors by services, resources and facilities all accommodating to better health. On a claim that promoting tourist attractions using health care assists regional development in this study, I seek for ways to utilize regional resources and facilities to promote tourism.

With increasing amounts of information on the web and needs to access accurately them, it is very important to standardize metadata and to store and manage system. The RDF(Rdsource Description Framework) is a framework for representing exchanging, and reusing metadata. And, it can be processing uniformly the standardized metadata, because it uses XML(eXtensible Markup Language) syntax. The RDF schema provides a basic type system for use RDF models. In this paper, we propose rules and an algorithm to convert the RDF schema into an UML(Unified Modeling Language) class diagram and formal models to represent an object-oriented schema for the RDF schema. The proposed rules and algorithm are useful for natural mapping and the object modeling of RDF schema can be easily converted into the object-oriented schema, and the formal models supports an efficient environment for retrieving and processing object-oriented documents.

This paper presents a case study on competitive strategies of TNS Korea, the leading marketing research company in Korea. The case study shows that core competences of TNS Korea are its scientific expertise and customer-oriented consulting service and that these two core competences are sustained and further improved by implementing comprehensive human resource development strategies. The successful competitive strategies of TNS Korea provide significant managerial implications to firms in marketing research and other industries.

The foodservice industry should be customer-oriented and service-oriented because production and consumption occur simultaneously and sales depend on customers' participation in the foodservice industry. In this respect, it is faced with maintaining minimum human resources with efficient management systems and policies which employees can offer quality services. This study, therefore, aims to find out how internal marketing strategies affect conflict perception. The result of the study is as follows. Communication, service training, employee benefits and a reward system are generally important in the internal marketing. In particular, it is considered that employee benefits and a reward system based on finance are more important to employees than any other factor. Accordingly, companies should consider facilities offered to the employees, vacation and employee benefits. Also, it is shown that communication-obstacles take high proportion in the cause of conflicts and employee benefits in the internal marketing. This study showed the possibility of internal marketing used as a management method of human resources and a solution for resolving conflicts.

최근 이슈가 되고 있는 시스템 생물학(Systems Biology)은 생물학적인 이론과 컴퓨터의 계산적인 모델링 그리고 실험의 상호 의존적인 통합으로써 특징 지워진다. 그 중 컴퓨터의 계산적인 모델링에 대한 연구가 무엇보다 중요한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 계산적인 모델링에서 여러 자원을 통합하기 위한 공통의 기반 구조나 표준에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 KML 기반의 형식을 갖춘 SBML(Systems Biology Markup Language)이 시스템 생물학의 표준으로 개발되어 연구 중에 있다. 현재 시스템 생물학 분야에서 개발중인 시뮬레이션과 데이터 분석을 위한 다양한 응용 어플리케이션이 이미 SBML 문서를 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시스템 생물학 분야에서 SBML 표준에 대한 중요성을 인식하여, 객체지향 바이오 데이터베이스로부터 질의 결과를 SBML 문서로 변환하고, 반대로 외부의 SBML 문서를 객체지향 데이터베이스에 저장하는 변환기를 제안하며, 데이터를 검색하고 저장하는데 발생하는 중복이나 동의어 관계의 모호성을 줄이고 정확성을 높이기 위한 방안으로 온톨로지 기법을 적용한다.

본 논문에서는 CAN 기반 분산 제어 시스템을 위한 환경 명세 CORBA인 CAN-CORBA를 설계한다. CAN-CORBA의 ORB core는 다음과 같은 특성을 지닌다. (1) 기존의 접속 지향 점대점 통신뿐만 아니라 가입 기반(subscription-based)의 그룹 통신을 지워난다. 이를 통해, 결과적으로 전형적인 제어 시스템의 데이터 멀티캐스팅(multicasting) 요구를 한층 충족시킨다. (2) CORBA 메소드(method) 호출에 필요한 메시지 전송량을 크게 감소시킨다. CAN 같은 저속 브로드케스트(broadcast) 버스에서도 CORBA 메소트 호출의 오버헤드를 감당 할 수 있게 한다. 자연스럽게 두 종류의 통신 방법을 본 논문에서 제안한 매우 작은 크기의 ORB에 통합하기 위하여, 최대 4가지의 상위 통신규약을 지원할 수 있는 CAN의 전송층(Transport layer) 통신규약을 설계한다. 또한 서울대학교에서 이미 개발된 mArx라는 실시간 운영체제 환경에서 CAN-CORBA를 구현하였다. 성능 평가를 통하여 매우 제한적인 자원을 지니는 분산 내장형 제어 시스템 개발에 CORBA를 사용하는 것이 매우 적합하다는 결과를 보인다.

하천의 상류부터 하류까지 통합적이고 유기적인 수질관리를 통해 모든 생명에 젖줄이 될 수 있는 하천환경을 조성하는 방안을 모색하고 가용 수자원의 효율적 활용을 통해 건천화된 영산강의 유량을 풍부하게 하는 한편, 이상강우에 대비한 고품격 하천설계로 재해로부터 안전한 하천으로 역할을 수행할 수 있는 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 더욱 생물의 서식지를 복원하고 단절된 하천을 연계하여 BLUE-GREEN 네트워크를 형성하고 하천의 생물다양성을 증진하여 많은 동 식물들이 활동하고 서식하는 생태적으로 건전한 하천으로 조성하는 방안과 마한 및 백제문화의 산물인 영산강 유역의 역사유적과 황금박쥐 서식처 등과 같은 환경자원을 발굴 연계하여 미래지향적인 지역문화를 재창조하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미래지향적 인 지역문화를 창조하고 하천의 생물다양성을 증진하기 위해 가장 우선시 되어야 할 수질개선을 위해 영산강 유역에서 가장 시급한 문제점을 발굴하고 맑고 문제점 해결을 위한 대안을 설정하여 수질모델을 이용하여 대안에 따른 수질모델을 이용하여 수질개선 효과를 분석하였다.
