This paper studies the hermeneutical meaning and educational application of the teaching in "following the model" in the epistles. The film "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is also used analogically to supplement the educational communication. It has to be said that following the example involves not just talking about it but also living out the stories of self-renunciation, tolerance and forgiveness.

As business paradigm shifts toward the convergence of technology and industry, so-called the fourth industrial revolution, research and development on enterprises is becoming the core capability of growth momentum for the future. Accordingly, Management of Technology (MOT) is being paid attention to construct systematical planning and operations on technological strategy, thereby increasing the importance of cooperative relationship in MOT-relevant domains. Due to this reason, academia manages the family membership system that enables mutual collaborations between academia and industry to achieve their win-win strategy and makes customized cooperative systems to share their human and property resources systematically. Particularly, it is vital to operate the family membership system effectively and efficiently in the MOT domain because family enterprises need to endeavor the establishment of value-toward technology strategy within the framework of those cooperative systems. For such the purpose, this paper presents the analysis of the state-of-the art of the family membership system managed by Graduate School of Management of Technology at Pukyong National University. This paper also proposes vitalization strategies of this membership system so that famliy enterprises located in the east-southern area in Republic of Korea can gain MOT-oriented innovative capability.

Due to the emersion of J2EE (Java 2, Enterprise Edition), many enterprises inside and outside of the country have been developing the enterprise applications appropriate to the J2EE model. With the help of the component model of Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) which is the J2EE core technology, we can develop the distributed object applications quite simple. EJB application can be implemented by using the component-oriented object transaction middleware and the most applications utilize the distributed transaction. Due to these characteristics, EJB technology became popular and then the study for EJB based application has been done quite actively. However, the research of techniques for the performance monitoring during run-time of the EJB applications has not been done enough. In this paper, we propose the techniques for monitoring the performance of EJB Application on the run time. First, we explore the workflow for the EJB application service and classily the internal operation into several elements. The proposed techniques provide monitoring the performance elements between the classified elements. We can also monitor by extracting the performance information like state transition and process time of the bean which is related to the lifetime occurred during one workflow, and the resource utilization rate.

국가 보건의료체계(health care system)가 올바르게 기능하기 위해서는 의료체계를 구성하는 각 요소들간의 유기적인 상호 작용이 대단히 중요하다. 정보체계는 이러한 유기적인 상호 작용을 위해 보건의료체계의 각 영역에서 꼭 필요한 시스템이다. 보건의료 서비스를 효율적으로 생산하기 위해서 투입하는 자원의 개발과 배치 체계는 물론 생산된 보건의료 서비스를 소비자가 효과적으로 이용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 전달체계(delivery system)의 전과정에서 보건의료정보체계는 중요한 인프라가 되고 있다. 정보체계는 궁극적으로 보건의료체계가 지향하는 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 짜여져야 한다. 다시 말해, 의료체계의 각 하부영역에서 의료이용의 접근성(accessibility), 형평성(equity), 서비스의 의과학적 질(scientific technical quality), 포괄성(comprehensiveness) 등 보건의료체계가 추구하는 가치를 정보체계에서도 그대로 담아 낼 수 있어야 한다. 또한 정보체계를 구축하기 위한 요건으로 각 사업 영역별 표준화, 사업 영역간의 상호관계, 공공과 민간의 역할 분담, 정보 관련 시선과 인력, 정보기술 등의 인프라, 각 사업 영역별 정보화에서 담아야 할 정보 내용(contents, DB) 등에 대한 사전 기획이 수립되어야 한다. 그 동안 보건의료분야의 정보화사업은 1996년부터 보건소기관의 행정, 진료, 보건 업무지원을 위한 보건소정보화사업과, 1995년부터 초고속공공응용서비스 사업의 일환으로 추진해 온 전염병, 혈액유통, 장기이식, 외래진료예약, 원격진료, 응급의료, 원격치매진료 시스템 구축사업 등이 있으며, 응급의료, 혈액관리, 장기이식, 전염병정보, 외래진료예약시스템을 통합한 보건의료정보통합서비스시스템(1998년) 구축사업 등이 있었다. 이러한 사업들에 대해 현재 평가되고 있는 문제점들로는 정보화 사업에 대한 전략과 비젼이 부재한 상태에서 지나치게 정보기술 중심으로 추진되다 보니 보건의료 정보의 공유나 활용이 전혀 이루어지지 않거나 매우 제한적이었고, 시범사업의 경우는 초기 사업을 추진하기 위한 주체가 명확하지 않았고, 관련 인력의 훈련과 양성이 안 되었으며, 사업 확대를 위한 법적 기반의 취약, 정보화 사업이 부실한 데 대한 평가 기준과 대안 제시 등이 매우 취약한 것이 문제점으로 나타났다. 특히, 정보 내용과 DB 구축을 위한 표준화 등에 대한 사전 설계 부재는 개발된 정보시스템의 운영을 결정적으로 어렵게 만든 요인이 되고 있다. 전반적으로 기존의 정보화사업은 사업 추진을 위해서 꼭 필요한 비젼 수립, 비젼에 따른 목표 설정, 전략 개발, 관리체계 구축, 운영방안 수립 등 단계적인 정보화 계획이 부재한 것으로 평가되고 있어 보건의료정보체계 구축을 위한 종합 비젼 기획(ISP)이 시급한 실정이다.

Sports paradigm shift gave an opportunity to transform into production-oriented industry activities creating high value-added. Sports industrial cluster, organic union of qualitative industries producing and distributing of various sports derivative products, is necessary system in these sports paradigm shift. This study is intended to suggest the definition, construction, and direction for future of sports industrial cluster. In order to ensure the sustainable growth of sports industrial cluster, a growth strategy such as switching to the sementic cluster is needed. And the direction for future of sports industrial cluster were as following; finding the growth engine sports industry field according to the convergence, systematically promoting by setting the medium and long term development goals, constructing a wide industrial region for global competitiveness of sports industry.

최근 국제적인 여건과 사회적인 상황이 급변하여 대량생산-대량소비지향으로 인한 폐기물의 대량방출사회에서 지구환경보전을 중시하는 사회로 전환되어 가고 있다. 지구환경의 보전을 위하여 다양한 분야에서 각종 논의가 진행되고 있는 가운데 건축분야에서도 지구기후변화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있는 이산화탄소배출의 억제와 폐기물 삭감 등에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 최근 관심이 집중되고 있는 건축물의 장수명화와 리모델링도 이러한 움직임과 궤틀를 같이 하는 것이다. 물론 리모델링은 신축시장의 급감에 따른 대체시장으로서 검토되고 있는 측면이 더 크게 작용하고 있는 것도 사실이지만, 그동안 신축에 대한 집중적인 투자에 중점이 두어져 재고건축물에서 간과해 왔던 유지관리와 리모델링에 대한 중요성 인식이 결부되어 있다고 보여진다. 사실 지금까지 리모델링이 전혀 이루어지지 않았던 것이 아니라 일반건축물 부문에서는 상당부분 이루어져 왔으며, 공동주택 부문에서도 극소수 이루어져 왔다. 리모델링에 대한 정의와 개념을 어떻게 보느냐에 따라 많은 차이가 있을 수 있지만, 리모델링은 건축물 또는 외부공간의 성능 및 기능의 노후화나 진부화에 대응하여 보수, 수선, 개수, 부분증축 및 개축, 제거, 새로운 기능추가 및 용도변경에 이르는 광범위한 행위를 포함한다. 리모델링을 통하여 건축물의 성능을 유지하거나 향상시켜 쾌적하고 건강한 건축물의 재고 를 구축함과 아울러 건강한 지역환경을 조성하여 국민생활의 질적인 향상을가져옴으로써 환경을보전하 고 자원낭비를 줄여 지속가능한 건축물과 사회를 만들어 갈수있도록 하는 것이다. 건축물에서 리모델링을 하게 되는 동기는 시간이 흘러 물리적인 측면이나 기능적인 측면에서 노후화가 발생하거나 기능적인 요구가 변화함에 따라 건설당시의 성능이나 기능유지가 어렵거나 건설당시의 기능만으로는 요구조건을 만족함 수 없기 때문에 건설 당시의 수준을 유지하거나 새로운 요구에 적합하도록 향 상시키기 위해서는 물리적 또는 기능적인 개선이나 개량이 필요하기 때문이다. 물리적인 개선이나개량을위하여 중요한것은건축 물을 구성하는 자재나 부품의 수명문제이다. 수명의 길이차이가 건축물의 리모델링에 영향을 주고 있을 뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 수명의 자재나 부품의 접합상태가 리모델링 공사에 많은 영향을 미치게 된다. 리모델링 공사가 신축공사의 70-80% 정도의 공사비가 소요되기 때문에 리모델링 공사가 어렵다는 업체의 불만은 바로 이러한 점을 극명하게 드러내는 좋은 사례이다. 본 고는 이러한 측면에서 건축물의 장수명화를 근간으로 한 설비의 리모델링을 용이하게 하기 위한 건축 계획 및 구법에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 그리고 본 고는 기존건축물의 설비자체의 보수나 개수를 용이하게 하는 것에 초점이 맞추어진 것이 아니라 건축설계 및 시공시에 향후 설비부분을 용이하게 개.보수할 수 있도록 배려하는 측면을 중심으로 설명하였다.

In the GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) network, the transport layer between SGSN(Serving GPRS Support Node) and GGSN (Gateway GPRS Support Node) is based on IP-Over ATM Network. which means that the connectionless IP traffic is transmitted through connection oriented ATM transport layer. Efficient resource management is needed to perform connection and disconnection of the pertinent VC because of the connectionless IP traffic being passed through ATM transport layer In this paper, Internet Web service traffic model in the GPRS network is applied to the various VC holding Cost Pricing Model. each method is compared through analyzing each VC utilization and setup rate.

This study is made as part of an attempt to explore the citation dependency in the field of Korean sociology. 213 articles by 136 authors in by The Korean Sociological Association issued in $2001{\sim}2005$ were surveyed and their 10,172 references were analyzed. Main research results are as following : 1) Researchers in this field are fairly foreign literature oriented, and problem interest (sources of research ideas) was deriving from domestic literature, but theoretical resources was depending on foreign literature almost. 2) The foreign citation dependency of 'Foreign Doctor' appeared greatly higher than that of 'Domestic Doctor', therefore, the country of doctor' degree and the citation dependency was close correlation. 3) Foreign citation dependency appeared high even research to Korea society.

Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is the body which manages the allocation and registration of global Internet IP addresses and domain names. As a gesture to overcome the dependency on the U.S. government, ICANN and the U.S. Department of Commerce jointly made the Affirmation of Commitment in which they submitted the workings of ICANN to the supervision of a council of Internet experts. Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT) is one of four teams created for this purpose. In December 2010, ATRT made 27 recommendations, which were subsequently approved by the ICANN Board. These reform efforts of ICANN provide significant implications for the future of Korean Internet governance. Korea should enhance the compatibility of its domestic decision making process related to Internet addresses with the private sector driven, bottom-up process of global Internet governance. In order to increase the involvement of private sector and civil society, it is recommended for Korea to formalize the mechanism for bottom-up process. Insertion of a new provision concerning a bottom-up process into the Internet Addresses Act should be considered.
