Many studies and policies are suggested for customer satisfaction to survive in multimedia content service markets. there are policies like a segregating the clients using the contents service and allocating the media server's resources distinctively by clusters using the cluster analysis method of CRM. The problem of this policy is fixed allocation of media server resources. It is inefficient for costly media server resource. To resolve the problem and enhance the utilization of media server resource, the ACRFA (Adaptive Client Request Filtering Algorithm) was suggested per cluster to allocate media server resources by flexible resource allocation method.

EU는 세계 3위의 어업생산지역임에도 불구하고 가공어류와 양식수산물에 대한 세계 최대의 소비시장을 가진 탓에 만성적인 수산물 공급부족을 겪고 있다. 이에 따라 EU는 일찍부터 제3국과의 어업협정을 통한 원양어장 진출을 적극적으로 추진해 왔다. EU의 원양어장 진출정책을 시기별로 분류하면 1세대 유형에서부터 4세대 유형으로 구분가능하다. 수역별로는 크게 유럽북부와 남부수역으로 분리되어 있으나, 어업협정 유형으로는 북유럽형, 발틱형, 북미형, 중남미형, 그리고 ACP형으로 세분화 할 수 있다. EU는 특히 대부분의 쌍무어업협정을 아프리카, 인도양, 서태평양 연안국들과 맺고 있어, 이들 국가와의 쌍무적 어업관계가 EU 원양어업정책에 있어 매우 중요하다. 최근 원양어장의 자원부족현상이 점차 심각해짐에 따라 EU 위원회는 그들의 공동어업정책 개혁안에 제3국과의 어업협력강화 방안을 수립하였다. 이는 연안국과의 어업관계를 단순입어에서 동반자적 입어관계로 발전시키는 한편, 어업 외적인 부문의 협력을 포함하는 포괄적 접근 정책을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 EU의 움직임은 단순한 어획쿼터할당에 대한 입어료지급 방식은 조업국과 연안국 간의 신뢰관계 증진에 그다지 도움이 되지 못한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 조업국은 연안국에 대한 자원관리기술을 지원해 주고, 자원평가에도 공동으로 참여함으로써 양국간 협력적 수산자원관리정책을 지향하도록 하여야 한다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

Since the country's opening to the world, China's rapid economic growth has resulted in strong demand for a wide variety of mineral commodities. During the same period, China's mineral production increased sharply. China's increased mineral production and demand affected the worldwide availability of minerals and metals, the market prices, and trade. Ministry of Land and Resources of China (MLR) planned to build as many as 10 strategic mineral reserve, including reserves of aluminium, copper, manganese, uranium, and other mineral that the country urgently needed. In white paper of China's mineral resources, China is planning the mineral resources conservation and its reasonable utilization, domestic supply increase of resources, activation of cooperative development with foreign partners, balance in resources development and environment conservation, and sustainable resources management as the mineral resources policies for the China's economic development.

This study aims at finding impact of cultural and sports characteristics on urban growth. For the empirical analysis, this study uses unique urban resources associated with four categories (Social, Traffic, Cultural and Sports, and Spatial characteristics) among 228 cities and towns using a semi-log multiple regression analysis. The result shows that various local resources have significant impacts on urban growth in terms of population, industry, and fiscal self-reliance ratio. Impressively, cultural and sports resources are relatively beneficial for the urban growth. For the population and industrial growth, expanding public sports facilities and professional sports facilities can be more efficient. For solid local finance, typically focusing on professional sports facilities that have far-reaching ripple effects are useful. The conclusion for this study shows that urban growth policy should prioritize the cultural and sports resources because it can be more effective way to enhance not only for urban growth but also for quality of citizens' life.

코로나19의 확산으로 야기된 경기침체를 극복하기 위해 세계 각국이 적극적인 확장 재정정책을 도입하고 있다. 1930년대 대공황 시기와 비교되며 '뉴딜식' 정책이 제안되기도 하는데, 그중 하나가 이른바 '그린뉴딜'이다. 그린뉴딜은 경기부양을 목적으로 환경 분야 지출을 확대하는 것으로서, 재정정책과 환경정책 두 가지 측면의 효과를 모두 '주목적'으로 하는 정책 수단이다. 우리 정부도 경기를 부양하고 포스트 코로나19 시대에 대응하기 위해 그린뉴딜을 한 축으로 하는 '한국판 뉴딜' 정책 추진 방안을 발표하였다. 최근 녹색전환과 기후변화 대응의 필요성에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지면서 그린뉴딜 추진 방안과 관련하여 다각도로 구체적인 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 이 글은 환경 분야 사업을 그린뉴딜 방식으로 추진할 때 기대되는 재정 정책 및 환경정책 측면에서의 효과를 고찰하는 한편 향후 국내 코로나19로 야기되는 경기침체에 대응하기 위한 목적으로 그린뉴딜을 추진할 때 염두에 두어야 할 정책적 고려사항을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the present workfamily balance policy and suggest a vision for moving forward. First, this study identified the scope of the workfamily balance policy and assessed the importance of this policy in relation to other family-related policies. Second, we evaluated the workfamily balance policy from the perspective of family resource management. Third, we suggested orientations and strategies for better policymaking from this same viewpoint.

Collection Development Policy(CDP) is the master plan for managing libraries and information centers through which the features and categories of collections are defined and sorted. The National Digital Library therefore needs to determine its manifest principles based on CDP regarding the magnitude of acquisition, the acquisition priority and the magnitude of purchases. This paper pertains to the principal model for NDL Collection Development Policy as a primer for establishing NDL Collection Development Policy in order to illustrate essential elements of national collection development policy and provide general guidelines for NDL Collection Development Policy. To propose an independent Collection Development Policy appropriate for NDL by analyzing cases in digital resource development policies. To guide establishing principles for determining the types and magnitude of NDL collection acquisition, prioritizing acquisition, making decisions on purchase magnitude and licensing. To identify the essential elements in systematic development of national digital information resources; and to propose a model for NDL's CDP accordingly.

Due to the rapid changes of information environment, the libraries are needed to consider not only analog resources but also digital resources for collection development policy to fit the digital age. However, the libraries have difficulties to build digital collection development policy for collecting and archiving the digital resources because different from the analog resources, characteristics of digital information resources are not contained in physical medium and not allowed ownership but remote access by licensing. Especially, national libraries that have the mission to collect, preserve and transmit knowledge and cultural heritage to the next generation face even more serious challenges. This study intends to figure out the core elements of digital collection development policy through comparison of domestic and overseas national library policies tried to overcome the difficulties.
