After the IMF bailout, the Environment of Domestic Construction Industry had changed dramatically. Before the IMF, Domestic Construction Firms are secured by the government regulations and some traditional practices. However, due to the following reasons: a decrease in public works, an increase in uncertainty of market prediction, the change of bid system, and increase in construction firms, recently the competition among construction firms has became keen. Under the serious competition, in order that medium-size construction firms survive in the construction market, it is need to establish the strategy that could increase productivity. In order to establish the strategy, firstly, construction firms should set up an appraisal standard of construction firms. Consequently, This study will introduce companies' objective appraisal in domestic construction market as well as basal data for setting-up strategy through adaptation industry structure analysis of business administration for strategic group analysis and a company which has lagged behind competitive power among the competitive companies can choose a target strategic group which should be pursued it in the future through being classified according to a group taken analogical strategy.

IMO, IALA는 e-Navigation 전략과 해사 서비스를 개발하고, 해상자원에 대한 유일 번호체계 도입을 위한 해상자원명 지침을 개발하고 있으며, 항로표지 등의 해양정보를 해사안전 국제 공통 표준(S-100)에 기반한 정보 표준 및 관련 서비스 표준을 개발 중에 있다. 해상교통시설을 기반으로 항로표지, 해양기상 정보 등 다양한 정보를 수집/관리 하고 있으므로, 항로표지 관련정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 육상 및 해상 사용자로의 활용 증대를 위해 항로표지 정보의 스마트화 전략이 요구 된다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지 스마트화 전략의 핵심 요소인 항로표지 정보 표준에 기반한 체계 구축, 유일번호 부여 및 활용을 위한 해상자원명 적용 방안을 소개하고, 이러한 핵심 기술을 활용한 항로표지 정보의 스마트화 전략을 제시 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to verify what kind of influence do strategic factors (clarification of outsourcing goals, clarification of outsourcing scope, co-sourcing, management of supply businesses, and human resource participation) have on marketing performance factors (improvement of service quality, customer satisfaction, and improvement of employees' ability). Another purpose is to examine whether the influence of strategic factors of outsourcing on marketing performance differ depending on the outsourcing motives and the degree of human resources outsourcing. Hypothesis of influences of strategic factors of outsourcing on marketing performance is verified. The study shoes that co-sourcing has a significant influence on improvement of service quality, participation of human resources on improvement of service quality and employees' ability, and management of supply businesses on customer satisfaction and improvement of employees' ability. However, the study indicates that clarification of outsourcing goals and outsourcing scope do not affect variables in marketing performance.

디지털 자원의 장기보존을 위한 기법과 전략은 지속적인 관심 속에서 개발되어 오고 있다. 특히, 웹 자원에 대한 의존도가 증폭될수록 웹 아카이빙에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IIPC에서 제시하는 웹 아카이빙 체인의 네 단계에 해당하는 각 단계별 웹 아카이빙 툴과 그 특성을 살펴보았다. 대상이 되는 웹 아카이빙 도구는 총 9개로서, Heritrix, DeepArc, Web Curator Tool, NetarchiveSuite, BnFArcTools, Wayback, NutchWAX, WERA 그리고 Xinq 등이다.

정보화의 선진국인 미국은 정보전 시대에서는 인적자원의 능력에 따라 전쟁의 승패가 좌우됨으로 교육을 통해 관련 개념을 통일시키고, 통일된 개념 하에 소요되는 인력을 분야별로 육성 및 관리하여 수행해야 할 작전 범위와 영역에 적합하게 조직화를 시키고, 수행절차를 각종 규정을 통해 강력하게 추진하고 있는데 우리도 이와 같은 선진국의 사례를 분석하여 단순히 소프트웨어나 하드웨어, 기술적인 도구를 확보하면 정보보호가 가능하다는 생각에서 벗어나 개념정립으로부터, 방어전략의 수립, 규정과 지침작성, 필요한 인적자원의 확보 및 관리, 작전수행 방법의 정립, 필요한 기술의 확보 등 체계적인 준비가 필요할 것으로 판단이 된다.

With the sample of Middle East crude oil imported to South Korea, this study empirically analyzes the effectiveness of the risk management strategies using derivatives such as futures and options. Assuming the hedging period of one to twelve months, it considers a spot purchasing strategy, 1 : 1 futures hedge strategy, OLS-based minimum-variance futures hedge strategy, buying call option strategy, and collar transaction strategy. According to the ex-ante result, using the derivatives of futures or options makes lower the procurement costs when the crude oil prices is increasing. With the hedging period less than or equal to six months, the hedging strategy using futures turns out to be superior in terms of procurement cost reduction and hedging effectiveness improvement. In contrast, the hedging strategies of buying call option and collar transaction would generate better results when the hedging program last over six months.

Knowledge resources are classified with two groups, the records produced by internal parts of company and general information materials from external organizations. Production, acquisition, storage, retrieval and utilization patterns of two groups became similar due to digitization of knowledge resources. And separated RM and IM should be changed integrated management concept. This paper compares RM and IM based on KM governance strategy and several methods to integrate RM and IM. Especially the selection and identification of knowledge resources, information systems to be integrated and the methods of integration and integrators of public enterprises are presented.

Sustainable resource management(SRM) is regarded as the core strategy to achieve Dematerialisation and Decoupling of economic growth from the use of natural resources and environmental degradation. This paper presents status SRM policy and research in worldwide, and analyzes decoupling of economic activity from energy consumption of domestic manufacturing, using decoupling factor. Also This paper suggests methodologies and strategies of SRM in Korea. SRM is established through various analysis and survey as following; forecasting of resource demand, material flow analysis and value chain analysis, resource market structure analysis. Through these analysis, we can obtain hot-spot and solution of environmental burden, recycling market management, recycling technology and best-optimal supply rate of primary and secondary resource. In Korea, resource management system must be linked with national and regional material flow analysis, and it is necessary to make SRM-law of national dimension for effective run of sustainable resource management system.

컴퓨터의 각종 응용 시스템들이 다루는 데이타의 양과 복잡도가 높아짐에 따라 이를 효율적으로 다루기 위해 메타-데이타(meta-data)의 중요성이 날로 부각되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 DBMS의 기능은 조직체내의 데이타의 사용을 기술하고 제어하는 메타 데이타인 정보 자원(information resource)의 관리에는 그 기능이 미치지 못하고 있다. 최근들어, 이런 정보 자원들을 효율적으로 다루기 위해 차세대 정보 관리 시스템으로서 정보 자원 사전 시스템(Information Resource Dictionary System)이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 표준화중인 정보 자원 사전 시스템을 분석하고, IRDS 서비스 인터페이스를 관계 DBMS를 기반으로 설계하고 구현하였으며, 이를 응용하여 그 효용성을 실험하였다.
