Development of Integrated Water Resources Knowledge Management System (수자원 통합지식관리시스템 개발)

  • 최근 들어 수자원관리에 있어서도 다양한 이해당사자의 참여 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 수자원과 함께 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적인 요소의 고려도 요구되고 있다. 이에 부응하기 위하여 수자원관리자들은 통합수자원관리의 실현을 위한 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통합수자원관리에 필요한 지식관리시스템(www.water21.net)을 구축하였다. 수자원 통합지식관리시스템에서는 지식을 구조화/체계화하기 위하여 관리계획의 준비, 모델의 구성, 계획의 수립, 계획의 평가 등 4단계로 구성된 프로세스 온톨로지(Ontology)를 개발하고 적용하였으며, 수자원관련 지식의 효율적인 유통체계를 구축하기 위하여, 물 관련 지식의 허브 역할을 수행할 수 있는 버퍼 개념을 도입하고, 지식제공자들과 '물관련 지식공유협약'의 체결을 추진하고 있다. 통합수자원관리에는 다양한 이해당사자의 참여와 생태, 환경, 사회, 경제적 요소에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 하지만 이를 실현하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 본 연구에서 개발된 수 자원통합 지식관리시스템은 사용자들에게 물관련 정보를 빠르고 체계적으로 제공함으로써 이에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 줄여줄 것이다. 또한 국가적으로는 물관련 분야의 지식기반을 구축하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서, 작업분배에 대한 보다 효율적인 계획을 스스로 결정하고, 이를 지속적으로 개선하는 'Self-Growing Engine' 기반 적응시스템을 제안한다. 최근, 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 다양한 제약사항을 극복하기 위해, 주변의 여러 컴퓨팅 단말기들의 유휴자원을 공유하여 하나의 작업을 처리하는 그리드 컴퓨팅 개념을 무선환경에 적용하려는 연구가 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 이때, 대부분의 기존 연구들은 그리드 컴퓨팅에 참여하는 단말기들의 리소스 상태만 고려하여 작업을 할당하는 방식을 취하고 있다. 따라서 상대적으로 작업효율이 낮은 단말기에서 작업이 할당되는 경우도 생기게 된다. 제안 시스템에서는 보다 효율적인 작업분배 결정을 위해, 다양한 사항을 고려하여 적절한 단말기를 선택하며, 각 작업수행결과를 history로 저장하며, 이후에 같은 요청이 있을 때 이를 분석하여 보다 적절한 단말기를 선택하도록 스스로 진화하는 특성을 갖는다. 우리는 제안 시스템의 평가를 위해, 데스크 탑에서 프로토타입을 구현하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 그 결과를 통해 제안시스템의 효율성을 증명하였다.

  • 최근 스마트폰이 급속히 보급됨에 따라 이동 환경에서의 협업 수행을 지원하기 위한 협업시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 일반적인 협업시스템은 컴퓨터 인프라 기반의 자원 공유와 통신 등의 기능을 활용하여 효율적인 공동작업 수행 환경을 제공한다. 무선 인터넷 기반의 이동 환경의 등장은 이러한 협업시스템을 활용할 수 있는 새로운 장을 열었지만, 이동 환경을 고려한 협업 기능의 표준화된 정의 와 이를 지원하는 프레임워크의 부재로 인하여 쉽게 개발되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이동 환경을 효과적으로 지원하는 협업시스템을 개발하기 위하여 모바일 협업서비스를 정의하고 이를 명세하였다. 이동 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 일반적인 협업 상황들을 분석하고 이를 모바일 협업서비스로 정의하여 분류하였다. 그리고 협업시스템을 위한 효과적인 프레임워크를 개발하기 위하여 정의된 모바일 협업서비스를 정형적으로 명세하였으며, 이를 통하여 모바일 협업서비스의 표준화 방향을 제시한다.

  • Paradigm shift in government services means the evolution to the service with active participation based on information technology. Opening public information proceeds to an extent that private sector participation can be a basis and driving force, and extends to a stage that free and practical use is possible for private sector. Therefore, the government is preparing for legal and institutional foundation for various fields. The government needs to build open network from user-oriented point of view rather than provider-centric point of view, improve communication, and change the way of working due to the fact that flexible and rapid business process is required. It is time to prepare development plans for public the functions of platform-type government that public sector can participate in the role of government, create new value, and give rise to innovation in order to change the functionality of the government and meet the new needs of citizen. This study tries to analyze platform-type government and to study efficient role allocation for sharing resources including informant and system between the government and the private sector, focusing on innovation of public information sharing.

An Efficient Lookup Mechanism for Unstructured Peer-to-Peer Considering IP Distribution (ISP별 IP분포를 고려한 비구조적 Peer-to-Peer에서의 Lookup 기법)

  • Lookup Is one of important factors for network traffic on peer-to-peer network. Especially, large amount of network resources are required for lookup process in p2p file sharing system that clients use the dynamic If and they import to p2p network in random. In this paper, we employ efficient lookup mechanism which searches lookup with the combined information of ISP key values and the extracted key values from SHA-1 hashing function for shared contents id. The proposed mechanism efficiently searches files on the network because the mechanism processes P2P lookup with consideration the routing information of ISP. We suggest the adapted simulation environment based upon the famous file sharing system of emule P2P and experiment the proposed system.

  • Mobile P2P Service can compose free network from one client to another without central server function. Diversified Information & Data are able to be transmitted among peer to peer based upon extended mobile concept. In this paper Mobile P2P Service is applied to the program which gathering, sharing, analysis agricultural information and the natural disasters Information We desire to authenticate request about service to user who is administered between each user to limit connection. Wish to admit authentication mechanism to mechanism that can do information sharing suety in P2P environment to solve this in this treatise and design authentication mechanism.

Interorganizational Information System Asymmetry and Supply Chain Performance (조직간 정보시스템 비대칭과 공급망 성과)

  • Notwithstanding the big potential benefits from interorganizational information systems (IOS), not very many companies have realized these benefits. In an attempt to explain this phenomenon, this study proposes a new construct of IOS asymmetry which refers to the asymmetry in information transparency between supply chain (SC) partners. When there is IOS asymmetry in SC relationships, IOS may not facilitate seamless information exchange among SC partners. Instead, IOS asymmetry may result in SC inefficiencies due to a lack of information sharing. The objective of this study is to empirically investigate whether IOS asymmetry exists in practice and whether it influences SC performance negatively. The data was collected from 130 matched pairs of upstream SC partners in manufacturing industries. The results show that IOS asymmetry indeed decreases overall SC performance. Also, the relationship between IOS asymmetry and SC performance is strengthened under the conditions of high environmental uncertainty.

  • The Flexible Management System (FMS) consists of parallel and concurrent machines, pieces of equipment, and carrying systems classified as buffers, tools, and routers, respectively. The concurrent flow of multiple productions in a system is competed with one another for resources and this resulting competition can cause a deadlock in FMS. Since a deadlock is a condition in which the excessive demand for the resources being used by others causes activities to stop, it is very important to detect and prevent a deadlock. Herein a new algorithm has been studied in order to detect and prevent deadlocks, after defining a relationship between the general places and resource share places in Petri nets like as DAPN: Deadlock Avoidance Petri Net. For presenting the results, the suggested algorithms were also adapted to the models that demonstrated FMS features.

  • P2P (Peer to Peer) is part that is discussed much in the latest Internet and is interested. P2P changes the structure of Client-Server into Information sharing between client that is the structure of p2p. But perfect P2P system has many problems awaiting solution. In this treatise we can realize network communication to compose one virtual server and one virtual client which is intergrated several client and distributed computer that decentralize network traffic into the traffic of several pc by sharing resource and cpu between client. Our nam purpose is not real P2P system but realization, organization of the P2P internet system which is composed by distributed computing and network load balancing in P2P internet system environment.

Purchase and Acquisition Order System for sharing on factory (공유 온 팩토리 서비스를 위한 수발주 시스템)

  • In accordance with the industrial convergence regulation sandbox decision promoted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the "machine tool sharing service in the factory" applied for by MyMaker Co., Ltd., an industry-academia cooperation company, was granted a demonstration exception. While implementing this, in a situation where the ordering service part had to be developed as software, the company's domain problems were identified and analyzed, procedures were established, and a system was designed that met the related requirements. As a joint research and development project to solve the difficulties of the LINC+ industry, the order-to-order system was finally developed for shared factory services. In accordance with the procedure and requirements analysis, the planning, design, prototyping, and implementation production stages were carried out. Finally, it was confirmed that the final development contents were well implemented according to the requirements, and the resolution of the difficulties was confirmed through functional verification demonstrations.
