The ovate pontic was first described by Dewey and Zugsmith in 1933, but used clinically as a clinical alternative for esthetics in the late 1990s. The ovate pontic has been suggested as a more accurate duplication of emergence profile for natural teeth to provide an esthetic, cleanable prosthesis. If the resin temporary prosthesis with the ovate pontic is used during the healing period after the tooth extraction, it is possible to preserve the interdental papilla and eliminate or minimize the black triangle between the teeth. Ultimately it can become a esthetic final restoration without saliva leakage and phonetic discomfort. In this case we tried to treat the maxillary anterior area by the use of the ovate pontic and minimize the loss of the interdental papilla via duplicate the emergence profile of the natural tooth.

본 논문에서는 자연언어 처리를 기반으로 한 질의응답 시스템을 설계하며 그 대상을 호텔 예약 시스템으로 한다. 시스템은 크게 언어 해석부, 문맥 처리부, 화제 처리부 및 한국어 생성부로 구성한다. 언어 처리부에서는 단일화 문법을 적용하여 사용자가 입력한 질의문을 해석하며 그 해석결과로부터 이 후 질의응답에 사용되는 정보들인 술어, 각 명사구들의 의존 관계치 및 의미 제약치를 얻어 낸다. 문맥처리를 수행하여 생략문 등에 의해 결핍된 정보들을 추출함으로서 정보의 손실을 보완한다. 이 정보들을 이용하여 사용자와 시스템간의 자연스러운 대화를 진행하기 위한 화제처리를 수행하며, 최종적으로 화제 처리부에서 파악한 화자의 의도를 기초로 사용자가 요구한 정보를 제공하고 계속된 대화진행을 위해 적절한 한국어를 생성해 주는 한국어 생성부를 거치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 호텔 예약이라는 정해진 영역하에서 자연언어처리에 의해 추출한 술어, 각 명사구들의 의존관계치 및 의미제약치 정보들을 이용하여 문맥처리와 화제처리를 수행함으로서 더욱 효율적인 질의응답 시스템을 구현할 수 있음을 보인다.

In this study, an equation is proposed to estimate the limit velocity for lateral stable bed in a curved channel stream. The stable bed on lateral direction is satisfied when there is no more deformation occurs on the transverse bed slope and non-scouring condition in a bend. A theoretical equation for limit velocity is derived using a transverse bed slope model. So, the limit velocity has its theoretical background in the equilibrium of two forces, lateral shear force at the bed due to longitudinal flow and the corresponding lateral bed shear force. To verify the equation, data from four natural river channels were used. There is good agreement between the calculated values using this equation and the measured values. The corrections in equation was found to be correlated with the averaged particle Froude number.

The TUI system Modeling Language(TML) developed in this research can be used for designing TUI system with concerning about TUI's characters. For design to be concerned about physical property of tangibles and control device and digital media, TML can be a framework to give a definition of each property and be used for designing action and reaction process separately. And it would be the guideline to represent interaction's dynamic property through showing parallel information flows among objects. Finally, for verification TML's suitability, TUI system to which TML was applied was developed.

In dental esthetics, soft tissue plays an important part, probably very large portion of it. A clear understanding of the periodontal tissues and its management around teeth and implants help us to develop concepts for a modern dental treatment that addresses the needs of demanding patients in regard of esthetics and durability. When we talk about esthetic, we can say that one of the most important element is a harmonization with gingiva (soft tissue) called 'Pink Esthetic' As for the pink esthetics, gingival line(contour) takes most of the influence on esthetic result; it consists of labial gingival level, interproximal papilla height, and a line that connects them. In the gingival recession, labial gingival level and gingival contour move to the apical portion, and the root area is exposed. It leads to the unesthetic result. Root coverage technique is classically used to treat gingival recession (marginal tissue recession) of natural teeth. It is an essential technique on periodontal plastic surgery part. It is also a very useful technique to recover soft tissue problems in implant dentistry. So, root coverage technique must be mastered for a good implant esthetic result. The general overview of root coverage procedures will be discussed with step by step explanation to get more esthetic result.

Surgical extrusion, immediate extrusion following tooth luxation, is a method to preserve one's natural tooth and achieve esthetic restoration without additional periodontal surgery when subgingival dental caries or crown fracture occurs. A 16-year-old male was referred to the clinic from the department of operative dentistry for the esthetic restoration of maxillary left lateral incisor. Due to the crown to root fracture, the tooth was endodontically treated with a buccal crown length of 4 mm. When the palatal flap was elevated, the mesiopalatal cervical fracture area was situated 3-4 mm subgingivally. Crown lengthening was achieved through surgical extrusion. After 3 months of clinical observation and provisional restoration, the maxillary left central incisor was restored with all ceramic crown and obtained a satisfactory clinical result.

Complete denture prosthodontics includes replacement of natural teeth and associated maxillary and mandibular structures for full edentulous patients. The final objectives of prosthodontic treatment include esthetic and functional rehabilitation. Because the esthetic demand of senior patients has increased esthetic requirement should not be overlooked in denture treatment. In complete denture treatment, attempts have been made to reproduce tooth wear, arrangement, recession of cervical gingiva, staining, improved gingival shade and so on. This 61 year old female patient came to the Department of Prosthodontics with the chief complaint that dentures made 5 years ago in a local clinic were broken and did not fit well. The patient put more emphasis on fabrication of natural and esthetic dentures than recovery of masticatory function. Remake of maxillary complete denture and mandibular implant retained overdenture was planned. In order to create esthetic and natural contour, Aesthetic Color Set Easy system$^{(R)}$ (Candulor dental GmbH, Wangen, Germany) was used to make complete dentures reproducing various gingival shades. Patient's esthetic satisfaction was high. When complete denture prosthodontics treatment involves appropriate expression of individual characteristics in addition to proper selection of esthetic materials, treatment will give satisfaction to both dentist and patient.

전 세계적으로 이상 고온, 폭우, 가뭄, 지진, 해일 등이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 그 피해 규모도 앞으로 계속 커질 전망이다. 경제활동의 주체인 기업이 이러한 자연 재해로 인하여 지속적이고 안정적으로 운영되지 못하게 된다면 이는 기업자체는 물론 치 열한 글로벌 경쟁체제 속에서 국가경쟁력향상에 상당한 타격을 줄 수 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 기업은 선진국에 비해 상대적으로 자연재해 발생 시 체계적인 방재시스템을 구축하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자연재해저감기술 개발의 필요성과 선진국가의 사례들을 통한 우리나라의 자연재해저감기술이 나아갈 방향성을 모색하고자 한다.

This study is presents model testing to evalute daylighting performance in Atrium Building. There are several methods fof the prediction of Daylighting level in a Atrium Building, But they are not sufficient to estimate intreior daylight level of each different hights onleaner Atrium Building. In this study provide with making the model to estimate the environmental effect for the daylight on leaner Atrium, measuring the model in 80 variable sky condition, building direction, interior length-width ratio through the variation of floor-hight and space ratio.
