액티브시니어 여가활동 참여자의 자아존중감이 행복감에 미치는 영향연구

  • 본 연구는 액티브시니어 여가활동 참여자의 자아존중감과 노년의 삶의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 액티브시니어들이 미래를 준비하는 여가활동의 중요성이 부각되어야 할 시점에서 미래지향적인 사고방식과 생활 의식을 보유하고 있으며 기존 고령자와 경제적 가치관등의 뚜렸한 차이를 보이고 있는 액티브시니어 여가활동 참여자의 자아존중감이 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 것은 100세 시대를 준비하는 액티브시니어의 보다 만족스러운 성공적인 노화와 행복한 삶을 극대화 시킬 수 있으리라 연구의 필요성을 제기하는 바이다.

Effect of Image Making Education on Self-Esteem and Education Satisfaction (이미지메이킹 교육이 자아존중감과 교육만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among image making education, self-esteem and education satisfaction using airline service department in the university. In this study, 2 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. Questionnaire was also developed based on previous studies. A convenience sample of 240 students was surveyed and 218 usable questionnaires were analyzed. According to the exploratory factor analysis, image making education was divided into 'external image education', 'basic character education' and 'manner education'. Self-esteem, on the other hand, was categorized into the following variables: 'sense of value' and 'esteem' accordingly. Then the data and hypotheses were examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) by AMOS. The results are as follows. Firstly, 'external image' and 'manner education' have positive effect on 'sense of value' while manner education has effect on 'esteem'. Secondly, 'sense of value' and 'esteem' factor have positive effects on education satisfaction. Hence continuous and systematic education should be conducted to administer 'image making curriculum'. Self-esteem should also be taught in schools to encourage student's satisfaction on education. The contribution and limitations of this research were discussed and the future possible researches were mentioned.

The Effects of Individualism/Collectivism Disposition on Adopting the Information according to the Types of Information (정보형태에 따른 정보수용에 대한 개인주의/집단주의 성향의 효과)

  • 본 연구는 개인주의-집단주의 문화 개념을 도입하여, 타인의 의견이나 집단규범이 내포된 합의정보와 제품의 속성이 나타난 속성정보가 불일치한 상황에 접했을 때 개인의 문화지향성에 따라 정보의 수용과정에 차이가 있는지를 탐구하였다. 본 연구는 접근성-진단성 프레임웍에 근거하여 정보의 수용과정 모델을 개발하고 이를 중국 및 한국의 개별소비자차원에서 검증하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 소비자의 개인주의-집단주의 성향에 따라 불일치 정보의 수용과정이 다르게 나타났다. 집단주의 성향의 소비자들은 합의정보의 합의성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 합의정보의 집단자아 접근성과 집단동조 진단성 수준이 증가하여 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 속성정보의 속성성 지각수준을 높게 지각할수록 속성정보의 개인자아 접근성과 개인화가치 진단성이 증가하여 개인의견반영의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 개인주의성향의 소비자들은 속성정보의 속성성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 개인화가치 진단성 수준이 높아져 개인의견반영의도가 높아지며, 합의정보의 합의성 수준을 높게 지각할수록 집단자아 접근성 수준이 높아져 집단의견수용의도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out what self-reflection, relationship reflection, gratitude and happiness reflection, and social reflection among the sayings of Confucius in the Analects of Confucius are reinterpreted in various ways depending on the times and what meaning they contain today. Self-reflection is the process of considering one's identity, values, emotions, thoughts, and actions. Humans grow through reflection because they can identify their own problems, acknowledge their mistakes, find opportunities for improvement, and set a direction for the future. Confucius pursued the life of a gentleman as a person who constantly reflects on his life and grows. We classified it into the four categories presented above and examined them. In an era of coexistence with generative AI, Confucius' reflective life and teachings are recognized as important values in modern society in terms of human-centered value orientation, mature human relationships, and continuous social value realization, and reflection on happiness is the best attitude to life.

The Relationship between Consumption Value of Sports Products, Upward Comparison Propensity, and Post-Purchase Happiness in Adolescence

  • This paper aims to investigate the relationship between consumption value of sports products, upward consumption propensity, and post-purchase happiness among adolescents. The subjects of the study were extracted from adolescents in Chungcheong-do by convenience sampling method, and 257 people were used in the final analysis. Statistical methods were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, social value and exploratory value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, were shown to have a significant effect on upward consumption propensity, but functional value and self-value were found to be statistically insignificant. Second, social value, self-value, and functional value, which are sub-factors of consumption value, had a significant effect on post-purchase happiness, but exploratory value was found to be statistically insignificant. Third, the upward comparison propensity was found to have a significant effect on post-purchase happiness.

  • In this study, production of the psychological characteristics of college, and work values, and adjusting to college by examining the relationship between the impact and importance of college life was to become the basis of map. The results of this study First, the psychological characteristics of college production to adjust to college has a positive effect. In particular, self-esteem, how the formation of ego identity doeneunyae adjustment to college so well that the results could be obtained. Second, the psychological characteristics of college production value of the job was not found to affect the formation. Finally, the work value adjustment to college life was not affected by.

  • 최근 들어 브랜드 개성이 소비자들의 마음속에 지각된 브랜드를 차별화 시킬 수 있는 중요한 수단이라는 인식이 증가하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 브랜드 개성에 대한 연구는 아직까지 체계적인 연구가 진행되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 브랜드의 자아표현적 역할에 초점을 맞추어 브랜드 개성이 소비자행동에 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 자아이미지와의 일치성과 관련하여 실증적으로 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 소비자들은 브랜드의 개성이 자신의 이미지와 일치할 때 해당 브랜드에 더욱 호감을 갖고 있었다. 특히, 제품에 대해 상징적 가치를 높게 지각하고 있는 헤도닉 태도가 높은 소비자의 경우에는 브랜드 개성과의 자아이미지 일치성이 브랜드 태도에 중요한 영향을 미치나, 헤도닉 태도가 낮은 소비자의 경우는 브랜드 개성과 자아이미지의 일치성이 브랜드 태도 형성에 중요하게 고려되지 못하였다.

Comparison on Cosmetic Impulse Buying, Personality Characteristic, and Self-image of College Women Based on Lifestyle (여대생의 라이프스타일에 따른 화장품충동구매와 성격특성 및 자아이미지의 비교)

  • The college students selected by random sampling were classified into several groups by their cosmetic impulse buying pattern, personality characteristics, and self-image that cause them. Their life styles, cosmetic impulse buying pattern, personality characteristics, and self-image were the subjects of comparative analysis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows. The lifestyles of college women are classified into seven styles; the style faithful to intellectual self, the style to participate actively in society, the style to pursue western value, the style to prefer decorating life, the style to pursue sound value, the passive others-oriented style and the style to pursue traditional life. Among them, the style faithful to intellectual self and the style to participate actively in society, and the style to pursue western value are shown to be important dimensions. When these lifestyles are classified, they are classified into the sound western-oriented style, the style to pursue conservative intelligence, the style to pursue active decoration, and the style to pursue traditional life. The western-oriented style and pursue active decoration style were more impulse buying orientated. But the pursue conservative intelligence style and pursue traditional life style showed quite different tendencies. These personality characteristics and self-image were supposd to contribute to their impulse buying.

  • Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty. The Effects of Psychomotor program on the Childcare Efficacy and Ego Resilience of Child care teachers (심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Psychomotor program on the child care teacher's ego resilience and childcare efficacy. The subjects of this study are childcare teachers of eight daycare centers in J-gu, Seoul. The final subjects were 18 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group. Psychomotor program was provided to the experimental group, which consisted of four hours per session, two sessions per week, and a total of ten sessions. Data collection took place between September 2 and November 12, 2017. Collected data were analyzed by independent sample Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test. In this study, the Psychomotor program had a significant effect on improving ego resilience and childcare efficiency of interpersonal relationships which is lower factor of the ego resilience. Through this study, we identified it was worth establishing a basic basis for managing and supporting ego resilience of child care teachers, and that it was meaningful to suggest ways to help them adapt and cope with their job duties.
