  • Co-optimization of Gen. Speed Governor & AGC are essential to control proper Frequency control & Economic Dispatch. Improper AGC Control result in the decrease of Electricity frequency quality & Generator Life cycle by over-regulating each Generator. This paper presents a number of AGC Area/PLC parameter tuning technique & better performance results. This optimal tuning was studied & implemented by System Operation Dept Korea Power Exchange in 2007.

  • A voltage synthesizing channel selection circuit was designed to improve on the conventional vol tape synthesizer which has been memorized each charnel's tuning vol cage itself. In the course of this study, tuning voltage was calculated by channel number entered from 10 keys. Then this circuit has tie function of direct access channel selection and rear display of channel number for the whole range of UHF and VHF, Attention was also given to realize the fine tuning by searching each commended channel, and the sequential selection by using 2keys, and the flash of channel indicator in case of inactive station.

  • The step to obtain a process dynamic model through process experiments is very important because it needs times and expenditures. Step response method is one of the standard methods to have long been used for understanding process dynamics, obtaining dynamical models and designing control systems. For the step response, it is usually required to measure process output for a step input change in the open-loop manner. Its disadvantage criticized is the long open-loop operation. For this, a method based on the time-optimal control technique to minimize the test time for obtaining the step response has been recently presented. However, the method requires iterative computations for the minimization of test times. Here, a method where iterative computations are not required is proposed. Simulation results are presented to show that test times to obtain step responses are reduced considerably and an autotuning method based on the proposed method is compared with the relay feedback autotuning method accepted widely for the autotuning of controllers.

  • A nonlinear speed control of a PMSM using a sequential parameter auto-tuning algorithm for servo equipments is presented. The nonlinear control scheme gives an undesirable output performance under the mismatch of the system parameters and load conditions. Recently, to improve the performance, an adaptive linearization scheme, a sliding mode control and an observer-based technique have been reported. Although a good performance can be obtained, the performance is not satisfactory any more under specific conditions such as a large inertia variation, a fast speed transient or an increased sampling time. The simultaneous estimation of principal parameters giving a direct influence on speed dynamics is generally not simple. To overcome this problem, a a sequential parameter auto-tuning algorithm at start-up is proposed, where dominant parameters are estimated in a prescribed regular sequence based on the method that one parameter is estimated during each interval. The proposed scheme is implemented on a PMSM using DSP TMS320C31 and the effectiveness is verified through simulations and experiments.

  • Using database obtained by means of experiments, or using the synamic behaviour analysis program of automotive shock absorber, database system is constructed within the limits of adequate reliability. Thus constructed data base can be used to find out corresponding specification of shock absorber design parameters to the required damping ability and tolerance.

  • This paper describes a basic programming and interfacing modele which can link DataBase form experiments and dynamic analysis program of chock absorber within the limit of adequate reliability. The system developed can provid a user specific Database of shock absorber within the required damping performance and endurable tolerance, thus show a good application possibilities in commercial vehicle design.

  • This paper presents a tuning-free conditional integration anti-windup strategy for induction machine with Proportional-Integral(PI) type speed controller. The on/off condition of integral action is determined by the frequency domain analysis of machine torque command without a prior knowledge of set-point changes. There are no tuning parameters to be selected by users for anti-windup scheme. In addition, the dynamic performance of the proposed scheme assures a desired tracking response curve with minimal oscillation and settling time even in the change of operating conditions. This algorithm is useful in many high performance induction machine applications not to allow the oscillation and overshoot of speed/torque responses. The main idea can be extended to general applications such as chemical processes and industrial robots.

  • 에이전트 기반 플렉시블 화상회의 시스템은 데스크 탑 컴퓨터로 화상회의 시스템을 이용할 때 발생하는 시스템의 내 ·외적인 다양한 변동 및 이용자에게 가해지는 부담의 감소를 목적으로 설계된 화상회의 이용 지원환경이다. 본 논문에서는 플렉시블 화상회의 시스템의 유연성을 개선하기 위한 한 방법으로서 QoS(Quality of Service) 파라미터 자동 튜닝법을 적용한 화상회의 매니저 에이전트의 새로운 아키텍처를 제안한다. 제안한 화상회의 매니저 에이전트를 기반으로 구축된 플렉시블 화상회의 시스템은 일반 이용자들이 화상회의를 이용할 때 발생하는 서비스 품질 요구 변경 및 시스템 부담 등의 문제를 유연하게 해결한다. 매니저 에이전트는 다른 에이전트들과 프로토콜을 이용하여 긴밀하게 협조를 하며, 문제 해결의 진행상황을 고려하면서 서비스 품질 파라미터를 자동으로 조정한다. 조정된 파라미터에 의해서 시스템은 내 ·외적 변동 대한 유연한 대응이 가능하게 되었고 또한 이용자에게 가해지는 부담도 감소한다. 결국, 제안 아키텍처를 적용한 시스템이 기존 시스템과 비교하여 유연성이 증가되었음을 실험을 통하여 증명한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 대규모 언어 모델(Large Language Models)을 기반으로 한 입학 상담용 챗봇을 설계하였다. 입시 전문 LLM은 Polyglot-ko 5.8B을 베이스 모델로 대학의 입시 관련 데이터를 수집, 가공한 후 데이터 증강을 하여 파인튜닝 하였다. 또한, 모델 성능 향상을 위해 RLHF의 후 공정을 진행하였다. 제안 챗봇은 생성한 입시 LLM을 기반으로 웹브라우저를 통해 접근하여 입시 상담 자동 응답 서비스를 활용할 수 있다.
