  • 적외선 감지기는 냉장고, 에어컨, 자동차용 전자부품 등의 온도측정 및 제어, 과잉 전류의 억제를 위한 소자로 널리 사용되며, 또한 최근에는 온도보상형 수정발진기(TCXO) 또는 RF모듈, 액정 판넬의 온도보상회로 등 정보통신기기의 신뢰성 향상을 위해 그 수요가 날로 증가하고 있다. 현재 상용되는 적외선 감지기의 대부분은 벌크형 또는 후막형으로 제조되고 있으나, 최근 반도체공정 기술의 발달로 인하여 보다 향상된 특성이 요구됨에 따라 박막형 등 새로운 형태의 적외선 감지기 대해 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 열 질량과 전도에 의한 열손실을 최소화하여 소자의 감도 및 응답 특성을 향상시키기 위하여 SiO$_2$Si$_3$N$_4$/SiO$_2$ (ONO)다중층 위에 소자 감지부를 형성하고 bulk-micromachining기술을 이용하여 멤브레인 구조를 갖는 박막형 적외선 감지기를 제작하였다.

  • 대화 시스템에서 사용자가 나타내는 발화에 내재된 감정을 분류하는 것은, 시스템이 적절한 응답과 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 대화 내 감정 분류를 하는데 있어 직접적, 간접적으로 드러나는 감정 자질을 자동으로 학습하고 감정이 지속되는 대화 문맥을 효과적으로 반영하기 위해 CNN-LSTM 방식의 딥 뉴럴 네트워크 구조를 제안한다. 그리고 대량의 구어체 코퍼스를 이용한 사전 학습으로 데이터 부족 문제를 완화하였다. 실험 결과 제안하는 방법이 기존의 SVM이나, 단순한 RNN, CNN 네트워크 구조에 비해 전반전인 성능 향상을 보였고, 특히 감정이 있는 경우 더 잘 분류하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교의 신입생을 비롯한 재학생들에게 손쉽게 해당 대학의 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 경우에는 대학 어플리케이션을 설치하여야 하는데 이에 따른 피로감과 테크노스트레스가 발생한다. 이렇다보니 최근 ICT 생태계는 메신저 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 챗봇(ChatBot) 서비스의 등장으로 앱에서 봇으로 급속히 진화 중에 있다. 또한 사람들은 새로운 앱을 찾는 대신 메신저 앱에서 대부분의 시간을 보내고 있다. 국내의 경우에는 카카오톡의 사용기간 점유율이 95%에 이르는 데 이러한 점을 고려하여 카카오톡 자동응답 API를 이용하여 대학의 교내 외 정보뿐만 아니라 교통, 날씨 등의 정보까지도 제공하고자 한다. 이에 대한 예로서 동의대학교의 정보 제공 서비스를 구축하였다.

Controller Auto-tuning Scheme for Improving Feedback System Performance in Frequency Domain (주파수역에서의 피드백시스템의 성능향상을 위한 제어기 Atuo-tuning 기법)

  • Controller refinement scheme to improve the performance of a conventional system automatically in frequency domain is proposed. The controller automatic tuning method features using experimental frequency responses of the conventional closed-loop system, the conventional controller, and the improved closed-loop system, instead of poorly modeled plant due to non-linearities and disturbances. The improved closed-loop system characteristics is automatically acquired by the con-ventional closed-loop system characteristics and the proposed performance index in system bandwidth. And the proper controller is realized by least squares approximation in frequency domain. To testify the usefulness of the approach, the path tracking control of robot arm is performed. Experimental results and analytic results are well-matched.

  • In this paper, a method of auto-tuning of PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) and PIDA (Proportional-Integral-Derivative-Acceleration) controllers is proposed that can be applied to a time-delayed second order model. The proposed identification method is based on step responses, but it can be easily automated rising digital controller unlike the existing graphical identification methods. We provide a ways to yield parameter identifications which is independent to initial values of the plants. The tuning rule is based on the pole-placement strategy and is formulated so that it can be implemented using a digital controller with ease.

  • Blur identification is the first and the most important step of restoring images. Edge region of the image usually conveys important information of blur parameters. In this paper we propose a region-based edge extraction method for estimating point-spread-function (PSF). As a result, the proposed method can detect the starting and the ending points of a step response, and provides the PSF parameters to the restoration process.

  • The styling of passenger car wheels and their effect on vehicle appearance has increased in importance in recent years. The wheel designer has been given the task of insuring that a wheel design meets its engineering objectives without affecting the styling theme. The wheel and tire system is considered as a vehicle component whose dynamic modal information of the tire/wheel system are employed in the modal synthesis model of the vehicle. The Vibration characteristics of a passenger car wheel play an important role to judge a ride comfortability and quality for a passenger car. In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a AI-alloy and steel wheel for passenger car are studied. Natural frequency, damping and mode shape are determined experimentally by frequency response function method. Results show that wheel material property, size and design are parameter for shift of natural frequency and damping.

  • In this work, we researched static and dynamic characteristics concern to hydraulic regulator control process and parameter setting, which is used on liquid rocket engine regulation. The hydraulic regulator of 8K14 "SCUD" 9D21 engine is analyzed and on the basis of the developed mathematical modeling the analysis of response time and certification on automatic control accuracy is carried out. In this process, we find out specific design configuration of needle valve flow section that effects on pressure regulation performance.

  • In this paper, the process of predicting efficient durability performance for vibration durability test of automobile parts using vibration test load on automobile fuel tank is presented. First of all, the common standard load that can be applied to the initial development process of the automobile was used for the fuel tank and the vulnerability of the fuel tank to the vibration fatigue load was identified through frequency response analysis. In addition, the vulnerability of the fuel tank was re-enacted through vibration durability test results, and the scale factor was applied to the standard load. In order to predict the vibration durability performance required for detailed design, vibration fatigue analysis was performed on the developed vehicle with the frequency of vibration severity equivalent to the durability test, and the vulnerability and life span of the fuel tank were identified through the process of applying weights to these selected standard loads, thereby reducing the test time of the development vehicle.
