This study is about the development of a system related to the CATV network. It intends to develop an automatically centralized Headend system and a distributive system to remove the ineffectiveness of the established manual system. To achieve this goal, we took a put of bandwidth, which is not used for the transmission of video signals in the established frequency bandwidth, and used it for the transmission and receiver of controlling signals. By this way we could design a system of transmission and receiver and a automatic distributive system. We developed an information management system for the 9600bps CATV using RS-232 of forward/backward communication and backward communication. Based on window, It consist of ID generation, transmitter/receiver, control and backup part.

This paper pertains to the embodiment of the CATV network devices, and Automatically Centralized device was embodied in order to solve the inefficiency of the existing passive device. The frequency bandwidth, which don't use the part of CATV on signal of video, using frequency bandwidth of the control and systemize in automatic distributive system, the communication which depends on two way of forward/backward communication and backward communication/materialize in the system of unification management of 9600bps using RS-232.

인터넷의 폭발적인 성장으로 인터넷을 사용하는 사용자 및 애플리케이션들이 급속하게 등장하였다. 그로 인하여, 스트리밍 서비스 또는 time-sensitive한 애플리케이션들의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 여러 가지 QoS 연구들이 진행중이다. 시스코를 중심으로 한 기업망에서의 Policy Networking 기반의 서비스들이 점점 더 발전되어가고 있다. 즉, 시스코 라우터에서는 이를 지원하기 위한 filtering, Coloring, Policy 등의 명령어를 지원하게 되었다. 그러므로, 이것들을 운영하는 관리자들은 Dos 정책을 자동으로 분배, 적용, 모니터링, 리포팅 기능을 제공하는 자동화된 네트웍 관리도구들에 대한 요구들이 증가하고 있다. 시중에 나와 있는 시스코 제품들은 가격이 너무 비싸고, 관리자들의 요구 사항과는 약간의 거리감이 있다. 따라서, 이 논문에서 시스코 라우터 기반의 자동화된 QoS 정책 분배 시스템의 설계 및 구현 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 모바일 데이터 트래픽으로 인하여 이를 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 수동형 광 가입자망(PON: Passive Optical Network) 기술에 대한 요구사항도 높아져가고 있다. 특히, 서비스 제공 시간을 줄이고 망 신뢰성을 향상시키며 망 운용관리 비용을 줄이기 위하여 PON 인프라인 광 분배망(ODN: Optical Distribution Network) 링크에 대한 실시간 장애 검출 기술과 물리적 광 커넥션의 자동인식 및 통합관리 기술에 활발한 연구 및 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본고에서는 PON 링크의 실시간 장애 검출 기술 및 광 분배망 자동인식/통합관리 기술동향에 대하여 소개하고 연계된 국제 표준화 진행사항에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 ETRI에서 연구 개발 중인 스마트 RN(Remote Node) 기술에 대해 기술한다. 스마트 RN 기술은 장거리(60Km 이상), 고분기(128분기 이상) 추세로 진화되고 있는 PON망에 적용하여 자동화된 광계층의 장애 검출 및 ODN 인프라 자동인식/통합관리 기능을 제공한다.

다수의 이익-추구형 에이전트들 간의 자동화된 협상 과정을 통해 합리적으로 작업 분배가 이루어질 수 있도록 조정하는 것은 대부분의 다중 에이전트 시스템에서 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 대표적인 다중 에이전트 작업 재할당 문제의 하나로서 다중 에이전트 외판원 여행 문제를 설명하고, 이 문제를 풀기 위한 조정 메커니즘으로 Vickrey 경매 프로토콜의 적용을 제안하였다. 대표적인 시장기반의 조정 메커니즘인 Vickrey 경매의 적용을 위해 본 논문에서는 각 에이전트의 이익, 협상의 최종 목표, 경매대상, 각 에이전트의 입찰전략, 전체적인 경매 진행과정 등을 정의하였다. 이와 같이 설계된 시장기반의 조정메커니즘의 장점은 각 에이전트의 이익만을 고려함으로써 문제를 단순화할 수 있고, 복잡도가 큰 중앙-집중식 제어 메커니즘이 필요치 않으며, 따라서 각 에이전트의 자율성을 최대한 보장할 수 있고, 큰 협상비용을 들이지 않고 최적의 할당에 도달할 수 있다는 점등이다. 본 논문에서는 하나의 다중 에이전트 외판원 여행문제에 대한 풀이과정을 통해 앞서 설계된 Vickrey 경매프로토콜의 진행방식을 설명하고 그 효과와 효율성을 예시하였다.

This study discusses mass unemployment and job insecurity due to the 4th industrial revolution and technological progress. In particular, the construction automation service method can contribute to increasing work productivity, preventing on-site safety accidents, and enhancing the competitiveness of the construction industry according to rapid development and convergence between technologies. However, there is great concern that the position of workers will decrease and the income distribution will deteriorate. Therefore, this study is necessary to alleviate the anxiety of the labor market and to find a direction for the government and all walks of life to ponder. To carry out this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with two experts currently engaged in the construction field, and through analysis, we intend to derive meaning and identify current trends, identify necessary improvement measures and institutional areas and suggest research directions. As a result of the analysis, it is possible to suggest a response strategy in a total of three themes: purpose, implication, and strategy. Based on this, there are response strategies in four areas: (1) industrial site response, (2) worker response, (3) education, and (4) training response, and government and corporate response. Through this study, it is necessary to revitalize economic and sociological discussions in the future so that the improvement in productivity and efficiency of society as a whole due to technological innovation of construction automation services does not lead to social problems such as an increase in the unemployment rate and a decrease in jobs in the labor market.
